Explain why you were PK'd: 
a Leutnant in the military used us as bait and i was also unaware of this until i reviewed the clip, he reffered "Sharpshooters" but then picked the one closest to him "Sergei Brevic" and told him especially to move out/forward. I naturally but reluctantly come to his assistance and Sergei Brevic and me hide inside the water where people fish. and in no time the whole NSB force begins advancing upon us. They approach us and tell us to surrender, I hesitated. I then unexpectedly and unknowingly unloaded my rifle in the air as i was looking if we were outnumbered in my last seconds i look ahead at the garage and everyone has ran back inside, My Immediate reaction was to turn away and unequip. But the damage was done and they took it with severe hostility. I was shot down and i knew only after the fact what i had done.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: 
I understand when people say "I mean you just have to get over it sometimes" But seeing the series of unfortunate events i still wanted to reach out to the possibility of an understanding. I did NOT mean to unload my rifle, I didnt HEAR my rifle unload and after seeing me pulling the bolt back i got scared and didnt want to believe it, but at that point that was it for me. But I have no issues with going through RP's like this being arrested and questioned it is something that isnt foreign to me even in the real life, i even enjoyed it a while back with the NSB.

Sly, i had things planned in the military and seeing how you appear at most an hour into a faction and play the situation. (whilst having a stone age old obsession with the Innenministerium) tells me you are lacking any self respect to keep things fun and balanced, (A catholic croat that must become muslim by ottoman fist would still practice his catholic faith at home) This is the SITUATION I GOT MYSELF INTO TWICE was working on preventing for others and i have just fallen on the victim end of this act it to an horrible degree and it furthermore it took an unwanted unexpected turn.

Eitherway RP stays RP even in the act of trying to tear eachother down, but what the fuck, my friend i get it you're not a goldfish but are you an elephant or something? after this whole ordeal you kept screaming about anyone and everything including my crew like you were holding in the fury and anger of 4 lifetimes combined.

Explain why you were PK'd: FearRP | Running away from the LaPo, as I thought I was reasonably further away from them as the two marines were being detained outside the courthouse building.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I don't have any footage, but it was super abrupt. I was already near the entrance of the building while this was happening more near the Lichterfeld. I tried to run off to notify the military, but I was just shot from afar, and somehow I got PK'd. I didn't even try to get my gun out, because the last time I did anything was when I got mistakenly banned 11 months last time. So, if this does get accepted, I'll just try not to do anything at that point. Think being shot was good enough for my character not to remember anything, or demoted for what was apparently happening.

Explain why you were PK'd: Apparently, I was Pk'd for using glitching peepholes. I had people outside check, and they said that they can see us. I don't have prop perms on this server, so I didn't even place them. Also, multiple people were using them and I was singled out??? And also, me being ordered to shoot at people raiding our base is a no even though I was given orders to fire. 

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe this is unfair and that I was targeted for this. I don't have prop perms, I can't place anything down, and yet I was pk'd for something that could have been dealt with in a better manner. It's also unfair that I have been playing on this server for a long time now and that this is straw the broke the camel's back? I really hope that you can understand that I didn't have ill intent and was just following orders from my superior General. So please just understand that me wanting to use a weapon to defend my base and fellow men is good thing and that if having set ups by windows is not allowed should be clearer in the server rules.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Look, I'm not very sure whether, by the book, this was a fair PK, but I do know that an admin in a very similar situation told me I was fine. In both situations the same guy had told me to open fire, I did the same thing in each one, I was only punished in the second one. I feel like this was a lose lose for me no matter what, but that's not why I'm making a PK appeal, I feel this is a precarious situation.

If I don't follow orders I get fired, or worse. I just want to keep playing. I genuinely enjoy the server. But by the logic of you not being supposed to fire when a higher ranking official orders it, doesn't that mean that every time someone like NCOs and enlisted who haven't deep dived the rules, are ordered to fire, they're gonna get PK'ed because they just didn't know better? Getting a direct orders from the highest rank of CO, and not fulfilling it is pretty serious stuff. So that also mean that CO's or other high ranks shouldn't even have the ability to give an order to open fire(or at least be warned by them that if lower ranks open fire AND DIE, they get PKed), and also, how am I not supposed to die here? Survival in a firefight against a crowd isn't something a person can just control, and if I die I get PKed.

