this is a dispute lol I'm disputing your ban and it's strange that you fight me so hard in an appeal which you shouldn't really have a say in

I wrote that in my first reply, and UA can see from the logs that the ban time was changed immediately. You cannot simply assume it is 'until I made this appeal'. An error occurred that set it to 2 Weeks instead of 1. I shall not be replying further as you are clearly trying to make this more about what happened in the sit room and not about why you believe you should be unbanned. you literally said I was being banned for 2 days for GB 1 because the song broke GB1, I didn't say I played the song afterwards, I said I was just playing it then you gagged me which I didn't see and I didn't know what was going on, and you never mentioned NITRP until after I was banned which you literally did it for 2 weeks until I made this appeal which is shitty, you didn't inform me of any other rules. and after I wrote in OOC you muted me perm immediately after which is interesting too

I would like to see more effort in the appeal. I understand anger but how do we know that this won't happen again just because of anger? What do you plan on doing when you come back? Will you actually contribute to the server?

Incorrect, I informed you that you were wrong and gave you the definition of GR1 and how it applied in your situation, as well as the other rules which had been broken. As I said, the song was played whilst the gag was about to be administered, not afterwards. I gave you all relevant information in the sit and did not add 'NITRP' after you wrote in /OOC. We literally argued in the sit room about GB1 and you didn't say how to avoid this you just said I was being banned for GB1 and told me to appeal at the fourms. Also no I didn't play a song after being gagged, the whole thing was me just playing ye and you got mad and tried to gag and mute me, I didn't know what was going on, all I did was play a song. During the staff sit all you did was just say I broke gb1 and I was being banned for 2 days, nobody had a problem with me playing it other than you and idk how you can be triggered by a ye song and if you are you need to take a long look in the mirror. Then you got mad I insulted you and extended my ban with NITRP which doesn't even make sense.

Firstly, my apologies - your ban is not 2 Weeks, however, it was extended to 1 Week due to how you spoke to me and utilized /OOC whilst I was writing your Ban Details. Please also amend your 'Why were you Banned' section to include the full reason which is - GR 1 | 4.8 | NITRP At no point did we argue, I simply stated the rules you had broke and how to avoid this in the future. I was not at all angry, myself and an Administrator had Gagged you for 10 Minutes due to you breaking Rule 4.8 - Voice Spam -. Whilst the Gag was being administered, you thought it would be a good idea to play a song which included lyrics such as 'Heil Hitler'. I pulled you into a sit room and explained that doing so was a breach of GR 1, as well as 4.8 due to voice spam. you should have known these actions were not allowed and a clear cause of discomfort to other players. You remained in the Sit Room for approx. 3 minutes whilst I wrote your Ban Reasoning, during which time you used /OOC to call me a 'fag'. Hence the extension from what was going to be a 2D ban to a 1W ban. In regards to you supposedly witnessing a member of our staff team do similar, it does not allow you to break the rules. If this scenario occurred, you are encouraged to make a Staff Report here on the Forums. UA will make a final decision on this Appeal, however, I suggest you put some more effort into it if you want to have any chance of it being considered.

When detained, you broke Global Rule 1 on MULTIPLE occasions and continued to do so until you were banned. As angry as you were, you should never have said what you did. It is worth mentioning as Slug has posted above, that you attempted to ALT over a 4D Ban. Please write your Appeal with some genuine care and consideration, as well as following and highlighting what rules you actually broke. Otherwise it will be Denied. As we had encountered them infront of the Reichstag, another member and I began challenging a larger group of NSB members who were exiting the building, which eventually led to three of them surrounding me against a wall, although I had slipped through before they could fully box me in & shot a lot of them. While I do admit that I had broken FearRP, and atleast deserve to have my character PK'ed, I don't think that banning me for 2 weeks and saying I had no intent to roleplay (even though I did) is a justified punishment for the situation. I am very remorseful and the language I used was UNACCEPTABLE and to be frank from the view of moderation I was risk of the server and reputation of the community and I hope i can get unbanned as even if I get mad or angry I wont be using this language and if this stuff happens to me again I will be taking proper measures, contacting the staff and reporting mingers and people with no intent to roleplay etcetera etcetera and do plan on contributing to the server as I was a kaiserguard for two days prior and would like to actually roleplay, donate, and just be another member of prometheus.
