You continue to downplay the fact you broke 21 rules where I explained each rule and how you broke them with a 5+ minute clip showing you killing me. Wow, I said "MRDM" so you must believe the UA will think I am overreacting. No, you are continuing to deny any responsibility. You dismiss my polite, thoughtful comments with the "yap" meme. Your words are so abhorrent. You imply if there was no staff online, then it doesn't matter - you imply just because the administrators may be online, you can just break rules & deal with the circumstances later. No. I will never fucking stop. You do not know what real willpower is. You are an person with bad ethics and morals as demonstrated by your constant rebuttals and no apology in sight. I lost weapons because of you, items, etc. You are the Chief of Police and you abuse your authority to an extent that you make Prometheus look awful. You need to stop. Cease your TikTok dark psychology bullshitery, you broke 21 rules. You broke 21 rules. You continue to insult me by saying I am yapping, you are showing complete disrespect and ignorance in despite of the fact you broke 21 Prometheus Network Rules. You continue to demonstrate that you are unfit OOCly for any position of power IC. Can you defend yourself using any logic, instead of saying 'haha yapper' - this implies you do not care enough to properly defend yourself in a legitimate player report. Do you actually have any counterarguments against my proof of you abusing Chief of Police OOCly and ICly all while breaking 21 of our community rules, including global rule(s)? Resorting to meme-insults, ad hominem, is the clear tale sign that you have no actual argument. You broke 21 rules. You RDMed at least twice. You abused OOCly and ICly as Chief of Police. You are in the exact opposite role that you should deserve.

Hi, you got killed a total of two times yet you are stating it would be "MRDM" as i would, have shot up a entire group or whatever, you are just inventing and projecting random things. I do not understand why you didnt just make a ticket on the server while there were 4 staff and some even telling you to do so, this entire post is a mystery. I wont be responding further to this until UA requests so, or makes a decision. Thank you.

I still see that you have not fully realized your mistakes. I claimed I hated Nazis and hated pedophiles. I made this very distinctively clear. So you are saying it is wrong to hate pedophiles? What is your argument? You killed me for no reason the 2nd time, with OOC bias clearly the only reason. Did you misunderstand me? I said I hate the bad people, did you think I would support evil people? No. But you seem to not realize your own mistakes - yes, I made mistakes - yet you spoke OOCly in IC contexts equally, stop trying to evade. I wrote clear, concise explanations of how you broke the 21 rules listed. Indeed, some rules do repeat - so you do have the ability to read, yet is it my fault there are multiple rules? No, this just means you haven't read the rules enough to notice that before OR you are insulting Prometheus UA by stating they repeated rules. You clearly made the mistakes here. I was polite. You were extremely evil and hostile for no reason given, as I've stated. Your conduct broke OOC rules.

Hi. Firstly, thank you for writing my name so many times, even if its written wrongly. "Global Rule #1: Whilst we advocate for Freedom of Speech and have very little limitation on what can and cannot be said, repeated verbal or text abuse of a player causing them discomfort is considered harassment, this includes but is not limited to the usage of racial or other offensive slurs; know where to draw the line. False allegations is also considered harrasment.Spamming is not permitted on any platform. This counts for forums, discord, and in-game chats. Both IC & OOC text based abuse is clearly seen by Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), when I am being polite & simply asking for the reason why they outright denied my transfer just based off a name. The Chief of Police makes assumptions, and then kills any CO+ they think they can. This is the most corrupt Chief of Police, but beyond, their OOC metagaming is unacceptable, as they hold outright roleplay policing power, and are demonstrating they don't give any consideration to the rules, clearly." I do not need to provide you a reason, in-ic why i would deny someone joining my faction or not. You were told no, you refused to leave, got warned and shot for not leaving. Funny enough, in the clip i can only hear you, but not myself giving you text and verbal warning to leave. You were speaking ICCLY about Nazis and Pedophiles, maybe gives you a hint why no one wants to recruit you. You also pk'd your own character (with a paid rank) just to make another paid rank character and come to the station again, ask and do exactly the same. It also seems to me, you copied half of the entire server rules that have no relation to his. I will clear up: You have taken half of the entire rulebook, projected the same over-and-over while you cannot even spell my name properly, projecting some weird vision of yourself onto me, continued to spam ooc with the same crap over-and-over while staff told you to make a ticket, speaks about Nazis and other weird People like constantly, and acts suprised someone does not want you in their faction.

