Hello, I was involved in your PK as the person that shot you. You had walked over, where an Unteroffizer had asked you (rather politely) about your honor dagger. Instead of attempting to explain why you had it, you said, "Don't speak to me, you stupid motherfucker." You started by being hostile and started spouting about talking to an officer. At this point, I mentioned it as well, to which you replied, "Suck my dick, loser." You then again stated, "Go tell an officer to go speak to me," and I had hit my limit of your blatant disrespect. I told you you were being detained and had about 4 people in total pointing guns at you. I had yelled at you to stop moving, which you ignored. I then told you I would shoot you if you failed to comply, to which you said, "Hey guys, keep shooting me because that's going to fix everything" (After we shot you in the legs) and "Go ahead, bro, fucking shoot me." I gladly obliged that, because you were not complying with our orders even still. After we killed you, you were detained, where you proceeded to talk about your medal (Which the clip was taken in either a different server or an incredibly aged iteration of Prometheus, either way, swastikas everywhere). You would not seem to accept any reason we gave for detaining you, and even in the sit, you continued to whine and complain, calling it FailRP. I believe that James's decision was completely justified and entirely caused because of your unwillingness to listen and respect others, guns trained on you or not. You clearly had little value for your life in that situation, as previously mentioned (Fucking shoot me). Of course, I will leave it for others to decide, but if you and others would like to watch the situation, I will provide the clip.

They started harassing me about my honor dagger, which I did the blood oath for a long time ago. I haven't been active on the server in a long while, so I didn't know that to wear it, you had to have a medal. So I explained to them I had done it before, but they told me to take it off. So I start walking towards the building to remove it from my player model because it's really never that serious. But then one of the lower-ranking NCOs starts to antagonize me, so as a normal human being, I start to insult him back. Which is when they think it's a good idea to start trying to detain me. So I just keep walking towards the building to take it off my character as usual I really think there is no issue at this moment and everything is relatively calm. I haven't posed a threat at all; I haven't said I'm going to kill them or reached for my weapon. They then say they are going to shoot me if I don't stop moving, and I know I shouldn't have said this, but I say, "Go ahead," and before I can get the rest of my sentence out to explain I'm going to take it off, they shoot me when I'm at the door of the building. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think the way they handled the situation was very bad. I do enjoy getting on the server and roleplaying every once in a while, and most of the people trying to detain me were typers. So it's not like I can hear what they are saying. Additional Information: I can provide the clip of me taking the blood oath a while back so you can tell I'm not completely bullshitting. I've been a part of this server for a while now and would appreciate if the server gave back to me a little of what I've given to it.

I understand. I believe I didn't make the circumstances clear enough in my original statement. So I believe that the grounds of this PK being accepted is that my character 'had given the NSB information' about this individual. While my character did stupidly sign an informant agreement with the NSB, It was well known throughout the military that he was a double agent. The MGD were aware of this and had been carrying out a very thorough investigation to prove that Rudolph had been a loyal double agent, not sharing any classified information or anything which could cause harm to another character, which is why he had not been sentenced to death. My character was taken into the MOI on one occasion where they tried to get him to write a statement on the individual who carried out the PK, they attempted to get a statement which would allow them to re-arrest this person and have them tried. My character never gave away any sensitive information and wrote a statement outlining his duties as an at the time assistant richter. As my character was under investigation by the MGD and unable to disclose any information to the individual who carried out the killing. The MGD has all of Rudolph's statements given to the NSB as an informant, including his very detailed witness statement to the MGD. I am unsure how the individual had this PK approved as there was no evidence of any dirt ever being given on this person. If somehow this was the case then it is fabricated evidence as Rudolph never gave dirt on anyone during his time as an informant. He worked very closely with the military to ensure the safety of everyone around him. Thank you for reading the additional information I have provided.

