I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). I didn't think it was real at the time so in my mind it crossed for me to say it. I am saddened by what I said about it since he has died and the fact I was a bit ignorant and decided to say it makes it all worse.

You were arrested by the KG Chief for attempting to break out your friend and brought before Donzoko as Drachen Chief. You were arrested for maybe ten minutes and then called staff to right your perceived wrongs. All the while you and co. were streaming the situation in a Discord together. You are not dumb, so I know that you know kicking down the doors and attempting to free someone who was arrested by the Crown is...not ok! By the point in which you tried to free your friend, I am overwatching the situation, and once I see you call staff and just start minging because you're annoyed you're tied up, I just told Donzoko to shoot you. Frankly, you aren't worth the staffs time when you know what you're doing is moronic. I wouldn't care if you were a self-respecting minge like the other minges, you do what you do, acknowledge you get PK'd for it and just move on. They don't create nonsensical PK appeals or make tickets when they are clearly in the wrong and no rule is being broken. I know that you don't care about the server or anything involving it, but some of your friends do. You were PK'ed under guideline of Dirt. Your argument's lynchpin is based on the fact that the matter is not last resort. In regards to that, Last Resort doesn't mean a checklist that we as UA go down everytime someone tries to apply for a PK. Court does not always need to apply in PK's. What we moreso look at is if there's causation and correlation. Causation is applied in the case of there is multiple instances of effort by the requesting party, which was done. Correlation is applied where there are connections between you ratting and you putting the requesting party in danger. I understand you are upset that you are dead and that you could've done more, but that is the gameplay loop. You play the game and you sometimes die. I wish you the best in your future efforts.

Denied. Starting a gunfight and dying is a valid PK criteria. There can be staff discretion when and how this should be apply, but we've consistently held that this PK guideline applies during serious RP situations, especially when NHC members become victim of the gunfight. The dispute of whether you were being restrained or not is irrelevant. You'd be PK'd regardless for starting a gunfight and being killed during a serious RP situation.

I was there during the hotel situation. Me and another guard were in the back room guarding the FM when the Prefect and the KG came in and tried to detain one of us. The guard fired in self-defense. He only reacted because he felt threatened, not because he was trying to start anything. Everything escalated super fast, and there honestly wasn’t enough time for proper RP or even clear communication before shots were fired. From my point of view, I think the PK should be looked at again — the guard was just defending himself, not being aggressive or causing trouble.

Hello everyone, I’d like to suggest adding the Heeres Officer Doctor player model for the Doctors of the Reserve Army and the 4077th Sanitätskompanie. This model features an officer wearing a white doctor’s coat and blue piping, which would be a perfect fit for higher medical personnel in the Army. Not only would the Coat help them stand out visually, but it would also enhance roleplay interactions and immersion. And i would like to suggest adding the Sanitäter Playermodels as well as we have a complete Sanitätskompanie, but without proper models they are incomplete and serious RP is out of the Question. Overall, this would be a great addition to the server and the RP experience, and there would be no downside to it. I went to the ICC and the Benderblock to guard the Stabsleiter Warin Hoth as Prätorian Guard, I ask the Oberleutnant at front gate to come in and he says sure and escorts me to the Benderblock where the stabsleiter is. I get inside and it is very chaotic everyone was yelling at each other and I had no idea what was happening. We try to leave and multiple other MOI personel get arrested but me, Hoth and another guard are free to leave. We slowly walk out and are being escorted out and at the same time we have a some sort of army member screaming at us that we are going to get arrested if we look at him. Once we get to the front gate he attempts detaining the other guard and the also the Stabsleiter and I make an advertisment saying that members of the heer are arresting the Stabsleiter. Just after I made the advertisment the same Enlisted with his DB-Shotgun run up to me and start screaming arrest him for subversion of the war effort he does not attempt to give my any viable order to stop moving or put my gun away or anything in that kind to make it into a RP situation, one luftwaffe CO attempts to assist him but gets killed by the Enlisted after he attempted to shot me just 3 seconds after saying arrest him for subversion of the war effort and not giving me any time to respond, so the enlisted shoots and kills the luftwaffe CO and has no bullets left, Im thinking he is crazy because he is just attempted arresting everyone he can. As I stated before he attempted to arrest us inside the ICC for looking at him. Since he has no bullets left and killed the CO with his pistol, in the chaos I shot the enlisted with the DB-Shotgun, then I get shot from somewhere and then after 1 minute I get PKed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: He didnt give any order for me to put my gun away just said arrest him mutiple times and then started shooting. If we look at You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM you, and do not punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone. Nothing was said other then arrest him and then shooting giving me no time to attempt to RP the situation but instead just resorting to gunfights and then a PK. Additional Information: N/A

Please see your friends appeal! Pretty much the same thing. Calling the Drachen Chief, or KG Chief, or NSB Chief, or whoever it is you think you were talking to incompetent is pretty much a death sentence in a situation like that. They wanted to watch his Drachen tryouts. I eagerly took Donzoko's side in the situation. An agent of the NSB who was participating in the tryouts walked off and remarked something about "not wanting to join because they were incompetent anyways". He was arrested, with due cause, which I do not dispute. Afterwards, I went into the wide-open cells to take this agent into my custody. I did not intend on freeing him and I expressed this over and over again. I was apprehended by the KG chief at gunpoint immediately after he decided to shoot me a couple times. As I was explaining to them what I was doing, I got brought to the pantheon as the guys who captured me stared at me AFK for some time. Donzoko seemed to acknowledge the fact that they were depriving us of any RP and told his guys to interact with us. In the middle of that conversation, it seems a lightbulb flickered in his head and his course of action changed drastically to murdering us. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm not actually sure what grounds this was on, I'm sure there's some perceived reason. It was my character's idea, or an NSB agent's capacity to enforce the law could not be challenged by a ceremonial guard unit such as the Kaisergarde. I am sure the Drachengruppe have unlimited power, but Donzoko wasn't even the one to initially order my arrest. During the entire encounter, I recognized Donzoko's stature ICly and treated him with respect. I was not belligerent. Additional Information:

They also have to keep those who break the rules away. During this a bunch of KG came with including the Prefekt of the KG. They were attempting to get the tied up Major Rudolph of the War Courts. I attempting to stay next to my VIP was never asked to move but instead automatically attempted to be tied by the Prefekt. In turn I found this as a hostile intent and opened fire where then the KG retaliated fire.
