Why should you be un-PK'd?: I do not believe he took this to the last resort due to me actively trying to work with him multiple times, and him snubbing me each and every time I attempt to work with him. Each time we had a meeting, he assumed that at the next cabinet meeting, I would side with him one hundred per cent. When I did not, he would call me to his office and complain that I wasn't siding with the state. Over and over again, this trend happened. He called me in person and in private, insults which I had been told about, which was our fourth meeting at the time. I told him that insulting ministers and everyone else wouldn't win people over. He told me it would. I then proposed protections for ministers because that would give them leeway with the rest of the state. He got upset and had the Kapo remove me from his office. The most recent argument we had was about him limiting the party and why what he did was considered bad procedure, as well as how the Konsul could challenge that with a Supreme Court case. The Truth and Science Minister also supported me in this matter. He then insulted me. To which I said you need to act professional in private as much as in public, as I told him numerous times. He denied this and then asked how he was acting. I said to him that insulting and cursing others at every turn without being diplomatic is reckless behaviour. I told him it was acting like a retard. He asked me, "Are you calling me a retard." I told him no. You need to act like the Vice Chancellor and be professional; otherwise, you'll start to develop a reputation similar to that of the procurement minister, who is known for yelling at everyone and earning no respect. He said I don't respect him and am now suspended, and that I needed to be removed. Later, he called me to his office and told me to apologise. I told him I would not apologise due to I did not call him a retard. Acting like one and being one are different things. He needs to act like the Vice Chancellor and defend the state to earn respect. He said I have never respected him. Which is not true. I told him numerous times, both in private and in public, that not only could he be one of the longest-serving Vice Chancellors, but he could also be one of the best. All he had to do was defend the state and stop getting into arguments or positions he could not win. To which he stated I was the reason he couldn't win because I have a cabal of ministers waiting to get rid of him. I rejected the accusation because it was utterly false. He proceeded to have me removed from the position until I apologised. This was going to be a legal battle. I attempted to work with him multiple times during his tenure, but he repeatedly refused my help. I do not believe this was a last resort for the reasons listed. I have attempted many, many, many times to work with him, and he has snubbed me every last time. After the sixth attempt to return to the table with him, it became impossible to work with him due to his insults and threats. I was not attempting to get him removed, killed or anything of the sort. My primary goal was to continue in my position as Minister of Foreign Affairs. We have argued a lot that is true, but for no other reason than disagreement on policy and how he talked to other people, which was easily resolvable. Sometimes you can't agree with someone on how they act, but this was a completely one-sided relationship, which I attempted to repair many times. Each time, he refused to listen to me or anyone else when we tried to help him.

Over my two tenures as a moderator I really enjoyed the satisfaction of helping people, whether it was a recruitment ticket, or a PK request. This goes to the first reason I have for why I think I would make a good candidate for the staff team being that I am patient with people. My last two tenures on the staff team ended because I was still in school, however I have graduated and I now have a lot more time on my hands to do more things. My flexible schedule would allow me to be able to do my everyday hobbies outside of Prometheus, and have time to moderate and LARP without problem. This could come in handy for events or situations that may have me make time to do things for the community such as helping out the Upper Administration in any kind of capacity, or being present for staff meetings. In any case I would always be available. Lastly I think I would be a good candidate for the staff team because I am always ready to learn. Communities often change, whether its a change of rules or a shift in genre completely, I am always ready to learn how to adapt to these changes and improve myself. Prometheus has a ton of rules, and a ton of guidelines for things like PK's, and of course I don't understand it all. However over the course of time and through experiences that I would have moderating, I could gain more knowledge and become more efficient in making accurate decisions in situations such as assigning rule breakers a punishment fit for the rule that they have broken. [150 Words or more]: The position I am applying for holds many important duties and responsibilities within the community. Moderators are one of the most important pillars of a community, they enforce the rules of the server, and represent it and its image across the internet. From my own understanding of the position I am applying for, the duties of a moderator are to respond to every individual players needs through the ticket system including PK's, rule breaks, or to answer any concern someone may have. They ensure that LARP is not being interrupted by misbehavers, and occasionally help the Upper Administration with any event, or behind the scenes work. As for the responsibilities of a moderator on Prometheus, they are essentially first responders. They have to be quick, efficient, and most importantly correct on their decisions. I believe the biggest responsibility for a moderator is to ensure a positive atmosphere within the server. This doesn't just mean they have to take tickets and enforce rules, this also means that they have to keep a composure even under stressful situations. Because moderators are the first responders on a server, they have to portray themselves in a professional and friendly manner. After all, the way we act as a staff member is the way that someone may view the rest of the team, and that simply jeopardizes the image of the community. Other responsibilities that I believe a moderator has is being able to manage their time in between LARP and Staffing. Of course members of the staff team also roleplay, however I think its important that they are able to have time in between LARP to take care of tickets and respond to questions and concerns from players. They are also responsible for owning up to their own mistakes. I believe staff members are held up to a higher standard, and it is important for a moderator to be able to own up to their own wrong doings, and fix them.

Without anyone to enforce the rules, the server would quickly become a sandbox deathmatch server with no respect to the time period or history the server attempts to capture. Staff members must set the precedent with their RP to ensure the quality of roleplay on the server does not suck and is as accurate as it realistically can be. Furthermore, staff members set the tone and feel of the community; depending on how they conduct themselves both ICly and OOCly, they will set the standard as to how members behave and act. Luftwaffe medals are among the best designed and some non-Luftwaffe uniforms already have them available as body groups. I think this would be a great addition, though I believe the physical diamond pilot's badge on existing uniforms needs adjusting for obvious reasons. I think the transition into MITHC wouldn't make this addition redundant, so I think it's a suggestion worth a +1.

