I genuinely dont know what I did wrong. Ive had that char for almost 4 years and it just gets executed for absolutely nothing. Ive never ran into trouble for my char having and Irish name, its apart of his lore. What, Characters cant have some sort of Interesting lore besides "Born in Hamburg" anymore?? A staff member is also responsible for responding to player reports and investigating to get a resolution in the report. A moderator should be a role model to the community, they should treat every player with respect and communicate clearly, especially when doing duties as an active staff member. Hello, I was the admin who PK'd you. The Army was raiding the Lapo Station. After they eliminated all of the Lapo officers, they moved to detain everyone at the spawn area. They instructed you multiple times to stop moving and comply, but you continued to ignore their commands. You were killed approximately 4–5 times, and I gave you several opportunities to comply and avoid being PK'd. However, you repeatedly broke FearRP by refusing to surrender, so I PKed you. Additionally, staff member Gregorius informed everyone in the room that anyone who failed to comply would be PK'd. You were clearly warned beforehand, but you chose to continue refusing to comply despite those warnings.

My name is Werner Bauer and I am a Lapo member and when the station was getting raided they went into the spawn room and started to spawn kill us. They told me to stop moving and I was just jumping around the spawn room. They gave me no warning about getting banned and then they shot me and I was back at the character screen

I would like to believe your statements that if given another chance that you will follow our rules; however, my trust in you was shattered upon checking the original ban. Upon checking, it shows the original ban was made 12/27/25 and that you connected 6/25/26 and saw the ban message. Instead of appealing right after that, you decided to attempt to evade the ban by connecting to the server on an alternate account. When that account was banned for the violation, you then tried again on another account. Attempting to bypass the ban using an alternate account is a violation of Global Rule #11. We were literally on the same arrest and in the same group, zero reason for you to try and arrest me unless you just wanted to ban someone, there was a million civis and lapo around at once, ridiculous.