Your Name: Harbinger SteamID32: STEAM_0:1:40283833 Player's Name(s): Generalinspektor Matthias Kurz Player's SteamID32(s): STEAM_0:1:200993574 Rules Broken (Provide evidence for each): Global Rule #1: Whilst we advocate for Freedom of Speech and have very little limitation on what can and cannot be said, repeated verbal or text abuse of a player causing them discomfort is considered harassment, this includes but is not limited to the usage of racial or other offensive slurs; know where to draw the line. This is the most corrupt Chief of Police, but beyond, their OOC metagaming is unacceptable, as they hold outright roleplay policing power, and are demonstrating they don't give any consideration to the rules, clearly. Global Rule #3: Spamming is not permitted on any platform. This counts for forums, discord, and in-game chats. They spammed their non-sensical text warnings to leave, spamming and filling the chat. As the Chief of Police. Not only is this FailRP, this is just childish, and definitely not cool. Global Rule #12: Failure to report a player when you are aware they are breaking major rules such as Cheating, Meta Gaming, Doxxing, and all Global Rules will lead to a punishment being applied to yourself for negligence. Rules such as RDM, NLR, and Fear RP are not necessary for this guideline. Clearly, when the Chief of Police ordered my death the second time, they killed on the very assumption of my previous character and directly used OOC bias to kill me. I've already lost a few Lugers and items because of their constant grey-area abusive and disrespectful killings, but the second kill definitively proves malicious intent and immaturity. Also, this rule must mean that Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) failed to report themselves for massively OOC metagaming. That is unacceptable, according to Global Rule #12. General Rule #1: You must roleplay seriously. This includes having a detailed and serious description, using the correct types of chat, and putting effort into creating detailed actions with /me. Anything that you say in mic or chat/do in-game actually happens in roleplay. Lastly, do not RDM/VDM/Minge/Metagame/FailRP. The clip shows direct evidence to the contrary. Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) was actively minging and not taking my serious roleplay in any way with respect or dignity, but most definitely powertripping as the Chief of Police. This is not good. General Rule #2: You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM you, and do not punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone. They decided to just kill / find a way to RDM/kill me after just knowing about the previous character, of which I followed NLR and waited much more than 15 minutes to ask again. They killed me just for asking, and I was killing to be demoted to NCO, it was just an honest ask for some honest police work. The Chief of Police has ruined the whole image of LAPO for me, as I just joined today. Imagine: New players that get led into being killed by the current Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) - killing two CO+ in the police station, without any explained or reasonable roleplaying. The clip shows the utmost disrespect for the server rules and for players in general, by the current Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574). It's not IC roleplay, this was, thoroughout, an OOC harassment using metagaming and the countless more rules that I saw the current Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) breaking. General Rule #5: You cannot roleplay as a psychopath, hitman, serial killer or any role that strictly involves killing other players. Any killing(s) done as a result of this kind of roleplay will be considered RDM. The Chief of Police gunned down two Commissioned Officers employed by the Kaiser, without any explanation, just for asking for a transfer so I could play good cop roleplay. Clearly, either the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is roleplaying as a psychopath (yelling at officers then killing them without mercy nor reason, and OOC metagaming kill) - or is an actual one? Well, if they are actually a psychopath, I guess that's not technically against the rules, but Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is roleplaying as one ICly and acting as one OOCly. General Rule #6: Upon the death of your character, you must observe the "New Life Rule". This rule states that you must forget all events that happened and all characters you've met in the 15 minutes prior to your death. You may return to the location you died, although you cannot engage with the person who killed you or their associates for 15 minutes after your death. This does NOT apply if you were RDM’d. I waited more than 15 minutes, even though my killed character, I requested to be self-PK'd after I was killed the first time by Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) General Rule #8: Same rule from Global Rule #3, of which the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) intentionally and blatantly disregarded and broke without hesitation, and even pride in their abuse of both IC and OOC powers. General Rule #10: Respect all players when communicating outside of