According to the server's own Government PK guidelines, initiating a shootout is what triggers a PK, but I didn't initiate anything, I defended a position under a direct order from a CO. If the rule is strictly "if you die, you get PKed," then any division combat where a soldier dies becomes an automatic character deletion, which ruins military roleplay entirely. I did not know the risk. Because the first time, it made sense that I didn't get PKed. To summarize, I didn't initiate a gunfight. I was given orders, I followed them to avoid punishment, and protect the Bendlerblock from a breach, and protect my superiors. I just want my character back, I feel like I deserve it, also Wolfgang Mayer is a cool name you have to agree.

I would also like to state that I wasn't given a proper chance to be heard out before the PK was issued, if I was pulled into a sit I could've explained all of this. In the PK guidelines, it says that PKs absolutely HAVE to be a last resort(for important persons, which I believe I am as the role of Oberfeldwebel is pretty important, leading men, making sure they're properly trained, recruitment and more.), this didn't really look like a last resort. I do not believe that as an Oberfeldwebel(with a 2nd class Iron Cross that I earned as a Stabsgefreiter) , I am not subject to rule 4 of the PK guidelines.

Under rule 10 of the PK guidelines; "You cannot order the death of more than five people for a specific situation." If you were to review the clips that I posted, in neither situations did I kill more that 5 people or even exactly 5 people.

Furthermore, you can ask copernicus124, c8jet as well as Generalleutnant Gator(Lukas Falkner IC who was an Oberst at the time and gave the direct order) on discord, who even stated he can give full details to Upper Administration regarding the situation and the orders given. Copernicus's and C8jet's replies to my post have been strangely deleted, so I am putting their names here so they can still vouch for me. Just to be completely clear, I WASN'T WARNED THIS COULD RESULT IN A PK

Why should you be un-PK'd?: i belive it was a misunderstanding, i didnt know he was returning my vehicle. over radio i was told my car was spotted being stolen and that the perp ran from the scene, with that information i assumed he ran from the police which already issued a demand to step out the vehicle, so when i saw him i shot him. he didnt die and proceeded to return fire which got me pkd. i also assumed since the individial was taunting me and my fellow officers earlier that he would target me and steal my vehicle just to mess with me (i did not shoot him because he taunted us, nor did it influence me shooting him)(also to note me and my officers were shot at  in the same location while performing an arrest on a group of civilians who look very similar to him, which caused me to be on edge.).

Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd because I was "trying to kidnap NSB members" which is false I never tried to kidnap any NSB member. This supposed "kidnaping" was when I hopped out of my car to enter the general store, and a NSB guy got scared and started running away. As I was entering the general store a NSB general came with 3 goons and told me I'm under arrest for trying to kidnap NSB members. I was then PK'd on a General Ordered PK.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think I should be Un-PK'd because there was absolutely no proof of me trying to kidnap anyone, they soley went off what someone said. Another reason is that they kept saying I was apart of the Cartel and that I was killing and stealing MOI members uniforms, They have no proof of that since everytime we rob someone we do the (/me knocks out) enabling them from remembering anything. In my opinion I think General Ordered PK's shouldn't be a think because it allows generals to kill low ranking individuals with no significant proof. In my opinion I think General ordered PK's take away the significance of Court roleplay and the justice system. 

Additional Information: In my opinion I think General Ordered PK's should be used a last resort option, but this PK wasnt used as a last resort.

