PK stands for a Permanent-Kill. For a permanent-kill to occur, it must follow the PK Guidelines. Once a character is PK'd, all access to the character is lost. The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK, and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines. An individual has 72 hours to appeal their PK. - Character's name & rank: Leutnant Knapp von Papen SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:926770626 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): browniemeister Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for engaging and shooting two civilians who were ramming my vehicle. The reasoning provided was that I failed to properly escalate the situation before resorting to shooting them. I understand now that my actions were not justified, and I acknowledge this as a mistake on my part. I am not appealing for the PK itself to be reversed. I accept the 3-day PK that was later assigned. However, the issue arises from the fact that, under the impression that this was a Permanent PK, I deleted my character. I was unaware that a staff member had downgraded the PK to a 3-day one until after I had already deleted the character. I accept full responsibility for misunderstanding the situation, and I sincerely apologize for deleting my character prematurely. Once I learned the PK was temporary, it was unfortunately too late to recover the character. After the 3-day PK period has passed, I would like to recreate the character Leutnant Knapp von Papen with the same name and rank. I also request that a staff member help place the new character back into the same faction. I am not requesting restoration of items or money, just the position and name restoration, if possible. I have learned from this situation and will take greater care to follow the rules in the future. I appreciate the time and consideration in reviewing this appeal and thank you for your understanding. It was a totally moronic move, and it causes a lot of nonsense for absolutely no rhyme or reason. However, it's been just about two months and I hope you understand the issue with this. I don't mind people trolling or having some fun, but don't cause my team or myself extra work by having to revert nonsense like this. Accepted.

If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: November 2024 LTARP: I would assume it was for leaving due to IRL events. I have learned to better manage my time both in and out of the character to prevent things like this from happening in the future. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I feel like I would be a good fit for the staff team because I enjoy spending time in the city. I enjoy spending time here because the staff team works diligently in the background to foster the type of roleplaying experience we are all looking for. The staff team has done a good job of ensuring the unplanned chaos stays to a minimum, allowing the RP to play out naturally. I think I have spent a decent amount of time in both this Berlin and the last to understand what is and is not acceptable from the server population. As I have spent more time in the city over the past months and years I have been involved in situations that have turned out the way I would like and others I was more displeased with. Experiencing these events has given me a solid understanding that it is not always about winning and losing more about how you play the game. The time I have spent in many of the factions across the city has taught me that things escalate very quickly at times, and that is part of the reason we have the staff team in place to mitigate these issues when rules are being broken. The time I have spent in the city and the growing interactions I have had with many of the staff members and general population, I feel, have given me a firm grasp on the rules and regulations that must be adhered to to ensure the longevity of the server. My time within the Ministry of Justice has given me the opportunity to objectively apply justice while in character and I believe I can effectively apply that to a role on the staff team. Lastly, I would like to have the opportunity to give back to the place that has given me so many good times and lasting memories. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The roles of a staff member will span the scope of the topics I will describe below, but could expand beyond just these. We should start with conduct policing, as this tends to be the most disruptive. Policing the conduct of the server population covers anything from RDM or VRDM to prop blocking and making inappropriate items or images. From my experience on this server and others, that tends to be the most common. Other tasks a staff member would be responsible for would be dealing with RP situations that have not ended correctly or have been cut short. LTARP and NLR are things that come to mind when discussing these types of scenarios. The roles of a staff member are not solely limited to handing out bans and muting people. They involve other duties that are crucial to RP, such as working new recruits and transfer requests. Approving/Denying PK’s another crucial job a staff member is tasked with. This is the part of staff duties, I would say I am the most familiar with, as they are needed for RP purposes when I hand down either death sentences or life imprisonment within the Ministry of Justice. -1 Spending a bunch of time going through the models to fix this "issue" just for a select group of High-Ranking People isn't worth it in my opinion.

So to my knowledge of modeling, Jiggle physics of a specific body group is set with a few lines of code within the .qc file of a decompiled model, This more than likely could be copied from the LAPO playermodels after a decompile but the only issue is that all Interior models would have to decompiled, have their .qc file edited then recompiled - Every single one. Once the .smd's, .qc and any other file are compiled back together in the proper .mdl file with this change it should work but I couldn't say 100%, It would definitely take some time tho.

Description of the idea: So, On the LAPO player model's the honor sword, Wiggles and has movement physic's while on the other interior model's for example, NSB, Interior ministry model's the Saber is very stiff, Which just looks a bit weird and not very pleasing to the eye's, So like this isnt really a high priority suggestion but it could be nice. Why should this be added?: Because it makes the model's more aesthetically pleasing, And it has no draw back's What negatives could this have?: None Additional information: N/A

+1 Worked with the guy for over 4 months, better then your average mod, incredibly active, and is due to his timezone he is able to be on when most staff isnt and take ticket. Hes really dedicated to every job he is given, and very mature.

+1, A very responsible, dependable, and responsible player with a lot of experience. I see him in the city almost daily, and can attest to the fact that he is great with RP, as well as being an interesting and devoted person to any task he is given. Along with this, he is a great friend. All in all, he would make a great addition to the staff team, and would undoubtedly make the community a better place.
