Since realizing I don’t have enough of a presence in the community, I’ve been a lot more active in roleplay and various scenarios, being involved in two civil wars (which truly has been more fun than I expected), actively participating/attending meetings (primarily on my PSD char), and doing my own part in standing out from other players (opening my own business, and overall doing little things to make my characters unique and more realistic). I love interacting with everyone and I try my absolute best to educate and be a good role model for newer players on the server as well as people I recruit. Usually, someone thinks the server is full of people that “cannot see” and when I have recruited them I speak to them to clarify what the server actually is to avoid confusion. Yes, initially they have told me they came to minge on the server but ended up liking the people around them or realizing the servers are completely different from what they had thought. There are also the strange cases of minges, which personally I’ve learned how to weed out via recruiting, how they respond to commands, and even the first presentation. In the past 30 days, I have had a lot of time to expand my understanding specifically of confusing rules (particularly the pk rules) which from my knowledge can vary depending on encounters (which can be super complex without any understanding). During “minge hours” (~3-4am EST) I usually ask active staff questions on certain topics and discuss specific rules and how they apply in situations. I’ve also talked to them about previous instances they had to deal with and how to properly react to said instances. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: Recently I discovered numerous responsibilities that a staff member must have. Everyone knows the basics (i.e; handling tickets) but, I believe there's a lot more to it. Since a few of my friends were previous staff/are staff, I tend to hear them discussing specifics like quotas, how to handle certain tickets like pk tickets, and how staff approved pks work. The only clarification I would probably need is how to change the models when someone opens a ticket for someone joining a faction as well as how the name change process works. I feel that understanding rules that confuse me could better help and explain certain situations where a person might find themselves in. As a member of staff, I feel that it’s my responsibility to make sure that the server is not an annoyance for the players, and that every aspect of the server runs as smoothly as possible while also being able to educate new players; as well as giving an unbiased judgement to people who have broken the rules.

I was an admin for ice fuse for a while i decided to take loa once the server was under construction - roughly 2 months Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe i should be picked based on performance and understanding of the role of staff, the time I'm on the server is peak hours and its always nice to have a extra set of hands when need be, I don't tend on being liked by the community i tend to be fair and neutral and keep the integrity of the server. The most important thing is to keep the server safe and secured. I tend on creating a friendly environment for both new and experienced players. the sole purpose of an admin is to maintain the server and weed out the wrong doers i plan on doing that to the best of my abilities and remain professional and calm in any serious situations. I've also love playing on the server and watching it grow and meeting the cool people. A staff member holds himself accountable for all actions and executes the mission with presession and excellence. the admin conducts himself in a respectful manner and does his very best to get rid of bad situations and deals with it appropriately on a timely manner. an admin does the right thing even though no one is looking and does his very best to keep an unbiased opinion at all times and projects his or herself that way all the time. an admin/staff keeps the server running properly without issue and takes tickets no matter what and does it in a timely manner. finally an admin/staff takes tickets, helps recruit and does the best they can always Notes: I'm available from 6-11 on weekdays and from morning to night on the weekends as I'm in the military and those are my duty hours

Description of the Idea: From Bars to Cars, we have nothing to fill the quiet that looms across the city. We should bring back some charm, something that lures in the common folk to a building or helps drown out a dull drive. Music disc, Gramophones, and other era-friendly devices for players to use as in-game items. Each music tape could contain a different song. We've had it before, we can have it again. Why should this be added? Builds a unique atmosphere and ambiance. Music will be able to add so much to the gameplay whether its during a meeting between NHC or a local restaurant filling in the chatter of its guest. It also would allow players to collect disc for certain kinds of music. + Whoreson could also potentially make money off of it by making people pay for custom disc. I know that's important. What negatives could this have? People could throw radios into military bases and have it on the loudest volume. Daryl Dixon style torture. Additional Information: I would personally give up my son's university funds for a Steven Sparrow disc from Whoreson if given the chance.
