If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Yes, I have received multiple bans and warnings throughout my time playing. When I started on Prometheus Networks I did not intend to take my time here seriously, and did not have any regard for my standing, however, this has changed over the years. My last infraction was over a year ago if I am not mistaken, and even longer since any serious strings of long time bans. I do not intend to violate server, discord, or forum rules at all in the future, and will be especially careful if my application to the staff team is seriously considered. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?: About a year or so ago I was given a very brief introduction on the Nutscript staff commands by a friend that was experimenting with a server, but I have not held a staff position before. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I have been a part of Prometheus Networks since its early stages, and have maintained positions and play time since then, and intend to remain doing so. I believe that I can sincerely contribute to the staff team and make an effort to improve the state of the server through my participation. I am able to be consistently active, and would be able to accept tickets and resolve any issues in game regularly. I’m not keen on drama and any prior friendships or acquaintances would not influence any judgement that I might make as a member of the Staff team if I am chosen. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a member of the staff team at an entry level, I would primarily monitor RP, ensure that server rules and guidelines are being followed, assist players with any issues that they might come across while playing, manage transfers, playermodel and rank changes, and resolve any disputes, questions, or complaints that they bring up with the staff team within my authority. I would ensure that any judgment I might bring to these situations is fair and impartial, and in accordance with server rules. Additionally, as a member of the staff team, I would be available to members of the community to advise on rules, guidelines, and RP applications to help make the server experience more accessible for those who require additional resources or advice for these matters. As a Moderator, I understand that my authority will be limited to punishing infractions that are less severe (up to a 2 Week ban), and PKs involving Civilian characters, and that a more senior member of the Staff Team will be notified of any situation requiring a more extensive judgment.

I do understand better now, but just to clarifiy. Why in this situation did the NSB director, stabsleiter and even Malum Caedo stay alive? Most of them were killed in this situation, but were not pk'd. Also, the guy who actually killed him is still alive... I don't know if he died though! Thank you for the info though, I appreciate it!

Yes, hello. You were PKd because you breached the office with the intention to murder a member of NHC. Anyone who died by the Order Marshal when breaching that office was PKd. This including, the Kriegsmarschall and a Panzer.

Character's name & rank: Valentin Reinhard Oberst SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:72193555 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Prime Explain why you were PK'd: I was Pk'd during the civil war when I was told that I killed the ordensmarshall during the raid on the MOI and then died to somebody else. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well Prime said I was getting pk'd for dying after killing the ordensmarshall, and I didn't argue with him because you know, I don't have access to the logs myself to check. During a discussion with mewsolini, he told me I should ask for the logs and at the same time Thomas was already there, so I asked him for the logs and when Thomas checked, it said that I wasn't the one to kill the ordensmarshall, so I don't understand why I was pk'd to begin with. Also, no NSB high command was pk'd during the events of yesterday, I was the only pk alongside the KM and the OM. Here are proof I didn't kill the ordensmarshall during the events of yesterday : I started by dealing 59 hp of damage to the ordensmarhsall, which could've been from anywhere as I was just blindly shooting at the office door during the raid. Then 9 seconds later, he was shot by a Leutnant So as shown in the logs, I clearly wasn't the one to pk him. Additional Information: I wasn't specifically trying to kill the OM in this situation, any of the other players going to save the KM could've been pked if we look at it that way! like I been in the server for more than a month I just dont spend unreal amount of time on the server plus I didn't even see the guide till like 1AM and the edit didn't go though last night

Whoreson walks in on his baumer char, talks a little bit, asks me who I am and I say "the former Kriegsmarshall's guard" then I get shot by him and ultimately PK'd. I genuinely dont know what I did wrong. Ive had that char for almost 4 years and it just gets executed for absolutely nothing. Ive never ran into trouble for my char having and Irish name, its apart of his lore. What, Characters cant have some sort of Interesting lore besides "Born in Hamburg" anymore?? Why should you be un-PK'd?: I did nothing wrong. I did nothing to warrant a PK. Additional Information: N/A