Explain why you were PK'd: Some civilian broke into the ICC, I warned him 3 times to stop, he kept running and was therefore shot. That same civilian came back (Which I originally thought was NLR, but I forgot about the rule that got added not too long ago) and started threatening to have me detained and killed, He then told some Leutnant of the Heer to detain me (No clue why a Leutnant is listening to a civilian lol), I then shot and killed the Leutnant and then was killed.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: So I shot after hearing a Luftwaffe nearby shoot, thinking that the Luftwaffe was starting the gunfight, I later realized that the luftwaffe was shooting at something completely different, but in the heat of the moment I genuinely though the Luftwaffe guy started the gunfight. I was also given no chance to defend myself in the PK sit and was basically just told off. Not really sure why in the clip staff (from the complaintant) was given, the other gunshots were given no mind and I was immediately accused of starting a gunfight.

Explain why you were PK'd:   At the time of the incident, Ragnar Hartman was off duty in practice, as there were no ministers available for me to guard until later in the evening, while i was in uniform i was simply in the casino passing time and placing bets out of boredom, not actively neglecting an assigned responsibility. An individual who i believe was a NSB, approached and took a photo of my character gambling, He then told me i could leave or be arrested, i began complying and leaving the area. However from my  perspective OOC i was not aware that he was escalating the situation further or issuing a  clear arrest command with a weapon drawn, i did not hear or process any countdown or immediate threat before i was shot in the back of the head. Because of that i did not feel i was intentionally violating FEAR RP.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: The justification for the PK was based on FearRP, But i believe this was a misunderstanding rather than intentional non compliance. From my point of view, i was actively complying by leaving and was not given clear or recognizable time of opportunity to respond to a lethal threat. additionally, i would like to raid a Broader concern. There has been a pattern of my character, and Kapital Polize members being placed under frequent investigations or targeted for severe punishments. I have been told indirectly that my character was being targeted by the NSB for a PK. while i fully understand that conflict and enforcement are apart of roleplay, it has begun to feel one  sided and discouraging not to me but mainly towards all my KAPO to the point they dont even wanna stay in KAPO 

I take pride in how i conduct myself on the server, i consistently remain Calm, respectful , and focused on contributing positively to the roleplay environment, As Chief of the Kapital Polize, i aim to lead responsibly and support both my faction and the overall server experience. Outside of the game, I am in the military, and i strongly value structure, fairness, and checks and balances those are principles i try to bring into my roleplay as well.

This was my first offense of this nature, and i truly believe the situation could have been handled with lesser punishment, such as a temporary ban or warning rather then a permanent charecter kill.

Explain why you were PK'd:

Brownie on his NSB character (Oberdienstoffizier Heinrich Morgenthau) got arrested/detained by the feld for breaking into the ICC in front of multiple people/generals. After he was being detained he was put into the BB cells and questioned and interrogated. He was also supposed to be “sent to the eastern front” as a punishment by General Der, however conveniently he had to leave in 10 minutes and stated so in LOOC, by states “Can you hurry this up i have to go to X at 5” so the general that was writing up the document that would “send him to the eastern front for 2 weeks” was unable to complete it before he had to leave. So the generals came to an agreement to let him go and punish the Oberdienstoffizier when he comes back/has time to get punished, therefore he was let go so he can leave and do whatever has to do at 5PM.

However the next day after the RP was paused/stopped and not punished the Oberdienstoffizier would take me away from a dossier that was occurring in the NSB cells and would inform that cause I beat him up and threatened to take him to the eastern front he will now take him to the eastern front. He later set my rank to Grenadier and took me to the train station and PKed me.
 

Why should you be un-PK'd?:

The Oberdienstoffizier used LOOC to get out of an IC punishment and later was let go due to it. LOOC text shouldn't have been the verdict or the decider if he was let go and not punished for it. Due to him using LOOC leading him to be let go the next day he would go after me and PK me.

The argument can be made that if I stated that I had an OOC issue and needed to go, would the punishment be waived ?

