We also had tried arresting him but he failed to follow orders, so we shot him and killed him which orders a PK. There is multiple witnesses and I can ping them too. I believe other minges apart of the Imperial were funding him weapons too because they thought it was funny. There are many militia who can verify that this guy broke countless NLR counts. Even my colleagues are minging via the clips I will send. They are carrying a unwarranted firearm (MP40) for their position "Gehilfe" and they clearly don't respect roleplay at all.

Additional Information: This started from him illegally asking me for my name as my Char was a former NSB agent i asked him what was the lawful reason for the request of ID and he refused and stated i would be detained. he then proceeds to have me detain as i give him my name and then Illegally searches me allowing someone to take my officers pistol. I when which go confront my friend in the feld and ask why is Oberst is allowing crimes to happen on his watch and commiting them himself with in this talk a feld NCO states that a tan suited soldier stole my pistol in which we return to the bender block and confront the obesrt and the soldiers. In short the oberst goes on to state random stuff but mainly ask the question "why did i request the entire Gebirgsjäger for a pistol."  this is what is seen in the clip above to note i had called in the Gebirgsjäger stating feld are illegaly arresting people and we are needed. Both IC & OOC text based abuse is clearly seen by Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), when I am being polite & simply asking for the reason why they outright denied my transfer just based off a name. The Chief of Police makes assumptions, and then kills any CO+ they think they can. This is the most corrupt Chief of Police, but beyond, their OOC metagaming is unacceptable, as they hold outright roleplay policing power, and are demonstrating they don't give any consideration to the rules, clearly.

They spammed their non-sensical text warnings to leave, spamming and filling the chat. As the Chief of Police. Not only is this FailRP, this is just childish, and definitely not cool.

Clearly, when the Chief of Police ordered my death the second time, they killed on the very assumption of my previous character and directly used OOC bias to kill me. I've already lost a few Lugers and items because of their constant grey-area abusive and disrespectful killings, but the second kill definitively proves malicious intent and immaturity. Also, this rule must mean that Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) failed to report themselves for massively OOC metagaming. That is unacceptable, according to Global Rule #12.

They killed me just for asking, and I was killing to be demoted to NCO, it was just an honest ask for some honest police work. The Chief of Police has ruined the whole image of LAPO for me, as I just joined today. Imagine: New players that get led into being killed by the current Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) - killing two CO+ in the police station, without any explained or reasonable roleplaying. The clip shows the utmost disrespect for the server rules and for players in general, by the current Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574). It's not IC roleplay, this was, thoroughout, an OOC harassment using metagaming and the countless more rules that I saw the current Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) breaking.

General Rule #5: You cannot roleplay as a psychopath, hitman, serial killer or any role that strictly involves killing other players. Any killing(s) done as a result of this kind of roleplay will be considered RDM.

The Chief of Police gunned down two Commissioned Officers employed by the Kaiser, without any explanation, just for asking for a transfer so I could play good cop roleplay. Clearly, either the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is roleplaying as a psychopath (yelling at officers then killing them without mercy nor reason, and OOC metagaming kill) - or is an actual one? Well, if they are actually a psychopath, I guess that's not technically against the rules, but Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is roleplaying as one ICly and acting as one OOCly.

General Rule #6: Upon the death of your character, you must observe the "New Life Rule". This rule states that you must forget all events that happened and all characters you've met in the 15 minutes prior to your death. You may return to the location you died, although you cannot engage with the person who killed you or their associates for 15 minutes after your death. This does NOT apply if you were RDM’d.

I waited more than 15 minutes, even though my killed character, I requested to be self-PK'd after I was killed the first time by Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574)

General Rule #8: Same rule from Global Rule #3, of which the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) intentionally and blatantly disregarded and broke without hesitation, and even pride in their abuse of both IC and OOC powers.

They killed me by using OOC information to discriminate & also murder a CO+, when the last character that the the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) killed, I self-requested a PK because perhaps it was valid. But now, the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is most definitely malicious, abusing both IC and OOC power, and has ruined my image of what good law enforcement roleplay could be like on a platform such as Prometheus. It is disheartening as a new player, to say the least.

They deserve to be blacklisted from police for blatant IC murder & OOC metagame RDMing, as well as the sheer amount of rules broke (even more rules to follow). The Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) most definitely ruined my roleplay, caused me to lose more than a few expensive weapons, and all for no reason provided. Or maybe they are just judging by the name or the cover, which is NOT what a Chief of Police should ever have as a mindset. It is literally antithesis to being a cop, anywhere really.

On my new character, all I did was ask for a transfer and was continuing with normal roleplay. The Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), however, walks in during the interview process, assumes & metagames that he knows I was the character he cruelly killed/bait-RDMed. The Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is blatantly not roleplaying. They are ruining roleplay, and is currently, acting more as the fuckin' crazy assassin Anton Chigurh, the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) clearly does not care about roleplaying or following the rules, nor upholding any decorum as THE CHIEF OF THE POLICE.

