Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: i have built many great things on this server from vault-tec bunkers, casinos, custom office builds, etc. I would like to contrbute more by building fun hings that benefit roleplay and when i was flag banned it was not for disrupting a rp scenario it seemed to be quickly without explanation as I was not even brought in for a sit. I do understand it broke a rule and apologize for that.

Explain why your flags were blacklisted: I was very bored and thought it would be funny to spawn a shit ton of props, this ended up lagging the server.

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: I am greatly apologetic for this, seeing as this action was blatantly idiotic. It was not my intention to cause harm to the server. To be honest I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to spawn a bunch of props in one spot, but I have recognized the severe nature of this. Since I wanted to make sure I never did anything like this with my flags ever again, I had decided to wait at least a month before appealing. On my Ouroboros character, the use of dupes is a key element to good rp, without the use of props, I will not be able to generate the kind of atmosphere that makes people engaged in our experiments and tests. Moreover, dupes are an essential part of getting funding for projects and research. The loss of flags is detrimental the roleplay on my main character and I simply care far too much to let something like this happen again. 

Additional Information: It has now been 34 days and I can reliably say that I will remember this moment every time I plan on using props. If I was offered the opportunity to get my flags back, I will never make this mistake again.

Explain why your flags were blacklisted: So back in may or june i decide that i wanted to get my pet flags removed for some reason. so i decided to do something small but enough for my pet flags to get removed due to my warns, so while i was getting detained i decided to prop fly a couple feet in the air and stop.

I’d like to clarify that this appeal is an apology. The incidents that occurred which resulted in my blacklisting happened over two years ago. I have since come back to the server and found new enjoyment in the role play. I am not even sure if the players I had affected are still active, but if any of you are, I’m sorry for RDMing you and making you waste money on guns you shouldn’t have lost in the first place.
 

Since returning to the community, I have only received one RDM note for killing a civilian who had an MP-40. My last and only ban was in 2023. I have returned with a more mature mindset. 
 

If accepted, I plan to build war game arenas, obstacle courses, and other training areas / maps for the KG. No prop slinging cars or players.

 I'm going to rewrite what happened as I don't know how else to open this. I was inside the KG base with probably 8 other people, half of those people I knew. The KG chief told me to move a kubelwagon to the front of the building. I started pushing the kubelwagon with my physgun using a prop soda can to move it from the stairs of the Pantheon to the direct front of the actual Lichterfeld building itself to him. There was no other way for me to move it as the car was locked and I couldn't get in it. One person walked directly infront of this car, knocking him over, but not killing him. At some point this car is flung, not sure why, and it hits the wall somewhat violently but does NOT explode it. After this happens I am then frozen for an extended period of time, no words are exchanged to me why I am froze, so I am stuck like this for a short period of time until I was unfrozen.  Another period of time passes, this time shorter, where I am suddenly teleported into a sitroom with misterbaseball99. Another half of a minute to 45 seconds pass with no interaction when misterbaseball finally states that I am in a sitroom for flinging a car. I was trying to gauge at what the issue is but to no avail as I seemingly was talking to a wall. A past note was brung up, which is probably 2 months old by now about a different situation where I flung a car although in extremely different conditions than this (the conditions being it was an area with RP going on, etc etc, I deserved it). Because of this note, despite me trying to talk some sort of sense into misterbaseball, my points are not listened to and my flags are taken. I've had flags for probably about a year and a half, maybe 2, with only other one infraction about them being the prior note. I feel like getting flags taken in a situation like what I explained is odd, and there was definitely a separate avenue of dealing with this.

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: First, I would like to sincerely apologize for my actions. I understand it wasn't use for the purpose of minging and used only for rp environment and situations. I have a bit of anger issues and I started using props to gain my advantage during rp situation. Sounds like a terrible excuse, but I actually do have them and I will try to improve on my self-control. I do not wish to receive an immediate whitelist for my pet flags; however, if it's possible, I do wish to be blacklisted from my privileges for 1-2 weeks if that's a fair appropriate time for punishment.