Why should you be un-PK'd?: 

Well first let me explain the situation. So, I was fired by Lothar Kuhn (Lentz) from my position as the Military Intelligence Chief for the Military (Which I can provide the announcement) and recently today I got back on to transfer from the Military into the Landespolizei in an attempt to help them revive the faction. On the same day, Lentz, Sharp, and Coffee entered the MOI, ordering me to follow them in regards to my desertion. I obviously denied following them, as I explained to them I was clearly fired from my Position as the Military Intelligence Chief. After, I was detained by Lentz inside the MOI dragged to the ICC and brought into Tower's office filled with multiple enlisted individuals and generals where I was instantly called a retard by lentz asking me why I deserted, alongside the screaming of random enlisted individuals during a meeting with Tower just lacking any type of professionalism during the situation of the Perma-Kill on my CO char. Then I proceeded to tell him that I did not require his approval to transfer due to it being a known fact that I am allowed to transfer once I am terminated from my position in the Military. Tower attempted to make me use my microphone to say "I am sorry" which I refused, as I did not wish to use my microphone. Therefore he ordered me to be placed on a wall, and shot. Overall, I did not desert at all which was the main reason I suspect for my death to be NHC Ordered.

Why should you be un-PK'd?:  So i just joined the army and we got ordered to the garage in the ICC. Once we arrive i see a citizen walking around which turned out to be the minister of ouroboros i think. In this situation we didnt know this so we tried to tie this man with our restraints and told him to stop moving while pointing our guns at him. When he didnt comply i shot him in the leg to make him stop moving and thats when several ouroboros come in and arrest me. I think that a PK for this is not deserved since i didnt kill him or do any harm to the other ouroboro guys and i complied with fearrp once i was being arrested and getting a pointed at me.

I respectfully submit this appeal on behalf of 1st Ward City Councilman Eric Mays, who was Permanent-Killed during an active Federal Council meeting of the German Empire, 1942.

While seated, objecting loudly, and very clearly having the floor, the Councilman was abruptly recalled to the 21st century and vanished from thin air. There was no FearRP, no gunfire, and most importantly—no gavel strike declaring him deceased.

To be clear:
This was not a death.
This was a procedural adjournment across timelines.
 

Councilman Eric Mays did not die.
He simply left the meeting without being recognized by the chair, as he has done many times before.

I respectfully ask that justice be served, the PK reversed, and the Councilman restored to life, time, and the microphone.

I OBJECT.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: well I was having fun with the new people I met and was hoping to continue that. I understand if its not possible just want to ask to find out. Im new here also and was having good time with the people I met

Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for Shooting a Luftwaffe General who forced his way into a room and injured multiple guards.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: The Generalleutnant of the Airforce Himself is the one that initiated the entire situation despite being shot and killed he continued to tell the story despite NLR Rules being set in place. My orders as Wachkommando were to lockdown the room and prevent any entry into the room, I was even told to only listen to orders from the Feldmarshal himself and the Chief of General Staff, not the Luftwaffe General. 

The following rule 4 under General Rules states "The New Life Rule only applies to individual(s) who are killed, this means that any witnesses or perpetrators to your character's death still have the memory of the actions/crimes you committed. When you have been placed under the effect of NLR, you will immediately forget anyone who you have interacted with, or any information in which you received or witnessed within that past 15 minutes. Any information gained outside of that 15 minute NLR window will be considered in-character."

The Generalleutnant Luther Kuhn violated this rule and continued to use information from his death in order to get a PK on an entire group of people which is absurd to me. He first tried to detain myself for shooting him despite even admitting he was "shot in the head" the entire situation makes no sense. Is UA Exempt from this rule or there something preventing NLR from applying here? I have no clue. Sad that like 10-15 people get killed based on information used from a previous life. 

Additional Information: I can work on a clip of the situation at some point, seeing If I have it as of release of the Appeal, I'm generally more curious how and why this information from a previous life was allowed to be used. Wouldn't have even cared if it was a name PK, but a full PK is a little upsetting. Not here to argue, just here to learn how this stuff works again. 

The use of the information partially even lead to the Feldmarshal being killed from what I heard, which is very absurd, but again any information that can be provided is helpful.
