Neutral This application could use some more work. The unique idea of a respect culture could be cool if done well, but I find your reasoning for this to be accepted weak. Flush it out more and dont just do the bare mininum word count. Also your backstory is literally just, guy goes to berlin starts businesses and is a giant crime family now. To the people saying they can't see this happening, I could definitely see this happening when we move to mithc.

-1 this is a stretch, Yakuza wouldnt be active in germany as historicaly they came from unemployed samurai, protecting the locals. Wouldnt be a reason for them to go over to a city like Berlin

Denied. Your apology lacks sincerity and accountability. Calling the situation "a little but dumb" and saying that you were "just fucking around" minimises the seriousness of your actions. You deflect blame by saying "the guy said it wasn't RDM" and offer excuses like "I was still stuck in minge hour" rather than taking clear responsibility. You also have multiple very recent offenses for RDM but you try and shrug it off by saying "some of my notes are invalid quite literally" which again shows that this apology is not sincere, so this 3 day ban was more than fair in fact, it was generous. Repeated rule breaking, especially of the same type, shows a clear pattern that you're not here to actually roleplay. A better approach for this appeal would've been something like: "I take full responsbility for my actions. I understand that it was wrong, and I apologise to the players and staff involved. I'll do my best to improve and follow the rules moving forward." I'd also recommend that you read the rules before you return.

Hello, I was the staff member who banned you. Unfortunately, I could not include you in the sit since you had already left the server. The Luftwaffe who you killed had a clip of the incident and it was RDM clear as day. I checked your notes and you had 3 warnings for RDM which were all from within a short period, 3-4 days ago to be exact. "Minge hour" does not exist. You're never allowed to break the rules, so that excuse is simply invalid. I understand you regret your choices, but like I said, you had multiple PO's regarding the same thing, so in my opinion a ban was the only option here. Here is the clip of the RDM
