I've enjoyed this server so far most people I met were welcoming others not so much. As someone who didn't know how to use a prop gun at all, I was met by people who taught me and I thought that was cool. The staff deserve a round of applause they have been doing a great job. Other servers are too serious or at times not serious at all but this server is right in the middle a good spot to socialize and Rp.

Hello, I was the staff member who had banned you There are a few things to go over - Why were you banned? In this clip that you show, and what I had been observing the entire day, was a pattern of no intent to roleplay and constant harassment of players. Another staff member of the UA had already kicked you for breaking NLR. This was the initial incident that had peaked my interest after noticing that you had extensive past offenses and had only recently returned from a 2-week ban that I had given you prior! So I continued to try to overwatch your Roleplay. This is where I observed in OOC chat, one of the victims complaining about RDM, and so I looked closer at exactly what you were doing, and it showed you instigating a gunfight with no Roleplay at all. Also, the clip that you clipped was the same interaction that I witnessed and clipped as well, but I noticed that this was only 10 minutes after killing the victim in the mines, only 10 minutes prior. After the RDM, I spoke to the victim and learned that this was not the first time you had been harassing him. Randomly going up to people that are mining and punching them with no roleplay is considered punch minging and overall just RDM. Your actions were clear to instigate and try to start random gun fights with this player while he was going about his roleplay. Why did I not take you into a sit? After taking all of the factors into consideration, after already getting a warning from the UA about NLR, the fact that I had already interacted with you extensively on your prior ban and with the fact that the majority of your past offenses were made this year, with more then 12 bans in the past Six months, I decided very reluctantly that it was not nessicary for you to be brought into a sit and questioned. - Your intent was very clear to not follow the rules - Your actions had no Roleplay leading up to it - The victim had been killed by you prior, and you returned only 10 minutes later to repeat your actions - Dispute or apology? N/A Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I know that I would be a good asset and valuable addition to the Prometheus staff team, due to previous staff knowledge and experience, such as adherence to the rules, and how to educate others on confusing concepts within the rules. I myself at one point struggled with certain concepts due to misunderstanding or not understanding them at all, as some rules can have a 50/50 split on how a situation should or can be handled. In roleplay, various kinds of people exist, some with interesting quirks that can’t be physically expressed due to varying vocal ranges, thus the need for voice modifiers or voice-altering software that can be used to better immerse themselves and others via roleplay means. Rule 37 within the Imperial rules does list various types of soundboards and voice modifiers that are allowed; however, it fails to mention the allowance of voice changers, which I personally feel can cause a bit of confusion for some. Though this is only a dull example, there are always holes a person will try to find in specific rules; and I feel that my job would be to perfectly clarify the rules in order to avoid any instance of misinterpretation or technicalities. When dealing with disturbances, I often notice how some people struggle to find an effective answer or even formulate an answer at all; there’s never a solution to every issue, but there are always compromises and temporary answers until an effective response or solution can be found. In the past, I’ve had to deal with tricky situations between two people, both of whom I empathized with. [150 Words or more]: Being staff consists of a lot of micro-managing, making sure to answer tickets at a respectable rate, logging the tickets taken, enforcing global rules, and overall making sure everyone on the server is relatively happy. As staff I would have a more hands-on role in paying attention to the forums, and overall setting a good example of how someone in the server should behave. Having served on a staff team before though it's not directly apparent the way mods/admins/owners act does directly affect how members of the community will behave. That being said, I feel that being the person you wish to see on the server is how one should act as staff. Hence adhering to the rules, upholding roleplay/character immersion, and completely tossing out minging even in the later hours is a must. Yes , you were put under FearRP, broke it, and lost. That is a PK. Id be okay with giving you a second chance only because the guy who put you under fearRP does this everyday, he does not roleplay whatsoever, his "roleplay" consists of baiting people into FearRP PK's. I'm not really getting the impression you're truly apologetic. Seems like you're only writing a half-assed appeal just to get unbanned. You go from one ban to the next. I actually agree with Trevor and I believe you should stay banned just a bit longer to fully understand the rules and how to behave during RP. It's -1 for me.

So i decided that since no one has ever made a suggestion for weather i will be the start What i think the server should add is a simple weather system UA can access to add rain snow or fog all it does is just add effects around the map. no real map changes but it can make where there could be more RP scenario's, specifaclly in driving Lapo can be able to make warnings about rain or ice Maybe people make umbrella props this is a very raw suggestion and i will refrine if this catches attention

Description of the idea: Bring back the amazing stacker tool. Why should this be added?: So we don't have shit checkpoints, can make quality-dupes. It's so much easier then what we have now. A lot of the old-dupes that were super-useful was either used with stacker, or precision tools. What negatives could this have?: People used to abuse it a bit so probably would require a bit of moderation or some kind of setup to have it work with either VIPS, or specific-players... maybe like a flag or something? I mean personally I used to build dupes, and things but now I don't want to manually-place every single item, when stacker I can easily do it, and make it of quality. One of them is that I am extremely active within the server, and am well known by a lot of people in the Community. It is also important to decide on fair Punishment for different scenarios, with an example of having a high amount of Notes, a low total playtime, or the length between each previous infraction could increase the severity of the Punishment. It is also necessary to remain professional while On-Duty within Peak Hours and Low Activity, and to be a good example of how to abide by the rules and still be able to enjoy and have fun in the server, while still abiding to the rules.

I am great at handling problems between people by listening to both sides and looking at what they say and any proof they have then figuring out what needs to happen to fix the issue. One thing that makes me stand out is how much time I have spent on the server. I joined about two years ago and already have over two weeks of playtime ( after server reset ). I try to be on the server as much as I can not just because I enjoy it but because I like helping others. I have learned a lot about how the server works and how the community acts and I use that knowledge to help others have a better time. When problems come up I always try to understand where people are coming from, why they are acting a certain way and what I can do to help them. I think this mindset makes me a strong fit for the staff team. I am patient and kind with everyone, not just people I know or like. I have been told by teachers, friends and other people in my life that I am very mature and thoughtful. I believe my experience on the server, my patience , my desire to help others and my friendly attitude would make me a great staff member. I want to help keep the server running smoothly and make sure everyone has the best time possible while they are here. Overall, my experience, drive for helping others, patience, maturity, and most importantly, friendliness, are all factors of my personality that I think would not only make my staff experience smooth should I be accepted, but also improve the experience of everyone else I would love the opportunity to help keep this amazing experience for others running as smooth as possible. I have also already been working and helping the GM team with projects on the back end and think I can do more being within the team. [150 Words or more]: Staff members are the backbone of any successful server, providing the structure and guidance that allow a community to grow and thrive. They are essential in creating an engaging and welcoming environment where players feel supported and valued. Beyond simply enforcing rules, staff members help maintain order while preserving the integrity of the roleplay experience. A lot of times they are the enforcement that is necessary to enjoy the structure of the server. I think another aspect you will see with staff is they are an aspect of representation of the server. Providing a friendly face and helping hand towards new players of the community and combating hostile ones. They are one of the core facets that help keep the server running and are essential towards the function of the server. Being proactive and attentive towards the players in the community is the topmost priority for me. I think all staff members should strive to uphold that code.

I know that saying (racist) slurs and joining on an alt acc was wrong but i did it out of frustration because i thought i did not deserve to be banned. sorry for my actions and it wont happen again

I can see your issue with the mechanic. I personally think there should be a timed animation like the fishing mechanic (but shorter) to it rather than just the immediate open sound. Make it have some sort of soundclip at well.
