Hey, I'm the staff member who banned you. I banned you because you broke the New Life rules three times in a row. I can understand that it was quite late but the length of the ban was chosen because you were kicked once before for the same reason, to warn you, since you also behaved very rudely towards me but also your large number of past offenses was very large, this is why I decided to ban you for a week.

I am sorry for the inconvenience of my actions. The moment in May, I made a asinine decision by making a dumb advert that had slurs and antisemitic comment that lead me to a ban. As well, the continue action of alt evading and spamming the roles in discord during the twilight hours of the night where people are asleep or do not want to be pinged. The actions that I made was gross, and it reflects as my character as a minge. I do want to resolve this and want to come back. Yes, I threw verbal insults at UA, and it was malicious, but it never went far and beyond. It wasn't right for me to verbally insult anyone. I never meta'd or undermine the server's RP. This is my best attempt to ask for a ban appeal. You may ask did I attempt to change or at least adhere. I can right now. These are the only words that come to my thoughts. This shit won't happen. This is my first permanent/exile ban from the server. I've seen far worst people who were banned and where given another chance. This isn't an excuse, it's up to you to the person who decides on my verdict. I don't want to be belittled or verbally insulted. Give me the scope of the truth of my actions and good criticism. Doesn't this technically already exist? I am not quite getting the suggestion because if you go to skin at the very bottom it DOES change your facial features. Just not in very drastic ways though. With a lot of the models, they are already being pushed to their limits. I don't think adding anything more is really that important unless it's a big change. [Not all words have to be capitalized.]

Since realizing I don’t have enough of a presence in the community, I’ve been a lot more active in roleplay and various scenarios, being involved in two civil wars (which truly has been more fun than I expected), actively participating/attending meetings (primarily on my PSD char), and doing my own part in standing out from other players (opening my own business, and overall doing little things to make my characters unique and more realistic). I love interacting with everyone and I try my absolute best to educate and be a good role model for newer players on the server as well as people I recruit. Usually, someone thinks the server is full of people that “cannot see” and when I have recruited them I speak to them to clarify what the server actually is to avoid confusion. Yes, initially they have told me they came to minge on the server but ended up liking the people around them or realizing the servers are completely different from what they had thought. There are also the strange cases of minges, which personally I’ve learned how to weed out via recruiting, how they respond to commands, and even the first presentation. In the past 30 days, I have had a lot of time to expand my understanding specifically of confusing rules (particularly the pk rules) which from my knowledge can vary depending on encounters (which can be super complex without any understanding). During “minge hours” (~3-4am EST) I usually ask active staff questions on certain topics and discuss specific rules and how they apply in situations. I’ve also talked to them about previous instances they had to deal with and how to properly react to said instances. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: Recently I discovered numerous responsibilities that a staff member must have. Everyone knows the basics (i.e; handling tickets) but, I believe there's a lot more to it. Since a few of my friends were previous staff/are staff, I tend to hear them discussing specifics like quotas, how to handle certain tickets like pk tickets, and how staff approved pks work. The only clarification I would probably need is how to change the models when someone opens a ticket for someone joining a faction as well as how the name change process works. I feel that understanding rules that confuse me could better help and explain certain situations where a person might find themselves in. As a member of staff, I feel that it’s my responsibility to make sure that the server is not an annoyance for the players, and that every aspect of the server runs as smoothly as possible while also being able to educate new players; as well as giving an unbiased judgement to people who have broken the rules.

To be completely honest I was on auto pilot just hanging out. I did create an RDM ticket for dying because at the time I was confused for why I was killed, however after taking a nap and reviewing the footage I was technically trespassing which is completely valid for you eliminating me. I do apologize for the confusion, I made a hasty decision to report you for RDM. Again, I was not trying to intentionally break NLR, I don't recall how I even died the first two times. edit: more context, I reported Mr_Arrovv for RDM and the ticket was taken by Ronald, after I showed Ronald the clip, Mr_Arrovv took control of his own ticket by claiming I broke NLR 3 times and just straight up banned me for a week. I only recall dying once prior, in which it was also RDM (they never told me to leave and shanked me). I did not bother making a ticket for because it was late night and I was on my civilian and did not care. The second time I died which is the clip provided, I did make make an RDM report. I was just hanging out, I usually go in there when I'm in my head. Still an apology, you could argue I was trespassing, but I don't see the reason for a week ban.
