The Oberst-leutnant Armin walked into the cell gagged me instantly then began calling me fat and retarded, useless as well as the worst NSB Inspekteur to exist EVER I replied calling him a "deflector" when I was momentarily ungagged then regagged the individual kept ranting to me over and over before I was once again ungagged I then stated that he needs to calm down as his blood pressure was surly boiling and that he needed to stop throwing a fit like he did in the Generalinspektors of LAPO's office prior during his time in the LAPO as president before being regagged by the Oberst-leutnant. He realized that his shit slinging was going no where so he decided to literally out of NOWHERE with others present in the room state that he was betrayed by the MOI and its command and that he would have killed the Generalinspektor if he wanted/needed to IN THE PAST during his Reign as LAPO president. I replied simply "I would remember that". THUS was PK'd for "Grief" Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe that there is clear signs of PK baiting during this interaction I have been a long time member of this community and feel as if this was a misused situation and that the said individual abused the PK guidelines to his advantage making a random statement about killing High Command to bait me into stating what goes unsaid simply that "I would remember". I feel that my death was due to one statement that was baiting out of me and thus lead to this silly PK I have more to add to the server so I due hope a FALSE PK in my eyes isn't what does me in. My character is the Inspekteur der NSB the Inspekteur of the national intelligence agency within Berlin is it not random to state to someone holding my position that he would have killed a General? is it not implied that I would remember that regardless of me saying so? Lastly our whole situation was him shit talking me in an attempt to make others in the room laugh failing because he's utterly clueless and lacks any self-awareness when said attempt failed he manipulated the situation. Additional Information: Again I would just like to add this situation underlines the clear abuse of the PK guidelines in order to make me "slip" by making a simple statement that was Coerced out of me by making a out of left field random treasonous claim Infront of not only myself but 5-6 other military personnel. This individual also fabricated that I said that I would "eternally remember" during the final moments before my PK to attempt to paint a false narrative. I simply stated "I have a good memory" and that "I would remember that" before it devolved into the Oberst-leutnant gagging me and belittling me Infront of other members of the military in the cell. I went to the ICC and the Benderblock to guard the Stabsleiter Warin Hoth as Prätorian Guard, I ask the Oberleutnant at front gate to come in and he says sure and escorts me to the Benderblock where the stabsleiter is. I get inside and it is very chaotic everyone was yelling at each other and I had no idea what was happening. We try to leave and multiple other MOI personel get arrested but me, Hoth and another guard are free to leave. We slowly walk out and are being escorted out and at the same time we have a some sort of army member screaming at us that we are going to get arrested if we look at him. Once we get to the front gate he attempts detaining the other guard and the also the Stabsleiter and I make an advertisment saying that members of the heer are arresting the Stabsleiter. Just after I made the advertisment the same Enlisted with his DB-Shotgun run up to me and start screaming arrest him for subversion of the war effort he does not attempt to give my any viable order to stop moving or put my gun away or anything in that kind to make it into a RP situation, one luftwaffe CO attempts to assist him but gets killed by the Enlisted after he attempted to shot me just 3 seconds after saying arrest him for subversion of the war effort and not giving me any time to respond, so the enlisted shoots and kills the luftwaffe CO and has no bullets left, Im thinking he is crazy because he is just attempted arresting everyone he can. As I stated before he attempted to arrest us inside the ICC for looking at him. Since he has no bullets left and killed the CO with his pistol, in the chaos I shot the enlisted with the DB-Shotgun, then I get shot from somewhere and then after 1 minute I get PKed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: He didnt give any order for me to put my gun away just said arrest him mutiple times and then started shooting. If we look at You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM you, and do not punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone. Nothing was said other then arrest him and then shooting giving me no time to attempt to RP the situation but instead just resorting to gunfights and then a PK. Additional Information: N/A

I get it but you still can't leave while detained, since it would be frustrating if someone left after your detained them. I say just thug it out, since its been a couple of days since your ban. I would suggest reading up on the wiki in the forums so you fully understand that no matter what, you must try to preserve the RP I could understand if you had OOC stuff that you had to go to but you need to at least notify someone that its that and not what you stated on how you just wanted to go RP. Im sorry, but when I ban people, I generally dont ban them for no reason, and given your PO'S and history of bans its simply a matter of when you will prevent your future mistakes. A Ban isnt a simple punishment it is time for you to reflect on your mistakes. Simply removing your ban because you didnt want to RP in a RP server would be unfair. I think you should go through the ban, and when you get back, you will truly understand the gravity of the situations you put yourself in.

