He asked if he could be recruited and I said yes, but you first have to put your gun down and he asked how can I do that and I said how to do that he kept denying and then he pointed the kar98 out, reloaded it. And then shot me after that I respond and I seen him back in the base still, these guys were surrounding him talking to him not doing a single thing about it and so I shot him because he was in the base and obviously killed me then those guys just said whoa man why are you racist and then they just caught kept calling me racist even though I didn’t say a single thing and then after they tried shooting me a whole bunch of times so I shot them back so I killed them to obviously try to escape them and then they came back. They shot me arrested me like put me in handcuffs and then put whatever the hell on my head so I couldn’t see and then I left because obviously I’m I don’t know where they’re gonna take me and reported it to the discord after I tried joining back and it said I was banned for three days for LTAP. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: i think that iw as getting trold i tryed to make it right and the server took me LTAPing for the rong reson Additional Information:

You can hold them at gun point, just because there in the car doesn't mean Fear RP doesn't apply. If the drive off shoot them and make a ticket on the discord we have no issues killing generals.

Yes that's intresting, we can't drag them out and I'd say that even if a cover up happens it would be IC even tho it would be somewhat frustrating I guess corruption has been around as long as people began communicating.

Good point of discussion. There is a time and a place to take action in these events. For example, if a Generalleutnant runs somebody over when leaving the ICC, an Enlisted or an NCO of the Landespolizei is not going to drag him out of the car and place him in cuffs. One must think about the situation and its severity/what actions should follow. I think in regards to punishable crimes, it is entirely IC. Courts and Government Bodies are in place to deal with these offences, and in recent times have began to be utilized properly once again.

That's kinda the whole point it's an IC issue it creates role play if you dont like it take photos launch your own investigation into it. Kill them be creative we dont need a server rule to dictate roleplay.

I think there should be a rule (or atleast an enforcement of a rule), that People that are high-ranking officers, such as but not limited to: Generals, oberst's and other high ranking people. Should act accordingly to their Roleplay rank, for example you wouldn't see a general warplanner runing people over and speeding in berlin, and then using his rank to get out of it.. (atleast i think so) I think this could be intresting to avoid those situations where somebody commits a crime in front of everyone in the public but you can't do nothing about it because they are way too high ranking. What's your guys opinions on it?

Well, only if... in some timezones the server is completely "Staff Free" and i get everybody has their own lives, so, that's why i'm in favor of it, i was a trusted back then.

Yeah man...not sure what you were expecting in this situation. There used to be an ancient pact, in which where you act like a troll, you get to fuck around, and do some fucking around, then you do a little too much fucking around and then your char dies and you move on. No actual punishment would be done to you, no ban, no kick, etc. That was the deal that used to exist. Totally not sure where modern day trolls have begun to think there is any protections they have or that the rules there to protect real players characters apply to them. You trolled and then you died, move on. I don't know what else to tell you.
