I have seen many things occur in this server and have met many great people who have made me grow to love the game mode and its community. I have a drive to help the server and improve the role-play experience for others. Another reason I believe I can be an excellent addition to the team is the skills I can bring to the staff team. One of my favorite things to do on this server is talk to people. One thing you must have as a member of the staff team is clarity. This is one of the many skills that I maintain actively. Another one of my skills is my work ethic; I have grown quickly on characters like John Patriot. . This, I believe, shows my work ethic, and I think I can use that work ethic to both promote a good role-play experience and also show a sense of quality in the staff team. Another great quality I have is the ability to think rationally. I am not one who is quick to get angered by minges or people of such quality. This is a NECESSITY when it comes to someone on the team, as your position requires you to think clearly and without things affecting you, such as prejudice. [150 Words or more]: A staff member may have simple duties and responsibilities that just entail having to change someone into a faction using /charsetmodel or helping someone who has just joined the server and is asking a simple question like, " How do I join the military?" But sometimes it can involve a more serious situation such as a PK where they have to review evidence, check documents, and verify that all of this is according to the many guidelines that they enforce or a situation where someone. As previously mentioned in the last section, staff members are to present themselves in a professional manner. This includes not having prejudice, talking clearly and concisely, and being ready to be of service to those who request your help. Overall, a staff member's duty is to present a friendly and equal role play environment that all server members can enjoy, as well as a representation of the staff team's ability to handle situations that may occur on the server. If you are not ready to present that pleasant experience then you have truly failed as a member of staff. The duties are to be unbiased at all times when taking tickets or dealing with anything.

For blatantly obvious reasons, this is denied. Your ignorance is not my problem. I gave you a dozen chances to simply back down from your multitude of mistakes, you took none of them. Therefore, you died. Denied.

A description is literally just a physical description. Prior to this entire ordeal that indiviudal had seen me giving orders and those orders being followed by a plethora of individuals of far higher rank than he. It is not my job, nor the job of anyone, to have to explain their position to every Tom, Dick, and Harry. He should have used context clues or....simply asked! He made a complete and total error. Not my responsbility to educate him on his error, despite it not being my job, I gave him a dozen chances to rectify his mistake, he refused. You are just an angry and spiteful little gremlin. Description of the Suggestion; The creation and implementation of a tiered tool system for mining, of which the higher more expensive/technical tools make mining significantly quicker whilst the standard tools remain the same. IE the following tools: Pickaxe; The standard pickaxe everyone has access to from the General Store. Same hit rate, same mining rate. Slow, painful, labor intensive work. Steel Hammer & Chisel; A tool set that can be purchased from the general store. Faster hit rate, however the ore takes 5% more hits due to the increased hit speed, furthermore the chisel has a small chance of breaking which means the player will have to go purchase a new one, a tad more expensive than the pickaxe. Example picture below. Auger; A tool set which can only be acquired from the Ministry of Labor via a special vendor (Similar to the procurements) (usually this would connected up to a steam network however for simplicity throw that out the window and replace with an onboard fuel engine) requires gasoline canisters to run, a full can of gasoline fills the auger which can then run for 5-15 minutes when in use. Has the ability to overheat if used for too long (which may cause an explosion). Incredibly fast mining speed, however the ores are dropped on the ground instead of being placed in the users inventory, meaning a team will be needed if used rather than a solo miner. Furthermore it is incredibly loud, meaning it will draw attention to whoever is using it. This costs a lot to buy and run. Can be stolen or sold etc. Example picture below. Why: Given the nature and want for people to make vast amounts of money in game, for either war planning, bragging rights or just to have some loose cash lying around, the mining system is a great way to do this, even with its limits on how many people can mine at a time (Which has been reported and accepted as a bug). I feel, if this section is fleshed out some more with new tools, it may become one of the most favored methods of passively making money within the city, giving the mine more purpose and reason for people to actually go down there more than they already do. TLDR: Brings more people together in the mines to either work together, be a thieving scab or a work management team, as well as improving a section of passive money making that has been unilaterally asked for an update for quite some time. Pros: -The Mining system will be used more. -Gives diversity to the system which hasn't changed in over 4 years. -Gives something for the Ministry of Labor to do officially. -Increased RP for both passive and interactive situations. -Fixes a documented bug. Cons: -Cost of development. (I’m sure people would crowd fund for it to be made or outright pay for it, as well for the “bug” to be fixed alongside the new tools being implemented.) -Possible server lag. The mass amount of ores being dropped on the ground may cause lag (I doubt but you never know). -Sweps and Models will have to be made. Meaning it will take time.