roleplay. You can be angry at someone, but if you harass or bully them you are breaking this rule. They killed me by using OOC information to discriminate & also murder a CO+, when the last character that the the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) killed, I self-requested a PK because perhaps it was valid. But now, the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is most definitely malicious, abusing both IC and OOC power, and has ruined my image of what good law enforcement roleplay could be like on a platform such as Prometheus. It is disheartening as a new player, to say the least. General Rule #13: Abusing your character's faction to destroy roleplay for others is not allowed. An example of this would be arresting someone and leaving them in a cell without contact for hours. I do not care if the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is banned. They deserve to be blacklisted from police for blatant IC murder & OOC metagame RDMing, as well as the sheer amount of rules broke (even more rules to follow). The Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) most definitely ruined my roleplay, caused me to lose more than a few expensive weapons, and all for no reason provided. Or maybe they are just judging by the name or the cover, which is NOT what a Chief of Police should ever have as a mindset. It is literally antithesis to being a cop, anywhere really. I personally believe Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) has sociopathic tendacies or is so immature that he tries to find any reason to 'defeat' or kill whoever they wish, confirmed by OOC metagaming. Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) should be blacklisted from LAPO. General Rule #14: You must avoid disrupting any RP situation for any out of character reasons. In addition, attempting to directly interrupt player led or staff approved events can result in a possible blacklist from future events or a ban from the server. On my new character, all I did was ask for a transfer and was continuing with normal roleplay. The Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), however, walks in during the interview process, assumes & metagames that he knows I was the character he cruelly killed/bait-RDMed. The Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is blatantly not roleplaying. They are ruining roleplay, and is currently, acting more as the fuckin' crazy assassin Anton Chigurh, the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) clearly does not care about roleplaying or following the rules, nor upholding any decorum as THE CHIEF OF THE POLICE. General Rule #34: Blatantly ruining the roleplay atmosphere is considered FailRP (Bunny hopping, driving ridiculously modified vehicles, building ridiculous creations, etc.). I don't remember if I ever knew Warsteiner47, but they blatantly ruined my roleplay by ICly & OOCly abusing their position as Chief of Police. I kept asking, why? I was so confused. But no answer, just hate. I asked if there was anything wrong I did or something he hates, but they refused to give any inclination. This is the personality of a toddler. This is not an insult, a toddler cannot understand the harms that their actions are causing; however, in this case, Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) knew and intentionally ruined the roleplay of others by forced, unprofessional, and minge-like warning-based killings, as seen in the clip. Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), if you want to play bad cop, you should play RoboCop. It is a great game with a lot more kind of fun that you seem to enjoy inflicting on others. Character Rule #3: You cannot use IC info in an OOC scenario and vice versa. (This is also known as metagame) Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) killed me just for having a name. People like Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), who assume by the cover & are so ignorant to hear the full side of stories, are ignorant, dangerous, and unfit to police, even on Prometheus as a GMod server. They constantly abuse. FearRP Rule #3: If you're holding someone under FearRP and are issuing them orders/warnings to not do something, and they disobey you, then you may kill them; however, it should not be your first choice of action. In this situation, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you must give them adequate time to react. When in game, you are actively a part of the roleplay, and therefore you must also be actively aware of your environment as well. Any excuses such as “I couldn’t hear them because my headset was turned off” will not be permitted. Outside elements of the game cannot be used as an excuse to avoid FearRP or being PK’d (i.e. being AFK). The Chief of Police pulling out, then proceeding to murder two unrelated, unconnected Commissioned Officers for no given reason even asked multiple times for any valid reason why. The Chief of Police killing two CO+ for politely asking if they can transfer is blatant mingery and unfit for the position of Chief of Police. They are the ones murdering officers, is this not true? Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) killed two Commissioned Officers for politely asking to transfer to play good cop roleplay, nothing malicious. FearRP Rule #4: You must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (I.E. Reason to forcibly detain, question, kidnap, or mug). Placing someone under FearRP without reason or just to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal. I asked politely if I could transfer to the police department. I was shot and killed twice on separate, NLR-timer-past characters for either no reason or OOC bias. Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) spammed 'get out' warnings to bait-kill / finding-a-reason-to-kill - I don't ever remember this player or person. If the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) abuses his IC and OOC power in this manner to every new player he finds, Prometheus is at a huge risk keeping Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574), not only blacklisted from LAPO, but the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) should be at least permanently banned, as they seem to not realize the full extent of their inability to roleplay seriously nor their incessant urge to kill, murder, and ignore the Prometheus Roleplay rules. FearRP Rule #5: Continually putting yourself into FearRP scenarios in order to PK people, or 'PK hunting' / being 'PK hungry' is not permitted (Mass Mugging, baiting, shootouts on alt characters, etc.). If staff feel as if you are performing these acts intentionally with no regard for actual roleplay, they may deny your PK requests and/or issue punishments. Self-explanatory. I warned you to stop metagaming and abusing your power ICly and OOCly, Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574). You cannot be trusted as the Chief of Police if you are acting like a King Joffrey - just killing officers willy-nilly? You have not roleplayed as a Chief of Police, Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) has been failing to roleplay by being more close to being a intentional traitor to the current lore universe, but in a way where as we see, countless OOC rules have been broken in such short succession. I just fucking joined for the first time, bro. And you went out of your way to bully a new player. Prometheus cannot take risks with the Chief of Police being both a mass RDMer and a minge. It was really fucking rude of you to RDM me twice, are you Chief of Police or a Assassin? Clearly, Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) likes to roleplay as an deranged assassin, and the sheer level of their inability and failure to roleplay, if the Chief of Police had any self-awareness, should immediately resign for their insolence and massive failure to follow much of our server rules. Killing Rule #2: You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/argument. If someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them (Fists, melee weapon) as continued disrespect could realistically start a fight. The player then has free choice on how to respond/retaliate. If they choose to flee, you may not kill them. I was unironically just wanting a transfer. The Chief of Police goes out of their way to personally kill me twice & intervene during a interview with my second character of which has no relation to my first character anyways. Killing Rule #4: If someone is loitering/following/harassing you, you may give them warnings to leave you alone. If they ignore several warnings and continue their actions, you may attack/kill them. (One warning will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them time to react.) Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) believes that COs who politely ask about a transfer should be promptly shot and killed. I lost items due to their insolent mingekilling. This should not be the behavior nor personality for a Chief of any roleplay department. Killing Rule #5: You may not kill government authorities for no reason. You may not kill the authorities for simply pulling you over or questioning you. You may not kill the authorities for giving you a lawful order. (Leave the area, put that away, identify yourself, etc.) I just asked for a transfer. Killed twice. No reasons given. No reason. I asked for a reason many times. No reasons. Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) RDMed me at least twice, distinctly, a Chief off Police killing a Kommisar and a Leutnant for what has only been stated as an OOC bias, this is truly unacceptable conduct and immorality that the Chief of Police, even during tough times of war, should still be a decent person, right? The Chief of Police killing two Commissioned Officers with no given warning except for OOC bias. I hope everyone can understand now why Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) should be blacklisted or at least demoted from Chief of Police, at the very least, banned for breaking so many rules, blatantly & with no provocation. Powergaming Rule #1: Powergaming is described as forcing some form of roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules to bring advantage over another player either through means of FailRP or OOC material. