Given the community announcement last month of our pending migration to Imperial Man in the High Castle RP and our moving to a New York City map... Denied

Description of the idea: We switch back to the old map that we know and love. Why should this be added? It’s a far superior map. Every faction had its own dedicated area—for example, the Kriegsmarines had their own naval base, and the Military had actual barracks. It was simply perfection. I've heard from multiple people that they miss the old map. It also had multiple apartments, and the forest added so much more roleplay potential for both civilians and the military. What negatives could this have? The only potential downsides are that the Kaiser Guard would need a designated area, and the Pantheon wouldn’t be present in the old map. However, if there's a way to incorporate those elements, it would be perfect. Additional information: None.

On the day I got banned, I was I believe in the MOI courts office char, I was in a pre-argument with my boss whos name I forget what his name was. Schaffler or Karnitz. Coffee and a buddy of his where just having a laugh and I took the situation far too serious. They were trying to have and hold a conversation with me while I was still in this argument. I drove away in a car, and ltapped for a brief time. I swapped back into my char; they were looking for me and I ran into them again. They pulled me into a staff sit, and I refused to take responsibility for the issue. Why do you deserve to be unbanned? It's not a case of deserving to be unbanned. I just really enjoyed the server, and how it was structured. The people I met. I took a personal outside argument and took it in game to try and save my skin. While I look back at the situation, I regret everything I did, and I know that I could have handled the situation a hell of alot better than I did. My Issue was i felt i was being targeted by staff and know i realize that they were simply trying to hold order in the server. As said, I really enjoyed the server and what it's about. I apologise without question about my mistake in the issue and should have handled it better. For my mistake I am sorry. Additional Information: N/A

Denied. Your PK has been reviewed and is going to be upheld based on the clear justification for the PK. As an enlisted soldier brought into the intelligence department within the armed forces directly by the Deputy Chief of the Armed Forces (Kuno Darres), you were expected to uphold a high standard. However you did the complete opposite, and you started speaking dismissively and disrespectfully about the very person who gave you the privilege to be put into the intelligence department. Given his role and the trust he placed in you, this was seen as a serious breach of military decorum, something that the High command of the Armed Forces are working to reform, you being shot served as a necessary example to reinforce the orders and standards from Military high command. Also since you made the point of " I feel like i should have been removed from my unit if i was being incompetent instead of being permanently killed." It states in the PK guidelines that last resort only applies when PKing players of importance (i.e. Last resort is not required for PKing a Grenadier). This means that this PK did not require for all other options to be looked at beforehand. As such, all procedures were followed appropriately in this case.

Ive matured alot since January of 2024 and am truly sorry for what ive done. I know ive definitely said the same apology many times in the past due to my mountain of other PO's, however this time im SERIOUS. I know i said and did some really bad stuff and I would completely understand if you all would say no. I really want to have ONE more chance. If you let me back in and i get anymore infractions you guys can perma ban right away. The main reason I had so many PO's was because i was a really immature 14 year old child who stayed their entire free time on GMOD and got bored very fast, which led me to then break the rules over and over again. Ontop of all that, I understand the weight of my actions alot more now and arent retarded enough to break the rules over and over again, which led to me getting permabanned. I have way more responsibility and maturity now and cant (and wont) spend all my time and break rules like that anymore. Like I said, I bet I did some really bad stuff.
