Me killing my friend was a accident and clearly crossfire. And if you wouldve brought me into a sit and told me to switch characters back to CONTINUE the roleplay I wouldve been fine, or atleast told me to void that scenario.

First of all we didnt punch you for no reason, we gave you over 5 warnings to leave the establishment as it is private property and you were basically trespassing. We also tried getting the police involved instead of punching you but they didnt respond. So we punched you because YOU were TRESSPASSING which then you gunned us down in our own store. And the person you tried arresting is well known by a few from his past and words get out quickly, I was told since he is my friend that hes being arrested (not metagaming as i was informed by someone) so I tried helping him. AND if i didnt kill you or acted quickly I wouldve got gunned down for being in the MOI in the first place.

Denied. While the apology is appreciated, the ban was more that justified, and what you did was done with malicious intent and was not "some sort of mistake". A three day ban for this situation is incredibly generous, so I think it's fair that you serve out the rest of the time on this ban.

Your reasoning is not valid, and even if it was valid you still didn't give enough time to react and let the rp escalate for no reason, you could have handled it completely different and without just killing as you saw you even killed the guy you were trying to save, with that I don't think your ban is unjustified. Also, you were involved in a situation before you were in MOI because you and your friend were killed for punching me for no reason. After that your friend decided to come back and he was arrested for carrying a MP 40, but since I saw the logs that you changed your character after that happened and you came to MOI, so this is metagaming again, I think your ban should be extended because you lied multiple times in that appeal and also did more than just RDM. Alright Mr arovv, In my appeal I stated i was INFORMED by SOMEONE else. Most likely someone who saw the incident happen and told me. Maybe the changing character part was unnecessary but you couldve atleast brought me to a sit to tell me to switch my character back to continue the roleplay. AND I didnt shoot anyone other then you and the other guy. In my opinion this ban had no context to it and couldve been resolved by atleast telling me to switch my character back to resume the roleplay.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, you were banned because you stormed into the MOI and started shooting multiple people without warning them or having a reason, you also had no chance to know or be informed by him because he was held more than 15 minutes before the clip, you also left your character after killing everyone, I indeed did not know you metagamed this information and also left your character to avoid roleplaying. With that in mind, I think your ban is more than justified, maybe it should even be extended. clip log

+1 I have known Bigmike for a couple of years now and I do not believe that he would try and crash the server and believe that this was fully an accident on his part.

+1, I know this man for quite a long, even longer than I have been staff on this server and I know that he would not purposely try to harm the server or crash. I fully believe that it was a mistake, and even I had posted some extensive amount of text regarding some real-life regulations of the Geneva so he might have misunderstood that sending large texts in the server would not harm the server at all or cause it to crash.

Not trash talking whatsoever (yet). I pointed out several inconsistencies I noticed, as well as mixed in my own opinion. I get it if English isn't your first language, but you've not said anything about that, so I doubt it is. I also stated I do not agree with your metric of measurement for forum activity, and you hold it against me? Makes no sense to me but thats fine, neither do your sentences. Also, these ~20 posts are mainly higher quality, looking on your profile you barely contribute anything to any topics, for example, "-1 are you indian." Also, at one point, calling yourself "Adolf Rizzler." Really? Every post you have made besides appeals are incredibly low effort, not even taking time to capitalize, spell correctly, or think about the intent of a users post. I do apologize if I sounded like I was trash talking in my previous replies, but I certainly meant to do it in this one. You sound like you have no idea what planet you are on. Sniffing Air Duster rapidly kills brain cells you know. Typically, "Forum Activity" means you regularly check the forums for topics that may involve you, especially in a staff setting. Of course, if you had passed fourth grade language arts you would understand context clues, but you very clearly did not. Only if somebody told you that ingesting gasoline did not give you meaningful amounts of energy you might not have developed such a riddled occipital lobe. You realize you can read better with your eyes open right? Also, did I mention how stupid it is to measure somebodies entire staff application based on posts? Not everyone is a forum dweller like you, if only you used as many words, however useless, to talk to people in real life? Also, I am almost positive there is logic involved with making statements which make sense, showing that your contest of making as many forum posts as possible shaves off quality. Most people only need a few of your posts to see how broken your perception of the rules is. Now, I apologize for what I did, or what comments I said to get me banned, and I can reassure the staff member in Prometheus that I'm not a nazi. Additionally, I have no intention of ban evading, as it's clearly evident that I'm appealing, rather than ban evading; my ban appeal should demonstrate a strong foundation to my statements I've stated previously, primarily the claims of ban evading. I would like to reiterate that I'm not a nazi, nor have I ever been one, it's simply that I was openly critical of the kaiser rebrand a year ago -- and as I said, it's not an issue as of this moment for me, and right now I could care less about the rebrand.
