For 2nd ban, Global Rule 5, I did not realize that I was metagaming, which I realize in retrospect, was not a good idea in general. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I find myself to have an intricate knowledge of the 1942rp subgenre of Garry’s Mod, due to my past 5 years of experience on the game mode. I believe within that time frame that I have gotten a deeper understanding of not just the game mode, but the player base as well. I know what the people want and are looking for in a staff member, and I believe I can provide that staff member to them. I have always been seen as a level-headed, easy to work with person, who is willing to hear all sides of the story no-matter the situation. I can always keep a level-headedness to stressful and challenging situations, as well as asking the hard-hitting difficult questions. I would be active most days out of every week, taking tickets as quickly as I could while also balancing my RP character and his duties. Even though I have butted heads with other players and staff members before, I have always found myself quick to move on and put our differences aside and try to clear the air with them when I get the opportunity to. Also in assisting those who might be bugged, whether that be their uniform or player model being messed up, or frozen and trapped inside a prop. A staff member is to serve fair and just punishments without any bias, and proof of the wrong doing at hand. Upon further review and looking back at the clip, Sometimes you are not roleplayed with but roleplayed around. You were identified in the room, dressed in the uniform the person who shot was wearing and ended up being blamed for it with credible witnesses. Unfortunately you got put in front and centre and lost. JUST TO BE CLEAR; You remain murdered by the Interior Minister. Everything that happened in game still happened. Accepted To clarify when your character is actively mining, other people can try to interact with you, There is no special protections for people AFK doing an action like AFK fishing. although any player trying to do so should be trying to properly RP if they are mugging / detaining you. make a ticket next time if you believe someone is breaking the rules instead of just leaving and rejoining

I would like to submit an appeal for the two-week ban I received. The reason stated for the ban was that I logged out while being tied up, but I would like to clarify the situation: I was AFK in the mine when another player tied me up without any reason, warning, or interaction. When I first joined the server, I had a similar situation where I unintentionally tied up a player who was AFK in the mine. At that time, I did not receive a ban but was given a warning and had the rule explained to me. Now, even though I was the victim in this situation, I received a two-week ban. I kindly ask that you review the full situation and the logs, as I believe there has been a misunderstanding and that the punishment should be reconsidered. You have to keep in mind that when you character is physically still in the server and you are mining(not afk), someone can try to interact with you and end up tying you up. Especially if you aren't defending your self. This is your responsibility, I will accept you appeal since you didn't understand this. Accepted

So its roleplay for some random guy to be tying up people. Also I was afk for like 10 mins, to which I hear someone speaking from the other room, assuming its my friend I check and see I'm being tied up. Fair enough about the roleplay part but still as a first offence a 2 week ban is overextreme in terms of bans. I see your point in the argument but I'm asking that you see mine in terms of how extreme the ban time is.

I was the staff member that ended up banning you and your friend. First off - You knew exactly what you were doing and you were not afk, In the clip you can clearly see you coming back life and see on your screen that you were tied, Seeing the player tie up your friend. You start to back away and make a break for it. Once the player starts to catch up to you in-order to grab you. That's when you decided to leave the game. Then your friend promptly did the same, Rejoining the game all within a few minutes. To answer your second point, If there is only 8 - 10 people on the server there is no "down time" / "no point to roleplay because no ones on". Actually id argue that its even worse to ruin someone's roleplay during these lower pop times, because it is challenging already to initiate decent roleplay or find players to interact with. another UA member will make a decision on this appeal.

Firstly, for unique crime, I would like to develope the actual group into something more than just money making. Potentially getting a voice in politics. Changing the tides between the military and Interior. Gun smuggling and a weapon empire alongside a quiet rebellion. And as for recruiting, people won't have to make a new character fully, but they won't exactly be up in the top set. More like an associate if they're not Balkan. If someone German decides to join, we will offer them a different branch and path to take to be apart of us. People from the Balkans will be prioritzed, however we won't refrain from targetting them if they're completely brainwashed. Expanding on the rebellion part, I want it to be something that isn't completely serious but a caution. Having people that have ties to us in important job positions, putting them at risk of a rebellion, therefore contributing to our demands. We also won't back out of doing something radical if it needs to be. If someone or something decides it should challange us, we will be the parasite that'll control the brain. (also stuff like the discord and logo have been made.)

What specifically would you bring, I know you mention lots of unique crime you plan on bringing, but what intricate thing will you offer or do that is new or uncommon? Special services that include more than security/assassination/money making? A new way of life for a majority of the people in Berlin? Also how do you plan on going about recruitment? Will you target the oppressed for members or will you require people making whole new characters of Balkan origin? How do you plan on interacting with the server? I like your union-style background that adds to this potential faction. Coming from the struggling poor rather than being an established crime mafiaso that has all these riches. It really brings a sense of inclusivity and a brush of new style. I also like how you branch off about them being proud of their ethnic origin, would you say that is a thing they would prioritize above ALL else? To put aside the differences and to cooperate under one name, one group, one structure. Such a group that would oppose anything and everything while at the same time doing offers with those they oppose the day later.