Suggestion: Whitelist some of the weapon props Reason: The weapon props can be a neat addition to some dupes I want to, and have already built. They can be used in Military/Para Military settings such as armories, and training areas. Description of the idea: Re-do/fix the Panzer models or get an already existent model from the Workshop and edit them. Why should this be added?: Unfortunately, as of writing this suggestion, the Panzer models are just....horrendous. They only have one face model, the shirt and tie clip through the rest of the uniform sometimes, the anims for the model are broken (for example, crossing your arms makes your arms look broken), the gasmask clips through all headgear options and they have very barebones features, missing a lot of bodygroups that the infantry have, especially the CO models (for example, goggles, map case, mp40 pouches, holster doesnt work with the coat, rank epaulettes on the coat). It feels as if the models were rushed or just very very outdated and if they were updated or simply just had some bodygroups added, they would be more popular as most players state that the gasmask or the uniform itself is ugly and are turned away from the sub-faction because of this, limiting their potential even further besides the fact that they don't have access to any real armed vehicles besides the 222 armored car which doesn't have a working turret (Which is understandable, an armed vehicle in any faction would make it automatically OP). If this were a dead faction, then it would not make sense to update the models, however they were fairly active in the past, sometimes even outnumbering the rest of the Heer and make comebacks from time to time. What negatives could this have?: Updating or remaking the models would presumably cost the server both time and money, as the modeler would be busy with the models and would need to be paid, which is why I suggested simply adding other existing bodygroups or taking some models from the workshop and editing them to cut down on the time and costs needed for this. Additional information: As I've led the Panzers before, I have experience with this firsthand and sometimes it is hard to get recruits besides new players who are then disappointed by both the lack of armed vehicles (as I said, understandable) and the broken models. Furthermore, there are a lot of models on the workshop for the Panzers. Curious on why my char got pked after I was detained for spamming a door, i was told i was going to be held until after the council meeting concluded. Right before the meeting adjourned, the came in and said if i were to be released would I do it again i said maybe as a joke, then a man in a military general uniform who had minister in his description came in a beat me to death with a shovel, of which I assume was staff member because it was instant.

You had a pretty decent winning argument that you could have said that @Primewas acting out of turn and causing major disruption. However, you went full retard and killed a member of the Drachengruppe. Regardless if Prime was right or wrong, you idealistically should have submitted to arrest, been fine, lived, and argued it at a later time. I, as Baumer, would have likely agreed with you. Instead, you murdered someone. Obviously, denied.

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. I was not aware that the reverend wanted you to move the car, as you have not stated it to me. All you said was "Oh me and my friend were just fucking around" and "I didn't kill anybody". From my perspective, as I was no-clipped, u had pushed a car with a prop and had hit someone. And when I looked at your notes, there was one from May reading "Prop abuse, take flags next offense". Regarding the issue with my inactivity, I had forgotten to unfreeze you to bring you to a sit. Now I understand that it was non-peak hours with nobody at the base, and you just wanted to have some fun. But you do have to understand that props aren't supposed to be used for those purposes. Over the following week, you continued to escalate: - You began collecting and logging information on NSB personnel without jurisdiction (we had evidence) - You publicly defied and antagonized the NSB. - You were present at the scene of an NSB agent’s assassination and then escaped our custody during an armed breach. (we had evidence and direct corroboration) Whether you planned the escape or not is irrelevant—what mattered was that you left willingly with armed individuals of which we had concrete evidence were not "2 lapo and 1 kg". That event was the final justification for the PK. It confirmed a pattern of active defiance, circumvention of consequences, and alignment with hostile elements. It wasn’t a random escalation, it was the culmination of everything leading up to that point. Not every detail can or should be disclosed due to its relevance to other players and ongoing roleplay. But the decision was reviewed, justified, and accepted, not based on a single isolated event, but a sustained pattern that I was able to prove. I'll leave the rest for a member of UA, but for your point of C flags, I think you may just be retarded. No additional clarification is required, it's common sense. You cannot pull a car out of your ass. C flags are not there for you to spawn a car where you wouldn't have a car. Either need to be at your HQ, a garage, or sometimes just even somewhere secluded or even just around the corner so no one can see you spawn it. And the goal is to never spawn it in front of people when on a main road. Sometimes it's unavoidable, but in this instance, it definitely doesn't work. Also, that would count as starting a gunfight and dying btw, so if they had shot you, 100% you'd be PKd from that, I understand that's not what you'd be PKd for, but just thought I'd let you know.

So essentially: You made a ticket requesting a suit model on a civ char, after that ticket was made I sent a message in staff chat saying to appropriate your name once the ticket was addressed; it was maybe within minutes that I was told you were being argumentative about the name change request so I stepped in myself by pulling you into a sit with the original staff member taking the ticket being Augustus. When being asked about the name instead of seeing reason you just said "The server allowed me to set this name!" assuming that just because there wasn't a character limit that it would be allowed. I told you to change your name and you then pasted yet another long name in chat showing no intent to display yourself in even a somewhat serious manner and when I informed you that I had no other decision other than to ban you considering your previous infractions you began lashing out. TLDR: You were asked to get a name change, refuse, asked by UA, refuse again and then proceeded to supply yet another stupidly long name. You have been banned 3 times before this, two separate times for 1 month, one for 2 weeks, and have 4 notes on your account. Among these infractions are multiple offenses for metagaming, lying to staff, and one just being for flat out racism? With someone who has the record of lying to staff and having a complete lack of control over yourself I really feel almost no sympathy for this situation but rather for the fact that you actually need to find something else to do with your free time.
