Not trash talking whatsoever (yet). I pointed out several inconsistencies I noticed, as well as mixed in my own opinion. I get it if English isn't your first language, but you've not said anything about that, so I doubt it is. I also stated I do not agree with your metric of measurement for forum activity, and you hold it against me? Makes no sense to me but thats fine, neither do your sentences. Also, these ~20 posts are mainly higher quality, looking on your profile you barely contribute anything to any topics, for example, "-1 are you indian." Also, at one point, calling yourself "Adolf Rizzler." Really? Every post you have made besides appeals are incredibly low effort, not even taking time to capitalize, spell correctly, or think about the intent of a users post. I do apologize if I sounded like I was trash talking in my previous replies, but I certainly meant to do it in this one. You sound like you have no idea what planet you are on. Sniffing Air Duster rapidly kills brain cells you know. Typically, "Forum Activity" means you regularly check the forums for topics that may involve you, especially in a staff setting. Of course, if you had passed fourth grade language arts you would understand context clues, but you very clearly did not. Only if somebody told you that ingesting gasoline did not give you meaningful amounts of energy you might not have developed such a riddled occipital lobe. You realize you can read better with your eyes open right? Also, did I mention how stupid it is to measure somebodies entire staff application based on posts? Not everyone is a forum dweller like you, if only you used as many words, however useless, to talk to people in real life? Also, I am almost positive there is logic involved with making statements which make sense, showing that your contest of making as many forum posts as possible shaves off quality. Most people only need a few of your posts to see how broken your perception of the rules is. I don't like arguing over pointless shit like forum posts, so if you could please stop arguing with me under a staff application? Bring it somewhere that is expected, instead of centering someone else's post around all of the useless and improper internet words you have thrown around. Stop making a fool of yourself.

Now, I apologize for what I did, or what comments I said to get me banned, and I can reassure the staff member in Prometheus that I'm not a nazi. Additionally, I have no intention of ban evading, as it's clearly evident that I'm appealing, rather than ban evading; my ban appeal should demonstrate a strong foundation to my statements I've stated previously, primarily the claims of ban evading. I would like to reiterate that I'm not a nazi, nor have I ever been one, it's simply that I was openly critical of the kaiser rebrand a year ago -- and as I said, it's not an issue as of this moment for me, and right now I could care less about the rebrand. Looking at your account, by your standards (which I disagree with completely) your account is 14 months old, having 71 posts. Doing 71/14 shows that you do a little over 5 posts a month, which is counting all of these replies you love to randomly drop. I wouldn't be calling anybody out on activity with that close of a ratio. However, especially in this reply, the quality if said 'posts' contributes very little other than poor spelling. I have nothing against you, but I'm just saying.

Really? Thats your reasoning? Your point is so riddled with spelling errors making it practically unreadable, and you are comparing something that is completely objective. This makes literally 0 sense. Judging by your spelling skills, I'm going to guess that impacts your reading skills too. Just because you can't sit down and focus on reading doesn't mean others are, reading the rules several times is fairly simple for non challenged individuals. Calling him out because you can't read for an extended period of time is nothing short of disrespect. As for the application, I have interacted several times with this person. He is a skilled larper, responsible, and in my opinion, kind. Most importantly, he has the skills to grasp language!!! +1

+1 Like the person above me said this used to be a thing before. There's literally no downside to it. All it does is add to the RP immersion.

-1 This is a terrible idea to be honest. Extremely niche, I mean, a faction made only for discharged soldiers? Did you even consider how many people there are that would actually be eligible to join that? And how many of those people would actually care to follow this backstory?

You don't hate on this, I actually directed him over here to do this since he wanted to utilize a black character. Yes people have missused Female and black Characters but I mean it was available to anyone back in the day even to Minges, and considering the growing population of Female inidividuals in the server I think its fair for those people to be a woman and not a NSB CO who hasnt showered in a month say, you are man because thats your player model its cringy and it makes it far more RP friendly. A good middle line might be, where you must have over a certain amount of play time on the server or have VIP to be able to apply or special circumstances. ERP and the abuse of those type of characters have been a huge issue in the past and I seen it quite literally break a server most remmeber that, so I mean bad situations exist and have happend due to it was widenly available without moderation, unlike how a thorough application and assement would ensure that atleast 99% of all those who will abuse it will taken out of the equation entirely.

This situation would constitute as rdm as there is a large gathering of multiple high ranking individuals and to just immediately start shooting because someone tied and looked away from you is ridiculous. I do appreciate your apology and will lower the ban to 1d.

While I believe that this doesn't constitute RDM, I recognize that as a player who holds the position of Minister, I am held to a higher standard than most others. I also understand that I should prioritize nurturing my faction rather than messing around on a secondary character. Denied. You opened fire during a massive public event with 110 + people all in the same small area. Whether you meant to hit just NSB or not, you were the only one who started shooting, which is why it's being treated as MRDM. On top of that, you immediately disconnected after which is LTARP, regardless of intent. This isn't just a "should've been a PK moment". You escalated to gun fire in the worst possible way in one of the most packed scenes in the servers entire history and disrupted RP for a ton of people. The ban will remain as it was 100% justified.
