Guess I'm just trying to say is this shouldn't warrant a out right PK since this was a small issue as i was also not intentionally trying to fail fear rp by not going up a ladder since i wasn't there OOC. Truth right there, this was a clear case of PK bait, I noticed it quickly upon looking at the clip where the passenger of the car says "Yo ram into LAPO" and giggling afterwards.

Hi I was the fellow police officer in the clip. I would like to argue that the military was pk baiting in this situation. They had previously also bumped into us and were forming a threat to everybody on the streets. Shooting at the tires should be an acceptable response from police officers in the situation. This also would have been the result you expect when you ram your car into police officers multiple times. They were clearly waiting till somebody bit so they could gun us down. I would also like to add that the person shooting back jumped out of a fast driving car from the drivers seat and immediately started shooting, which would be unrealistic in a real situation.