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include: Attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to kill their own character, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their F3, etc. I politely asked for transfers, but was forced into being killed, backed into a corner by LAPO officers, and in the second clip, minge-killing me while I'm locked inside the LAPO inner lobby, declaring that "it's that other guy (OOC metagame)", then proceeding to RDM me for the second time, the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574). Powergaming Rules #2: If you are removed from an RP situation or were critically involved, you are not allowed to return on a second character. If you were removed from an RP situation on one character or are involved on a separate character, you cannot return on a second character in an attempt to continue or influence it. As stated & argued, the the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) broke several rules. However, even so, after the Chief of Police Matthias Kurz, Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) killed my character for no reason given, I asked staff to self-PK my character to ensure there is no "continuation", all I have done is politely ask to join LAPO. I'm going to stop writing here. But, I can go on and on and on - you made a lot of mistakes, Warsteiner47, you were really rude and disrespectful for no reason besides some OOC bias. You should stop being cruel and mean-hearted. Please get therapy as well. But everyone makes mistakes. So apologize to me in earnest & without any irony or I will not forgive. But, Warsteiner47's personality is not the issue. The issue is, they broke, as the official Chief of Police: Global Rule #1: Whilst we advocate for Freedom of Speech and have very little limitation on what can and cannot be said, repeated verbal or text abuse of a player causing them discomfort is considered harassment, this includes but is not limited to the usage of racial or other offensive slurs; know where to draw the line. If you were removed from an RP situation on one character or are involved on a separate character, you cannot return on a second character in an attempt to continue or influence it. They have clearly broken 21 of the rules. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but this current Chief of Police still shows no remorse. They don't care that they are ruining the roleplay of others. This is not about me. What if he harasses every other new player? The evidence here shows that Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) has shown to abuse their position of power in a objectively malicious way and with intent on breaking or skirting around the rules to kill, at least two COs from what we've seen. Yeah, rank buyers are kinda cringe. But this player is actively harming profits by intentionally finding reasons to kill them, are they not? Targetting bypass characters? Warsteiner47 (STEAM_0:1:200993574) is truly against Prometheus, if that is their intended effect, but intended or not, they are not a positive contributor to Prometheus's roleplay. I am not trying to be an asshole, but Warsteiner47 has demonstrated he does not deserve Chief of Police, all within a few hours, they made LAPO into a killinghouse. Thanks for reading & I hope that this was a helpful insight into why people with power should not blatantly abuse their position and power, even if IC or OOC. -Harbinger Evidence (Videos/Screenshots): https://youtu.be/FifSlhWV98A Additional Information: We all should tolerate no more fucking abuse by openly antagonistic people who have no emotional intelligence or conscience.

I think having some sort of weright indicator is a nice aspect. Maybe just change them to three options. Slim, Average, and Large or Heavy. Or yeah, could just remove it entirely. -

Removal of Weight from Identification & Player Creation

I didn't mean for all physical traits, just weight. Apparently weight is something you see a couple of United States IDs. [Probably so you aren't accidentally directed to weigh stations] On the same coin, NSB will detain a military member if they forgot to change their weight when their character was made. Not every person will take the time to sit through the character creation menu on their first join of the server and would rather get out into the environment as soon as possible. 1. Realism only applies if it’s accurate. In most real systems, weight is not a reliable identifier—passports don’t list it, many IDs omit it, and even when listed it’s almost always outdated. 2. True, but the reverse also applies: having weight on IDs discourages descriptive RP because people rely on the number instead of engaging with character description. 3. That’s exactly why weight on IDs is problematic. A description like “muscular build” or “slim” is flexible, fits RP. 4. It’s not about grasping—it’s about removing unnecessary friction for new players. Height can stay; it’s stable, actually affects appearance, and useful. Weight is variable, invisible, and often misused. 5. You wouldn't be able to change where you're from on a whim. At the moment you can't even change your ID so that if your weight is wrong, you can't fix it. Don't know how you got that take from the question. Good for you? I guess it's good that the policing agencies in your area trust you not to eat too much so that the information is still valid. When you make your character your height actually effects your model. If you put 6'2: You're going to be taller than another male_07. If you put 5'5: You're going to be shorter than another male_07. I guess I should specify, I have seen military police and NSB detain other members of factions for their weight. -
