In this situation, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you must give them adequate time to react. When in game, you are actively a part of the roleplay, and therefore you must also be actively aware of your environment as well. Any excuses such as “I couldn’t hear them because my headset was turned off” will not be permitted. Outside elements of the game cannot be used as an excuse to avoid FearRP or being PK’d (i.e. being AFK). Purposefully subjecting someone into a situation which puts them under valid PK guidelines. Denied. The PK guideline used was UA approval. As for your arguments, I'll address the main points. 1.) Illegal acts were committed by yourself that negatively affected Saito and his department. Comments from both yourself and Saito confirm this. 2.) The lack of there being any court procedure or discipline is a valid concern, though, evidently, courts were not an option. As I look through the Richter request channel, Saito and his department made several requests that went, seemingly, unanswered. Your comment about a Grenadier richter seems to prove that the War Courts aren't best suited, at the moment, to handle certain situations. As a result, the UA approval seems valid.

First of all, thank you for using the forums. I understand you may have been upset, but here and even in real life, running from your problems only drags out the situation. Of course, I do love the apology, as it demonstrates regret and maturity. While the ban may be concluded by the time I reply, I want you to walk away having learned something. I feel the ban was justified however it could have been avoided if you had simply stayed to discuss. That being said, it speaks volumes that you are willing to admit some wrongdoing and shows responsibility, to which I do very much appreciate. If it means anything I would shorten the ban, but it might be a little late for that. Thank you for dedicating the time and effort to submit an apology.

As stated. I was asked to sign as the approving officer, I did that, that is my only concern. If the individuals in question decide to illegally transfer, then that is your job to retrieve them for deserting. I was only asked to sign as the approving officer, I had no more involvement than that, yes I accompanied them to the Lichterfeld, but after signing as the approving officer it is up to the transferee to get the relevant signatures, I was none the wiser to the fact they had not requested a signature from the main office. Again, it seems you are missing the point. I am not disputing the fact I had approached that person, I am disputing the fact that their claims against me are likely to be exaggerated due to the fact I coordinated almost all the roleplay regarding their PK, which they were aware of, and immediately after being PKd they joined an intelligence branch and began collecting statements and evidence for a casefile against me. Clearly there is a vendetta and they played a part in my PK. And to be quite blunt, if the major proponent being my "general actions" then please dont be so vague. Atleast attempt to state what exactly I did that warranted a PK, as honestly being arrested for allegedly trespassing and for other people transferring seems like a pretty awful reason for a PK. In regards to this statement, you are attempting to make the point it is moronic to have a grenadier trial someone as high ranking and important as me, but you were about to trial the Chief of the Feldjagers until he suicide PKd. You also had already began giving charges to the richter and even had him come interview me, you set the wheels in motion for a trial to occur. It just seems all the reasonings for the PK are extremely vague or simply untrue. The way the PK was conducted was also extremely underwhelming, you were taking statements for days, MGD has witness statements and were investigating me, all for you to just drag me to the Army Command room and say practically nothing then shoot me.
