-1, more vehicles wouldn't be horrible but I don't think these vehicles really fit the setting the server has curated. They would just seem odd and out of place.

While I don't believe it to be a bad idea, I do think it would strange for the organization responsible for control over the German sphere of life to be cosplaying post men. Neutral.

Why should this be added?: I mean its good when there is a civil war but also like 10 other people and I were just watching the ICC get raided in the park it would have been a cool sight to see us all hold binoculars. Also people would most likely say "Cameras can do the same thing" your right but like cameras would just get confiscated.
