Description of the idea: so basically the idea is to bring back the female and black models for trusted users ore people who fill out an application to insure only competent none mingy people get the models Why should this be added?: mainly to add diversity to the servers community especially with the upcoming update for the man in the high castle New York the question of where are the black people in imperial occupied New York will come into question. so to negate that we could allow only trusted users who are willing to fill out an application can use black and female models to avoid the problems in the past like SlaveRP, N-word use, erp, and other issues that occurred when they could be used by anyone. What negatives could this have?: some people could slip through the process and cause an "incident" but it should be much harder and rare for said incidents to occur and is better than coming up with why black people arnt present in Imperial German occupied America Additional information: if their are still concerns I understand but for people like me who actually like rp having the ability to have options like this has great opportunity for more "non-problomatic" rp scenarios

How long have you been roleplaying?: I've been roleplaying in 1942RP specifically since late 2019/early 2020. Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Apparently there were none on my record, however, I do remember being permabanned from the server back in around 2021/2022 for mass RDM. At the time this was done out of pure spite and looking back on it now, there clearly was no logic behind my actions. Doing something like this today wouldn't even cross my mind. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I was a staff member on Typhon Networks (1942RP) on multiple different occasions. I "worked" as both moderator and administrator and the combined time I was a staff member there was probably around 6 months or so. I was also a moderator on another 1942RP server that went by the name of "Glacier Roleplay" (or networks, I forget.), this server however did not last for very long and I was only there for a week or two. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that my past experience of being a staff member on specifically 1942RP could prove useful. I've always considered myself dedicated and willing to meet my quota. I consider myself quite calm, helpful, and level-headed, not just in staff situations but in general as well. If someone on the server is in need of help while I'm not on and they message me on Discord about it, I have no issue with hopping on to help them with whatever. I strive to maintain high standards of roleplay and act as a role model for other players by following the rules and behaving professionally. On my part, activity will not be an issue. Living in Finland, I have the possibility of being on the server at times when other staff members might not be available. I find this a valuable quality, since during the earlier hours you often come across situations where there is no staff on, but there are players needing help with something. On top of this, I also tend to stay up late, so you'd find me available even during peak hours. Having a lot of free time on my hands, I could be available whenever is necessary. What I also find very useful is the fact that I have been involved with 1942RP for years now. I know what is expected and what the standards are. I simply just want to help out the community and the players in the best way I can. Despite the occasional toxicity I might encounter while playing, as I'm sure everyone else has as well, I've never really let it bother me too much, and I'm able to enjoy the server regardless. I thought about making this application for a long while to figure out if being a staff member on this server is actually something I'm willing to put my time and effort into, and evidently I decided that it is. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a moderator and a member of the staff team my duty and responsibility above all is the enforcement of rules. Making sure they are followed and correcting those who violate them. Aiding players with tickets and just anything that they might need help with. Being strict, but fair. As a staff member I'm also responsible for creating a friendly environment and making sure everyone feels like they're welcome. As mentioned before, I'm required to serve as a role model and an example to other players. I should not end up in situations where rules are being broken or roleplay being disrupted, in these kind of situations it is required of me to act in an appropriate way to make sure those breaking the rules are punished accordingly. Under no circumstance should I encourage people to do something that doesn't abide by the rules. Other important duties that I would surely be required to do as a staff member include; model changes, name changes, rank changes, faction changes. Even if there are no tickets to take, and whether I was on my staff character or my roleplay character, I should observe other players and see if they might need help with something or if they happen to be breaking the rules.

Accepted. After reviewing your appeal and the situation in full, I've decided to reduce the length of your ban. However, I want to make it clear that this decision isn't based on your behavior improving, in fact, quite the opposite. Your past actions, combined with your conduct in this specific situation, show a consistent disregard for the rules and clear lack of intent to engage in serious roleplay. Much of your behavior can only be described as minging and disruptive. That said, while the ban itself was justified I do think that a one week ban may have been slightly excessive for this particular incident so this ban will be shortened to one day.

Hate to say it, but I doubt you would make a very good staff member. You recently had your flags blacklisted for dropping a couple heavy props on top of a group, and I am not sure you are ready for the additional responsibility and power that comes with being a staff member. Speaking in terms of RP as the DRK-Präsident, you aren't incredibly skilled with RP, doing several irrelevant /its in the middle of autopsys, such as "/it he dead." With all of that being said, I do believe you can improve your skills in RP, as well as your accountability and responsibility. For now, I will have to give you a -1, but I think you could certainly be a good staff member if you improve on the things above.

I disconnected to avoid the black screen, as well as my genuine unenjoyment of the situation. I get the blackscreen bug when I switch from a character, and upon reconnect, I am met with a ban. I still don't see how what I did is deserving of a ban of this measure. I don't believe this ban is justified at all. I start a gun fight with the people trying to surround me in a circle jerk and tie me up. I believe what I did was wrong, and it would 100% justify a permakill in this scenario. The National Security Bureau started tying me up, I didn't wanna get tied up, so I shot. I should have lost the character, and that would have been it. Since I started a violent confrontation in an area with people It makes it MRDM? I don't understand, I 100% didn't want this to be an entire scenario, I thought a permakill would come out of it as I didn't mow down the crowd of people.

I watched it directly from noclip right above you, wonderful timing!. You aren't baffled. You gunned down people in a mass event with literally 126 people in that one area. You are the ONLY person who started a gunfight. What's baffling is that you somehow don't understand how you're the problem. To top it all off, you IMMEDIATELY disconnected after doing it. 2/10.

If I wanted to MRDM, why would I shoot the NSB instead of the 50+ in the crowd? I'm baffled that I was banned in the first place, as it should have been a permakill. Instead, an Upper administrator goes out of his way to ban me when he didn't see everything that happened. You can check my logs for the attempted tying, like I said, this should have been a permakill, not a ban. Additional Information:
