Again no, i did not intend to rp after already roleplaying the situation out and being killed twice lol, doesnt look like they did either. youre then referencing clips I gave you after the ban to justify your ban decision when you did not have any information prior. the ban time also got extended from 5 days to 2 weeks, again any ban on my account I appealed (looks like 1 and it got overturned for being a wrongful ban.) You literally admit they were using ooc comms in char yet still jsutify this as serious roleplay after being spawn killed twice and once in rp. pretty hypocritical. From the evidence provided to me it looks like you were not abiding by fear RP for the arrests made against you and LTARPd. You weren't "killed randomly", you repeatedly resisted arrest. Hello, thanks for supplyiong my own clip i gave you AFTER i was banned. As we chatted about in discord this clip was taken after being killed in RP 2x before hand and continuously spawn killed. I was then killed after getting up after this clip ( check logs) witch i suggested you do and you refused to. I am the one who requested to be brought into a sit which you replied " you are in a sit" then my pc crashed. why wopuld i ask to be in a sit then ltap and follow up with you on discord not even 2 mins later lol. I loaded back in and was abnned for Ltarp, fail rp, and ltap during a sit and was not given the chance to explain in game as the admin said I could just appeal here. Very unfortunate I got disconnected but I am not sure how this was taken as a legit RP scenario when I was killed in RP multiple times and was being spawn camped 2x after the fact for a rp scenario that transpired 20 mins before hand by the time I was taken to the ICC. A ban appeal

To start this off, personally I plan on being big in the PD. I think it would be interesting, having two factions mainly clashing over control of your force, while you are still exercising authority over civilians. I might also explore corruption/abuse of authority roleplay. It seems on topic for this timeline.

What will you bring to MITHC? What kind of roleplay do you guys plan on doing/what factions do you plan on maining? It seems like it will be a huge drift from what we are used to so I'm interested in how people will make it their own.

Description of the idea: We switch back to the old map that we know and love. Why should this be added? It’s a far superior map. Every faction had its own dedicated area—for example, the Kriegsmarines had their own naval base, and the Military had actual barracks. It was simply perfection. I've heard from multiple people that they miss the old map. It also had multiple apartments, and the forest added so much more roleplay potential for both civilians and the military. What negatives could this have? The only potential downsides are that the Kaiser Guard would need a designated area, and the Pantheon wouldn’t be present in the old map. However, if there's a way to incorporate those elements, it would be perfect. Additional information: None.

On the day I got banned, I was I believe in the MOI courts office char, I was in a pre-argument with my boss whos name I forget what his name was. Schaffler or Karnitz. Coffee and a buddy of his where just having a laugh and I took the situation far too serious. They were trying to have and hold a conversation with me while I was still in this argument. I drove away in a car, and ltapped for a brief time. I swapped back into my char; they were looking for me and I ran into them again. They pulled me into a staff sit, and I refused to take responsibility for the issue. Why do you deserve to be unbanned? It's not a case of deserving to be unbanned. I just really enjoyed the server, and how it was structured. The people I met. I took a personal outside argument and took it in game to try and save my skin. While I look back at the situation, I regret everything I did, and I know that I could have handled the situation a hell of alot better than I did. My Issue was i felt i was being targeted by staff and know i realize that they were simply trying to hold order in the server. As said, I really enjoyed the server and what it's about. As an enlisted soldier brought into the intelligence department within the armed forces directly by the Deputy Chief of the Armed Forces (Kuno Darres), you were expected to uphold a high standard.