Please see your friends appeal! Pretty much the same thing. Calling the Drachen Chief, or KG Chief, or NSB Chief, or whoever it is you think you were talking to incompetent is pretty much a death sentence in a situation like that. Let's not pretend you haven't seen dozens just like it for relatively the same reason. Denied.

I will give you exactly what you want, my attention! You already left all the Discords. You just got off a two week ban. You just got your beloved character unPK'd. And still you are acting like you don't know what you did and pretending it is not a reasonable response. You kicked down the Lichterfelde door, the jail door, and then the jail cell door itself. You were arrested by the KG Chief for attempting to break out your friend and brought before Donzoko as Drachen Chief. You were arrested for maybe ten minutes and then called staff to right your perceived wrongs. All the while you and co. were streaming the situation in a Discord together. You are not dumb, so I know that you know kicking down the doors and attempting to free someone who was arrested by the Crown is...not ok! By the point in which you tried to free your friend, I am overwatching the situation, and once I see you call staff and just start minging because you're annoyed you're tied up, I just told Donzoko to shoot you. Frankly, you aren't worth the staffs time when you know what you're doing is moronic. I wouldn't care if you were a self-respecting minge like the other minges, you do what you do, acknowledge you get PK'd for it and just move on. They don't create nonsensical PK appeals or make tickets when they are clearly in the wrong and no rule is being broken. I know that you don't care about the server or anything involving it, but some of your friends do. Although I am unsure. Explain why you were PK'd: Context: Attending a tryout for the Emperors Bodygaurds. I was in line outside the Pantheon when the Stabsleiter of the Interior and NSB Director went to the Pantheon gate to request permission to spectate ministry members trying out. A CO and NCO of the Emperors security start arguing with them for a decent amount of time. This leads into a huge debacle where they end up debating over each other over permission to access the base, since they wanted to enter as generals under the permission given to them by the Emperors deputy or whatever the rank is. Eventually the head of the bodyguards is summoned to the gate to continue the debate and contest. After standing in the line for 5 minutes and witnessing another 10 minutes of debating I realized that the tryouts would be more than a hour long. I decided I no longer was interested and went to excuse myself from the tryout. I opened the gate and went to leave when they pointed weapons at me and ordered that I leave the pantheon ground and are excused from the tryout(While already attempting to do so). While they were yelling things at me about what I'm doing I stated something along the lines of "I'm no longer interested in joining after seeing this display of incompetence from the division I was attempting to join so I'd like to leave", which I told them just so they know the actual reason I'm exiting the tryout. I slowly walk my way down the stairs and out of the complex when another bodyguard comes to me and arrests me under their commanders orders. I'm put in a holding cell for 5 minutes, dragged into the pantheon into an office for another 10 minutes(All while nobody has told me what the issue is or why I'm arrested). Eventually the general comes and grabs me to then put me in the courtyard in a firing line. He asked why I think I'm there and after sharing that it's due to calling the group incompetent he attempts to say that I personally insulted him. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Firstly me calling them incompetent was not directed at a singular person as the Bodyguard Commander attempted to state. I combed over the PK-guidelines and I couldn't find where it said generals could instantly PK NCO's or whoever for calling groups of people arguing incompetent. All while I assure you I was not attempting to act maliciously and simply found out what the division was like, and genuinely wanted to leave the tryout and go do normal RP instead of standing there for hours in a tryout. The standard of roleplay and PK-guidelines dont allow situations where "you said something I'm interpreting as disrespect so I'm going to arrest and PK you on the spot" especially when It was simply my criticism and reasoning for not wanting to join anymore. How would that ever constitute a valid PK-reason. Additional Information: I couldn't find anything in the guidelines saying you can PK someone for calling your division incompetent or an "insult", even then