No, I couldn't have actually! Not only was I in a room with a bunch of other people with weapons one of your friends were literally stabbing me. There was no room to try and corner you. And nobody else needs to ask you for a license, it doesn't require 5 different officers to ask one question.

You could've just shot my legs instead of gunning me down and that wouldn't have happened. Not to mention NOBODY else was asking for a weapons license in Tiny China.

I walked into the building and noticed a giant weapon on your back, so I asked if you had a license. I asked like 5 times when you said "I have one" while running around in circles. When I asked you to show it you said you "didn't have to", so I just said "well then you are getting arrested then." I chased you around the lobby area for like 45 seconds telling you to stop moving, when you didn't stop moving, I considered you a threat, because you had a gun. I shot you, and you died. You failed to follow fear RP rules.

Explain why you were PK'd: I was in Tiny China and there was a massive argument. They didn't tell me why I was PK'd, there was so much happening at the time. I just got shot and everybody was talking over everybody. All of sudden they told me they were just gonna give me a fine. Why should you be un-PK'd? I legit don't know what was going on, a lot was happening in the Tiny China store, couldn't hear any warnings nor anyone telling me to stop. It was just so loud. It seems unfair to PK me when I don't know what is going on or what the context was. It really feels unfair to PK me without giving me a verbal warning.

As I was banned for having intentions to ban evade after making comments regarding nazisim, I sincerely apologize deeply for what I’ve said, and my beliefs that I’ve had. What I did and said was not a joke, and I understand that it should not be treated lightly; I’m lucky enough to have a chance to appeal this because what I have believed in, and what I’ve said regarding the breaking of rules for my own self gain, and I understand that this is not acceptable. Just a little shoots breakdown (number 4 on the forums,) this community member is extremely active. They know and understand the rule set on the server, and have the ability to bring clarity to different specific scenarios that they might encounter. They can show competent balance between roleplay and staffing, along with voiding bias. Not to mention the great community standing he holds. Just look above and see the notable community +1s. This leads me to leave my mark as well, +1
