I just need an explanation of how I get a 4 week ban for refusing to getting up but I can get a 7 day ban for mass rdm I dont understand how I can commit a major rule violation and get a 7 day ban but then refuse to get up so im not cuffed and it results in a 4 week long ban I just need to understand that, I feel the ban time should have resulted in the severity of the offense not just based off of my priors

What I dont understand is how I get a 7 day ban for rdm and then a 4 week ban for refusing to get up it just doesnt make sense

Id like to make note i did not shoot you, i punched you as any one realistically would for sitting there continuously insulting them you were also no where near dying as you only took about a quarter damage from the two punches that landed

Hello, I'm the staff member who banned you. I banned you because you tried to RDM me. You also insulted me from the beginning when I entered the KG base to be recruited you also accused me of something that never happened and/or that I was not involved in. And as it says in the rules:"You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you."

When I saw him, I recognized him from an incident about 15 minutes earlier when I had been kidnapped, and I identified him as a member of the MGD. For some reason, this really upset him, and from that point on, he began insulting me and another person without any reason other than his own desire to do so. After about five minutes of him constantly insulting and belittling us, the KG commanding officer handling our transfers refused to intervene. So, I took matters into my own hands and started punching him, since I had already asked him to stop insulting me and the other transferee, and he refused. This was not attempted RDM. I clearly told him to stop, and when the officer failed to act, I responded. There was no lack of intention to roleplay—I fully intended to RP after being transferred. That opportunity was interrupted when he began verbally harassing both me and the other transferee. Id also like to note that immediately after i began punching him and was quickly shot for it he stated in vc "Hold up let me just ban that retard" Additional Information: Save me mr whoreson please!

Hi im the staff member that banned, Regarding ARDM it was the part where you said "shooting towards the mining walls so I can get his attention" from what I could recall you where trying to shoot him through those little gaps in the center pillars which resulted in you dying, and before that for General Rule 17 I saw you tie up 2 guys mining in the mines I even saw you strip a guy of all his items and drop it to the floor and then shoot them after you had mugged them. And as far as an apology, you should have done it in here, you're lucky I gave you a 3-day ban instead of more I was generous and gave you that amount because it was late at night. So instead of trying to manipulate and hide the facts, just own up to it and get it over with. I pray that you better yourself and be more truthful in the future my man.