Removal of Weight from Identification & Player Creation

IDs actually do carry physical information. One of the key points to identifying people. Minges typically put un-realistic weight. It's not on the person to judge someone different if they fill into a very common stereotype. I think if people can't figure out a scroll wheel mechanic in their character creation they will have a much harder time past that point in this type of roleplay... IDs shouldn't be for aesthetic, and they are pretty realistic. People can still have descriptive... Descriptions.. having in tune IDs shouldn't stop anyone from doing that! All descriptions are in character. No matter what they are describing. Again people won't survive on this server if they can't grasp the concept of setting a weight and height. People shouldn't just be able to change where they are from on a whim... LOL Mine does Now how will they rely on height if somebody doesn't include it in their description It's not lol -

The Removal of Weight from Identification & Player Creation Reasons of Removal: 1. IDs are not full medical charts. Identity cards whether they be passports, drivers' licenses, or military IDs do not hold information like weight solely because it is one of the thing in someone's appearance that is bound to fluctuation. 2. Provides easy targeting. Players often use ID weight to make snap judgments about the body, even when roleplay doesn't support it. It becomes a sort of "stat check" rather than RP conversation. Even if your description says you are of a different weight. (Your papers say 50 pounds, but you have 126 pounds in your description.) 3. Confusion to new players. There have been plenty of times where new players have been turned away from factions due to a weight that they might've not seen or forgotten to change. It becomes a bit of a hassle to have a recruit go make a new character and come back if their weight is not substantial. This may also deter certain people from wanting to participate in the Roleplay. Benefits of Removal: - Makes an ID cleaner and more realistic. - Encourages descriptive RP rather than stats being numbers in desc. - Reduces using someone's description that would be invisible outside of physical presence. - Less Friction for New Players not understanding the questions being asked or their importance. - Allows for a question to replace it, such as: Date of Birth/Place of Birth. Possible Rebuttals: 1. "It adds realism." As I have stated before: Most identification cards regardless of country do not include weight because it changes so often. RP immersion is better served by letting characters on their own. 2. "It helps identify better." Policing agencies can already rely on height, physical descriptions, or player model. Weight on an ID is unreliable for these scenarios. 3. "It's harmless flavor." If it were truly harmless, then it wouldn't be an arrestable offense. Additional Information: Potentially, we could change weight entirely to a field/drop down question like: "What build do you have?" - Stocky - Slim - Broad

Your Name: Needle cat/Ludvig Schaisser SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:147572370 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Dispute Which staff member banned you?: Major Whoreson How long is your ban for?: 2 weeks Why were you banned?: Banned for RDM during a raid. I shot a guard who shot at us first, and then I shot at Major Whoreson who wasn't reacting to my bullets. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I feel this ban is unfair for a few reasons. First, my ping is consistently around 180ms. In the chaos of the raid, with shots already being fired, it's possible there was some de sync or lag on my end that made the situation with Major Whoreson look different than what was actually happening. I saw a hostile looking player and reacted to the threat, but the lag might have prevented me from seeing that he wasn't a part of it. Secondly, while I understand a rule was broken, the punishment feels extreme for a first time offense during active RP, especially when it seems like other rules like NLR or car misuse are broken all the time without the same level of punishment. I've seen people with car permits just drive around running people over without any RP, or people clearly ignoring NLR, and it feels like they don't get banned for it. It's frustrating to be banned so quickly for a mistake I feel was influenced by lag and the heat of the moment in a legitimate RP scenario, when other more blatant rulebreaks seem to go unchecked. I was genuinely engaged in the server's RP and would like a chance to come back. Additional Information: I apologize for my part in the situation. I should have been more aware. But I hope you can see my side that the ban feels disproportionate, especially for a new player trying to learn the server. I'm not trying to cause trouble, I just want a fair chance to play like everyone else.
