I understand this statement completely. I will actually go a little more in to detail since you brought this up. First :There are a few people, who make the roleplay area a not so fun environment. People do power trip and most of the time they can get away with it which kind of annoys me when I'm the person they do it on. I understand the fact that I should wait or call staff but this also may inhibit my roleplay experience. Most of the time I leave to avoid it because it can be time consuming and overall not a fun experience This is why a few of my bans may be LTARP or NITRP etc. Second : When server is in the later hours of the day, I do feel as though I can lead to a sense of letting my guard down and this can lead to me dilly dallying, Messing around etc. and understand why that looks bad on my record. Sometimes it can be harmless thing like trolling, or it can be something serious that I've done like raiding without permission. Again I can't help but say sorry for this and how stupid of me that really is. Third : When real world roleplay like this server comes out, I may have no real semblance of consequences because they cant really harm the real world self. Yes, I can confirm, I mess around and I try and do stuff that may bring a little bit of comedy or action to the server, but sometimes things like that aren't allowed on a server like this. Overall, I hope you understand why and how I may have done stupid things in my past. I understand that the bar for my regards for the server may be low, but trust me when I say I want to increase it so things like this don't happen again. Neutral. I can sort of feel sympathetic towards your situation and that you don't want to go to DarkRP (we all don't), but I just don't understand exactly how this kept happening. With several PO's in addition to your automatic console ban for alting, it seems like to me you just don't want to play Prometheus considering how often you break the rules. I completely understand that mistakes happen on occasion but considering that you have SEVERAL PO's, it seems to me at least that you have no regard for the server.

The whole scene, was dodgy and unrealistic. You say 'I failed to act with fear' when I was trying to type and get a admin at the same time, which is hard, and I never knew it was even classed as Fail-Fear RP until you told me today.

Hello, As I stated in Discord messages after you reached out to me "you were killed under civ pk-8" (being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]). This was not down to failRP as stated in my earlier post. Nor did I ever mention failRP. You failed to act with fear for your character's life, as such, when you were shot, you were PK'd, I understand being PK'd can be a frustrating experience; however, it is a key and integrated mechanic of this gamemode. I'd suggest reading the guidelines as stated in our messages and on the forums, as well as reading the wiki/rules to get a better understanding of the mechanics of this type of RP.

They said when I was being chased by LAPO and NSB I failed to stop, yet I was running. Was my first character on the server, and has everything I worked hard for, money, tiers, cars, etc.. They we're kinda corrupt, I was arguing with them and then drove off, then they chased me. So the reason why I kept moving around it because I was trying to ask for charges, and I did request for a admin when it did happen, but they teleported me a bit after the incident and I didn't have any clips, so the thing we're I was saying 'WHATS THE CHARGES?' was me saying it in the OOC chat, as that is the correct channel for it. Once they told me, I'd allow them to arrest me, but at that time as I am new, I thought it'd be okay to do that. Furthermore, I don't want to use this as a 'escape ticket' yet I am quite new, never really been regulated in terms of character punishments and I did not understand that my character could get a PK for asking a OOC question during a arrest, I was attempting to ask the officers 'WHATS MY CHARGES?' in the OOC category of chat because as said, they just started chasing me because I drove off, yet in the clip it makes me look like was doing crime. In addition, I do believe a second chance can be given. I am new, and I do not know much about Perm-Kill, Character Punishments, I thought that it was allowed to ask OOC questions during this, yet after I only found out. Hello, I am the member of staff that PK'd your character, I understand losing character you've been quite attached too isn't nice, however I approved the PK due to breaking fearRP (I never mentioned failrp) when held at gun point, and not fearing for your characters life. The approval was delayed due to issues from the player who requested the PK having issues with clipping, however was less than a hour after the situation. Once I received the clip confirming the pretenses, the player made a ticket to continue with the PK, I attempted to bring you to a sit however you were offline. After carefully reviewing the clip, it was blatant you did not fear for your character's life as when you were under gunpoint with many a warning said you kept trying to avoid being tied by crouching and moving whilst stating "what are the charges". They gave you plenty of chances to submit, however you attempted to run away which resulted in them shooting you. This is a IC situation, not a OOC staff situation, I'd highly suggest you read the PK guidelines which can be found on the wiki on the forums. When you returned to the server, you made a ticket claiming for it to be a mistake, I then ran you through the situation which resulted in the PK and explained why this occurred. After this you made another ticket to try and get it unpk'd, I re-explained the process of appealing on the forums as well the whole situation again. You then made a final ticket regarding the appeal again and I helped you set up a appeal as you were confused over how the forums worked, again I explained the situation. Unfortunately, as I've stated in my previous points, a PK is the result of IC situation in which you character was killed, leaving the server does not make you exempt from the PK taking place. We understand this can be frustrating, but I'd highly recommend you reading the guidelines and rules to understand my decision why the situation occured. I believe my punishment has taken all my work away and is not being used correctly, for a perm-kill given because of IC running away is not justified, nor should it happen, and I should have been notified straight away, not hopping on and seeing that my long lasting character is perm-killed due to a IC matter. If LAPO and NSB had a problem with me running away, I did remain in game for two hours after running away, so I can't see why they wait until I hop offline to then report and get my character banned. Yet, this is a lesson to remember, sometimes I should not run, it may be IC but it may have been best for me to stop. **Additional Information: ** N/A
