As someone who was involved, the NSB came in through the ICC and garage, upwards of 8 National Security Bureau were in with him. @SharpAlso was there and also witnessed it. Chlice did not come in alone. I had also brought in the KG to meet with a warplanner regarding a warplanning situation and announced my entry. Chlice from my knowledge didn't openly disrespect genwolf with insults, he rather acted arrogant and disrespectful with his tone and mannerisms. Genwolf confronted me and said that the NSB can't be disrespectful to him like that so we both agreed on a one rank demotion and I ordered Chlice to return. I also ordered the release of Otto von Licht as a show of good faith. I thought we had solved this in-character to be honest as I punished him with genwolfs suggestion of a one rank demotion. I personally don't agree with a PK for this considering I had already punished him to genwolfs request. I also think it's totally fine for a NSB CO to act a little arrogant, even towards the head of the entire military, just like how I expect a experienced veteran of the war effort to be arrogant and slightly disrespectful towards the state security apparatus that they see as power hungry overzealous police officers.

I will say this as someone who was there for most of the incident, the only transmissions that we got regarding the Feld was that they were in the NSB lobby, as well I don't believe ruze has been on 42rp since TPN so there is no way he would've known that he was speaking to Whoreson.

Hello, I was not in the NSB Wing when Ruze was approached by the Feldjagers. I was in the Prator's Lobby when I received a radio transmission that stated the Feldjager had entered the NSB Wing. I honestly do not recall ever receiving a transmission stating that Major Whoreson is the Feld. I know that this is further verified by the fact that Ruze (gamer) here didn't know that you were Major Whoreson until after he was banned and I informed him. Logically there wouldn't have been a way for him to meta in that aspect because he didn't know you were Major Whoreson. Ruze had just returned to the community today and was still getting up to speed with how everything works. I don't think he had any ill intent towards yourself or the server rules. It seemed like an argument in which he got heated over, leading to the irrational decision of not explaining his case. I think Ruze could have handled himself better but unless he somehow meta'd in a matter in which I'm not aware of, I don't think he should be banned, respectfully.

Why were you banned?: I was banned for telling him that he's going to have to assume. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I'll give the backstory here. These were tense times with between the NSB/MOI & Military. So I was doing a field training with a group of men in my newly formed detachment when a bunch of feldgendarmerie/feldjäger entered the NSB wing. Obviously it being tense I decided to tell my leadership over the radio (speaking in the radio using the G button) that a bunch of the Feldgendarmerie/Feldjäger were in the NSB wing. This caused a scene with one of the Grenadiers who happened to be Major Whoreson himself which I didn't know since this is the first day that I've returned to the community after a looooong break. My intentions weren't to be edgy or rude or anything of alike, things got heated in the moment since I didn't think I was doing anything wrong in the moment other than informing my superiors that a bunch of them were in our wing. Whoreson asked me what I said over the radio numerous times and at the moment I didn't feel the need to repeat myself to a Grenadier in the NSB wing (during RP obviously, didn't know it was Whoreson and he was asking OOCly or whatever it was.) so I just told him I'm not explaining myself to a Grenadier. After that he said either tell me or I will have to assume and it will be worse, I really took this as a threat as in he will try to take it to the courts but that obviously meant as a ban haha. So I am sorry for causing a scene or if I wronged you in anyway, but all I was really doing was trying to conduct a field training for my men and informing my superiors of the Feldgendarmerie's precense. I am sorry for insulting you and once again I didn't know that it was you, not that it matters, but I was wrong in that situation. However, when I stopped, I admittedly was a little snarky, but in no way did I disrespect the Kriegsmarschall, I handed the paper, I started walking away, and then I told him that because he’s been shown the warrant I can come in, legally this is true, but is a jurisdictional argument. I was let in at the gate, which was already open. There was no forceful entry nor was there a raid. We were all cordial and then even when pressed I simply gave him the warrant and walked off. After this, the situation was then escalated by the Kriegsmarschall, and the Prator had demoted me for the “disrespect” as the Kriegsmarschall had asked to uphold a standard of rapport, which I obliged and took the hit for.I have no idea why further action was needed on the situation if I was promptly demoted and I had apologized and explained myself? (All of this again under orders to do so, I was simply the one carrying out my duty in subordination to the NSB.) I’d like to also just restate; Punishment and retribution for the act was already given, I was promptly demoted for it and the Kriegsmarschall seemed to be fine with it, why was further retribution in form of an NHC order PK needed or allowed? PK Guidelines that I believe this PK has violated; 4. Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member. (Once again, they already had me demoted, and he was fine with it, then he turned it all around randomly and decided later to ask for a PK for the situation that had already been resolved.) 5. PKing for solely doing work legally within one's job. (I was serving a Warrant as NSB that I was ordered to serve.)

This ban was meant to expire today but I attempted to join the server on an alternate account which automatically turned it into a permanent ban. I know that alting is wrong and I should have just been patient and waited for my punishment to be fulfilled. I apologize for doing this and assure all members of the community that I will from now on behave according to the rules. +1 Should have mentioned your alt evasion attempt in the original appeal but you immediately owned up to it when Slug brought it up. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you just wanted to get back into the server and not cause any more trouble when you did that, which I can understand even if it doesn't excuse it. It sounds like you genuinely regret the behavior that got you banned in the first place and I think you deserve a second chance. Good luck, man.

Given your explanation on the situation I am inclined to believe that you have somewhat good intentions on returning and abiding by our rules. Given the haste at which this appeal was made since the ban I would like to ask how determined and willing you are to follow our rules? Your response will be used to determine how long your ban should be reduced to as we would also like to give you time to read through our rules located on the Wiki during your ban.

All in all I think I was just blinded by my philosophy of frontier justice and I think I deserved to be banned but being banned permanently is excessive in my belief

Hello, I was the Staff member that banned you. I will begin with my reasoning on why I banned and requested for your increase. Firstly the initial reasoning for the situation was because you MRDMed an entire KG squad. The person who made the clip made the ticket and I brought both you and him to a sit room to which I then asked you why you shot him you said he threatened you, I asked "in what way did he threaten you" you then responded by saying "he told me to leave and was gonna have me detained" to which then I asked how was he threatening you, you didn't say. I then decided that I would be banning you for RDMing 5 KG randomly for 2 weeks you then started laughing and said "2 weeks is nothing, the longer it is the more Stronger I come back." probably not word for word but you said it like that. I then told you to read the rules to which you responded that "I don't do that" and is when I banned you for 2 months but because of your PO's and warnings I then requested it to be permanent because you fail to read back on your previous situations to which you don't. To which you insulted me, and told me that you would come back causing even more problems. (such as breaking more rules) You have been banned for a total of 21 weeks, during those times you said you haven't read the rules. I would say that if I liked this server I would read the rules and stop causing problems for others by not reading the rules and doing what I want.