I was granted access by the only person at the front gate of the ICC a NCO of the heer after hearing that the Chief of the NSB was detained. When I arrived the situation seemed to have calmed down so I waited with some other agents who were there on a PCO outside of the bender block. The Chief of the NSB then informed me that the person who we had a PCO on was running and requested support in the BB. I began to walk into the BB when you stopped me at the door and claimed that I broke in and had no legal right to be in the ICC. I informed you that I was allowed access to the ICC by a member of the armed forces but you said that was not possible because no-one who could grant me access told you about it. You told me to leave and I was informed that the Chief Inspector Sammler was detained somewhere inside the BB being held. We stood infront of the Bender Block as you blocked the door and prevented me from A: Verifiying that the Chief of the NSB was not detained B: Detaining a person with an active PCO for them C : collecting Sammler who was detained in the BB You ordered us to leave and I refused because if these reasons. You then gave the order to detain all of the NSB that were standing infront of the BB and drag us all out. I was stripped of my gun, camera and other equipment and kicked out of the ICC. I then wrote a PCO for you and returned a bit later only to find you in the interrogation room actively questioning Chief Inspector Sammler. This is misleading because you ordered ALL NSB detained. Probable cause. You detaining members of the NSB while doing is PCO is grounds for us to enter even without permission. I think you need to re read this line and truly thing about what you are saying. The Chief of the NSB committing espionage, for a picture..... Another crazy line. Respect by tying up a General... You are a Hauptman, you did not get to punish Generals for misbehaving regardless of how they act. Who are you? No command staff, there is clips to prove this wrong and logs. No door was kicked that you knew about... the front gate was open and we walked in. You have no platform, the evidence is with UA. Posted April 11, 2024 Character's name & rank: Wulf von Blackstein Oberleutnant SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:435823148 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): I dont know Explain why you were PK'd: Disconnected in NSB custody Why should you be un-PK'd?: My PCO as far as i was aware was meta gamed originally. as it was written for me after i switched off my NSB character to my feld character, the person who wrote it was a staff member so its entirely possible that he saw me switch characters and decided to write the PCO just to get back at me for switching characters, as i can quote directly reto stein insulting me for accidently switching off in the middle of some arrest stating "what a fag, thats gay as fuck if he did that" this was after an accidental switch btw But after i was served my PCO i was brought to the MOI building and for the next TWO HOURS, i was ragebaited by the NSB inbetween actually being questioned for anything they found a reason to question me on. For two in real life hours i was denied any court trial or anything other then being locked in a room and insulted or ragebaited and i was entirely powerless in this situation, even after cooperating with the NSB i was yelled at and insulted so the people there could clipfarm it this was not 2 hours of RP, it was 2 hours of high ranking NSB officials targetting me for switching off and insulting me so they could clip it and claim i crashed out, this became very apparent after an hour of random NSB agents walking inside the office to watch them rage bait me, i can even remember directly a member of NSB calling out a voice crack i had No one should be forced into a 2 hour rage bait session in the name of "rp" in what definition of the word "roleplay" does it entail clip farming a CO of feld, It doesnt. Now i would like to state that the NSB has already had issue with feldjager members in the past, such as PKing patrick busch the chief of the feld, which almost lead to its downfall. My full believe is that the NSB is trying to faction wipe the feldjagers, due to me being 1 of 4 CO's the feld currently have active, leaving only the chief the deputy chief and a recent transfer CO to run the faction. I am THE Feldjager Command Staff present. The Deputy Chief. And there is no other command staff. And every Feldjager was with me, following the four NSB around ensuring no one obstructed the NSB while they searched. You are just lying at this point. I'm unsure why you are lying when Prime oversaw it. I, a command staff of the feldjagers, have my photo taken by a man breaking into the base who IS the Chief of the NSB, after the previous Chief of the Feldjagers was dragged off and subequently never seen again by Joachim Sammler. The Oberleutnant was surrounded in prisoner diamond by the NSB. There is absolutely no way we could obstruct with the IDing of him. This obstruction only occured after your interference and refusal to cooperate and deescalate lead to chaos that had to be rectified with you in ties over cameras. When again, you're trespassing. The NSB being blocked in question you go on to talk about, is Reto Stein. Reto Stein, is not there for the Oberleutnant, but instead he is there for Joachim Sammler. He is not pursuing that guy towards the FM's office, his whole detainment is about the custody of Joachim Sammler. Me blocking him did not allow the Oberleutnant to escape. What lead to his escape is your refusal and Reto Stein's refusal to cooperate leading to other members of the Heer+Mountaineers mistaking that original team of 4, as another team of intruders. Some people came late and dont know who was authorized, so they just tied them all. I rectified this by freeing the team leader and letting him resume as he were to the best of his ability. Had you and Reto Stein absolutely not breached the compound and REFUSED to cooperate with military police, who are trying to escort another team of four agents, you'd have him in your custody no issues. Your men were not being obstructed until after Reto Stein and yourself threatened the security of the escort and would lead to to a team of trespassing NSB being unchecked. This is a great idea, one that myself has been pushing for. Unfortunately, using a red cross violates international copyright laws without explicit permission, so it is important to select a different insignia. I thought maybe the caduceus with some color marking would be sufficient, but would likely require some modeling and retexturing. Still a big +1 from the DRK-Präsident though!