Staff members must remain unbiased toward everyone, regardless of faction or personal relationships. It is our job to ensure the rules are enforced fairly, but not too harshly. A genuinely good person’s first day on the server shouldn’t result in them being banned or kicked for small mistakes. We’ve all made errors and broken some rules. No one is perfect. However, those who repeatedly make mistakes and break the rules should be dealt with more strictly. Messing up once is a mistake, doing it again becomes a pattern. I can't really say anything else beside I'm sorry about this. There is 100% no excuse for me being in that situation. With that being said I'm going to explain what was really happening. I was rolling with a guy in civilian faction for a while. We made a decision of lets go to the pantheon. He exploited in and opened the gates. I knew that was already something I was going to get in trouble for. He then exploited into the garden where he opened the door for me. Why I decided to follow him in, I just really wasn't thinking about the possibility that we would get in trouble for it. When we entered, we started to walk around the pantheon and see a little bit more of the inside of it. I thought it was interesting cause I've never really seen the inside of it. We went upstairs to the main office of the Pantheon where I decided to take a look around, go on the balcony, look at the city, etc. When I was outside he decided to press the laser button on the desk where i told him specifically," Don't press any other buttons." He then found his way into the main frame where he pressed the war horn. I asked him what are you doing. It was to late. That's when they started sounding and both me and the guy I was with both got banned for 4 weeks. I need to say something though. I did not press any buttons. I knew that if I was going to start pressing buttons it would attract attention to me even more. I also knew that most of the main frame buttons broadcast to the entire city. This was not my goal. While I can say that my intention was to look around and see the place, I never ever wanted something like this to happen. I dont really know what I was even thinking. I was actually trying to keep a clean record ban wise. Again I don't need a ban. One of my other characters are actually Generalmajor of the Feildhunters. This goes without saying, I should really know better. I serious want to say I'm sorry. I know I am in no position to ask for my punishment. All I ask is please take into consideration that I was not the one who cause the buttons to go off. I also don't ask for a full appeal. Instead i ask it to be shortened to 1 week. I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). I didn't think it was real at the time so in my mind it crossed for me to say it. I am saddened by what I said about it since he has died and the fact I was a bit ignorant and decided to say it makes it all worse.

You were PK'ed under guideline of Dirt. Your argument's lynchpin is based on the fact that the matter is not last resort. In regards to that, Last Resort doesn't mean a checklist that we as UA go down everytime someone tries to apply for a PK. Court does not always need to apply in PK's. What we moreso look at is if there's causation and correlation. Causation is applied in the case of there is multiple instances of effort by the requesting party, which was done. Correlation is applied where there are connections between you ratting and you putting the requesting party in danger. I understand you are upset that you are dead and that you could've done more, but that is the gameplay loop. You play the game and you sometimes die. I wish you the best in your future efforts.

Though my character has not been perfect, I believe I have done nothing against the individual that would constitute PK on my character. I much further believe the use of the court system, or some other means would have been far more effective as it would have proven to be more conclusive to the RP environment. I feel like more could have gone forward whether that was working with the MGD to obtain more information, or even with the NSB, however this felt rather more less provoked, especially as I have been in locked in cells nearly everyday for the last month and I have kept my mouth shut. I am more than happy to provide any statements, investigations or documents I've made in LARP to UA (I don't want to call out the individual who PK'd me or the investigations incase of metagaming) but I think this was used a easy out and/or done because someone holds a grudge against me personally. If I was Unpk'd I believe that this could have turned into a bit of a interesting situation, rather than a death which feels unjust. I am obviously a bit deflated losing Rudolph as it is the farthest position I've got since joining (President of the First Chamber) and I've made alot of progress and memories on that character, I would like to continue the story, explore new avenues of RP and continue with court larp as I started to really enjoy different aspects of the gamemode, whether that was trialing grenadiers, working with the generalmajor, working with the state and prime minister, or working with the intelligence agencies. I understand it is sometimes difficult to resume RP after a character is PK'd, but I think even classifying it as a temporary PK could be more conclusive and a bit more fun. For some context, I was recruited as a Panzer yesterday. Today I logged on to the server at a less active time, there was not much going on and I didn't really understand how the game worked. I encountered a player that didn't seem extremely friendly to new players so I killed them. If I had the chance, I would like to apologize to this player, I would recognize them if I encountered them again in game. Now that I have gone over the rules of the server, familiarized myself with the game, I would like another chance at playing. I am sorry for ruining other players roleplaying experience and that was totally not my intention.