General Rule #34: Blatantly ruining the roleplay atmosphere is considered FailRP (Bunny hopping, driving ridiculously modified vehicles, building ridiculous creations, etc.).

I don't remember if I ever knew Warsteiner47, but they blatantly ruined my roleplay by ICly & OOCly abusing their position as Chief of Police. I kept asking, why? I was so confused. They constantly abuse.

FearRP Rule #3: If you're holding someone under FearRP and are issuing them orders/warnings to not do something, and they disobey you, then you may kill them; however, it should not be your first choice of action. In this situation, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you must give them adequate time to react. When in game, you are actively a part of the roleplay, and therefore you must also be actively aware of your environment as well. Any excuses such as “I couldn’t hear them because my headset was turned off” will not be permitted. Outside elements of the game cannot be used as an excuse to avoid FearRP or being PK’d (i.e. being AFK).

If the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) abuses his IC and OOC power in this manner to every new player he finds, Prometheus is at a huge risk keeping Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), not only blacklisted from LAPO, but the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) should be at least permanently banned, as they seem to not realize the full extent of their inability to roleplay seriously nor their incessant urge to kill, murder, and ignore the Prometheus Roleplay rules.

I hope everyone can understand now why Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) should be blacklisted or at least demoted from Chief of Police, at the very least, banned for breaking so many rules, blatantly & with no provocation.

Killing Rule #5: You may not kill government authorities for no reason. You may not kill the authorities for simply pulling you over or questioning you. You may not kill the authorities for giving you a lawful order. (Leave the area, put that away, identify yourself, etc.)

Powergaming Rule #1: Powergaming is described as forcing some form of roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules to bring advantage over another player either through means of FailRP or OOC material. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include: Attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to kill their own character, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their F3, etc.

Powergaming Rule #2: If you are removed from an RP situation or were critically involved, you are not allowed to return on a second character. If you were removed from an RP situation on one character or are involved on a separate character, you cannot return on a second character in an attempt to continue or influence it.

They have clearly broken 21 of the rules. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but this current Chief of Police still shows no remorse. They don't care that they are ruining the roleplay of others. This is not about me. What if he harasses every other new player? The evidence here shows that Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) has shown to abuse their position of power in a objectively malicious way and with intent on breaking or skirting around the rules to kill, at least two COs from what we've seen.

Yeah, rank buyers are kinda cringe. But this player is actively harming profits by intentionally finding reasons to kill them, are they not? Targetting bypass characters? Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is truly against Prometheus, if that is their intended effect, but intended or not, they are not a positive contributor to Prometheus's roleplay.

I am not trying to be an asshole, but Warsteiner47 has demonstrated he does not deserve Chief of Police, all within a few hours, they made LAPO into a killinghouse.

I will not be posting the Steam IDs or the kill logs of the parties, as I feel it would be too petty. I lost several hours' worth of progress due to getting repeatedly shot, even though I had not taken a single shot myself—which can be verified using the Kill Log. I killed zero military personnel during those raids, but still, I was getting targeted repeatedly merely for being part of a faction.

If I was doing the same thing repeatedly, murdering someone, that would be different. I'm not asking for much, just some form of compensation. I was kept in a cell for two hours for doing nothing wrong whatsoever. No one ever listened to me when I was down there, and staff did not acknowledge my initial ticket's.

It feels unfair, particularly as I went out of my way to stay peaceful. In the end, I lost everything, while others were rewarded with medals. I was meant to be rewarded and praised with medals for my contributions to the faction after the federal council meeting, but that never happened because someone chose to go too far. Meanwhile, the people who ruined my experience got rewarded, I had been the only NSB on for hours prior, the sole person on and my reward was losing a shotgun i had spent 30k on and getting tied up for 2 hours getting called "dog" for choosing to be in the wrong faction. 

I can understand that mistakes happen but that 30k gun took me hours to even get from fishing and it really sucked that I lost it for little to no reason

Additional Information: I kidnapped an NSB named Adler Burfast and tried to get him to sign an NDA he agreed at first (chatlogs of the entire situation) and said he'll sign it, then as a joke or something he put my name down so I made a staff ticket for metagame since he wouldn't have my name IC and would have got my name through OOC means since I used LOOC occasionally during the detainment. He claimed that he "had my f3" but then said that he (chief inspector of the NSB) didn't have a clipping software or couldn't figure out steam screenshots to send proof he had my f3 (https://imgur.com/9X8uZQa), The staff member who took it (Vixx) said that there wasn't enough proof for metagame even though there was a screenshot of my signature on the document and him admitting to putting it there, I personally believe that this was just blatant metagame.