there are plenty of punishments that can be doled out for calling someone incompetent aside from murdering them. I could have been loyalty tested, demoted, and/or reprimanded in plenty of ways. It's simply wild the first punishment I've received IC'ly since playing is this PK for calling out incompetence, and surely the standard for the server isn't "you slight me or my division with any sort of mild insult and I get instant PK approval on you". There must be other routes of punishment to promote real roleplay. Even then after they argued for awhile in front of all the recruits why would I be the one punished for saying the group is acting incompetent, and get punished by the bodyguards instead of NSB command? Whole situation just reeks of shit roleplay and in no way did anything I say or do constitute being murdered/PK'd IC'ly or OOC'ly. The punishment must fit the crime. You cannot sentence someone to death for minor offenses; ie. not saluting [PK} Punishment did not fit the crime whatsoever, as saying the people arguing are incompetent out loud is damn near the same level of not saluting a superior. Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member. There are a million other ways this could have been resolved without immediately shooting for a PK, for stating people are acting incompetently. If anything make me leave(I was voluntarily leaving on my own already) so you dont have to deal with me? That or speak to my superiors about the situation and have them punish me. That or go to my superiors superior and report the behavior, or shit take me to a back room and beat my ass with your fists for saying something you interpreted as disrespectful to teach a 'lesson' IC'ly. Character's name & rank: Polizeiinspektor Gustav Flesch SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:419879856 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Donzoko Explain why you were PK'd: The situation unraveled from an initial confrontation between Donzoko and my bosses within the MOI at the gate of the Pantheon. They wanted to watch his Drachen tryouts. I eagerly took Donzoko's side in the situation. An agent of the NSB who was participating in the tryouts walked off and remarked something about "not wanting to join because they were incompetent anyways". He was arrested, with due cause, which I do not dispute. Afterwards, I went into the wide-open cells to take this agent into my custody. I did not intend on freeing him and I expressed this over and over again. I was apprehended by the KG chief at gunpoint immediately after he decided to shoot me a couple times. As I was explaining to them what I was doing, I got brought to the pantheon as the guys who captured me stared at me AFK for some time. Donzoko seemed to acknowledge the fact that they were depriving us of any RP and told his guys to interact with us. In the middle of that conversation, it seems a lightbulb flickered in his head and his course of action changed drastically to murdering us. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm not actually sure what grounds this was on, I'm sure there's some perceived reason. It was my character's idea, or an NSB agent's capacity to enforce the law could not be challenged by a ceremonial guard unit such as the Kaisergarde. I am sure the Drachengruppe have unlimited power, but Donzoko wasn't even the one to initially order my arrest. During the entire encounter, I recognized Donzoko's stature ICly and treated him with respect. I was not belligerent. Additional Information:

Yes, again i acknowledge my fault in this matter and realize i did the wrong thing, from my perspective the Feldjager kept hitting me i told him to stop or i would LTAP and he kept so i did, again this ban was justified and i am not arguing it wasnt, i am just bored and want to start playing again

Hey I was the Staff Member that banned you, I do not remember the situation specifically but I can definitely say when I give out a ban its not light heartendly, I thoroughly try to investigate the root cause of the issues so rather than me trying to not give you a chance. explain to me specifically - Why you should be unbanned, or a shortened punishment period. -The reasoning behind your actions, with as much info as you can. -Why do you wish to come back? I dislike banning people, so let me understand your perspective truly as I don't mind people playing on the server. I just wish for you and the other players in the server to maintain a level of RP realism that everyone can enjoy.

That rule is to prevent people from boycotting server rules, attempting to force 'changes', etc. (Ex. All NHC decide they want custom playermodels else they'll leave the community). It is not meant for boycotting/unions/etc. in the roleplay environment.
