Character's name & rank: Martin Mencken Feldwebel SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): 76561198798918892 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Unknown Explain why you were PK'd: Good afternoon I was PK,d after a dispute in the Lichterfelde where two gentlemen broke in ( I know my doors were locked because i always lock the doors before placing my dupe) weapons drawn requesting me to stop moving and be detained for no reason at all, i proceeded back up and issue warnings to them after they refused to follow my command i fired my weapon because they were inside unlawfully and trying to detain me (following rule of shooting with reason and acting upon an active threat) . after firing my weapon i was killed. right after that i spawned into the room and intended on following the NLR rule, then they fired at me through the window and spawn killed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe i should be un PK,d because i was not intending to act under fear rp as i was not being held captive and was doing my part to keep the Lichterfelde safe and keeping the intruders out. acting under rules of being able to shoot/kill them with roleplay reason, and acting upon an active threat as they did have weapons drawn and breaking inside the Lichterfelde. Additional Information: I have spent alot of time on this character and have not had a single violation and have roleplayed to the best of my abilities, i have even purchased the donator role to be able to help my fellow roleplayers get training and setup roleplay situations. I believe they might have been trying to PK Hunt as well. Thank you for your time and i hope this reaches you well!

Hello, I am the staff member who issued your permanent kill. You were permanently killed because you violated Fear-RP's PK guidelines. The reason your PK was approved was because you were outnumbered in the sewers and died. Your claim that your character did not violate Fear-RP is incorrect. You were outnumbered by members of a rival faction who threatened you with weapons and attempted to restrain you. You decided to run away when they started to restrain you, at which point you were shot by those who requested the PK. And as stated in the FearRP rules: "While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK." and "Acting in complete disregard for your life and being killed can result in a PK at staff's discretion." And the PK rules also state: "- If you die while inside any sewer complex on the map as a member of a government faction while conducting non-UA-approved actions, such as an unapproved raid, you can be PKed." I hope you now understand why your character was permanently killed. Character's name & rank: Leuntnant Heinrich Fegle SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:141218245 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Arrow Explain why you were PK'd: breaking fear RP Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was in the sewers, which is part of our base, by order i went to check that part of the sewers. When I approached the door to the end of sewers, I came across a group of about 4 or 5 KG members who had broken into our part of sewers and tried to tie me up. At that moment, my character was aware that they ment no good, and logically i have tried to escape back in order to: Save my own life and warn the other soldiers of the comeing attack/RAID So, running away was not a violation of Fear RP, but a logical behavior in an attempt to survive on base ground where I know I have support. However, during the attempted retreat, one of the KG members killed me and I received a PK. I believe that the PK was not justified, because I played the situation realistically, while respecting the Fear RP rules. I didn't ignore the threat - my character reacted with fear and a fight for life, which is natural and RP correct. I ask that the PK be removed because it was caused by an mistake in my roleplay. I apologize for my actions.

1. Genwolf personally asked for me to be demoted by the Prator in the situation, the Prator obliged and I did not protest, I then personally apologized for any sense of disrespect that I may have given him, and told him "I am on orders to do this by NSB command, my apologies if my conduct was disrespectful." 2. We were let in by some soldier, the warrant had already been present to other people. I happened to be on the other side of the ICC checking it for the person of interest, with 2 other NSB agents. While in the ICC the Kriegsmarschall stopped me and started yelling at me regarding his entrance policy, I was on orders to ignore his entrance policy because of the importance of the arrest. (We were not with Kaisergarde, that was entirely the Prator.) As for myself, I was one of around 10 NSB agents in the ICC, was not leading the operation, and did not break in like Genwolf has failed to substantiate. My opinion is that a PK is not a last resort in this matter, as there is a judiciary system that he could have used to go after the High Command of the NSB regarding the "Illegal security breach." which can be argued regarding the legality and protections of the NSB by crown and cabinet documents. This operation was not lead by me, nor was I the highest rank in the area.

I did ask for him to be demoted, but like I said previously that was used s an immediate de-escalation because the ICC was actively being flooded by KG, NSB, and Gendarmerie, and I did not want to turn the situation into a gunfight. There were well over 15 people entering at the time, with NSB and Gendarmerie coming through the garage and KG through the front gate. The entry policy is clear, and when I went to personally address this, it was ignored. Specifically by Chlice, who I directly confronted and who responded with “that’s not how it works” before continuing inside anyway. At that point, the issue was no longer attitude, it was a direct disregard for military authority and security procedure. I've sent images of the situation to you on discord.

Genwolf is correct in regards to this point. De-escalation is not always a final solution to a particular matter. You are correct, however I am becoming convinced that you violated military policy and the War Marshal's expectations of courtesy. If I could get clarification on two points: 1. What role did Genwolf play in your demotion? 2. How many people went through the ICC gate to enforce the order? Any can relevant party may reply.
