As stated previously you brought back up what I said, "If I wanted to kill the Generalinspektor then I already would have" in front of two important officials (an Admiral and the Order Marshall) in an attempt to get me in trouble and then also claimed after quoting me that you had a "perfect memory" and "would remember that" implying you are going to continue to utilise said quote from myself in a further attempt to get me in trouble despite already attempting to do so by mentioning said quote in front of an Admiral and the Order Marshall when they entered the Cellblock. As you claim to be a more "experienced" player, you should be aware that saying such a thing can cause grief. I would also appreciate it if you would stop with the childish and petty insults such as calling me incompetent, especially when we have both been requested to do so by a UA member. As I stated before I did not say what was quoted I never said I would remember eternally I was detained by jezza in the FM’s office after reporting that a large group of civs were breaking in to the military base the general inspector that I was with, got into an argument with an admiral we were all detained jezza took great pleasure in this making snarky comments aim gun at me before tying me up he also made a feeble attempt at getting a fear RP pk prior in the office when I wouldn’t stop moving eventually he tied me and dragged me to the cells where I was gagged and gagged over and over again while jezza called me a fat moron, retard, etc. Discontinued until he could clearly tell it was going nowhere. I brought up that he was a big baby and cried in the general inspector’s office prior when he was the lapo president he got upset and randomly out of nowhere said he could have killed the general inspector if he wanted to I never said I will eternally remember I never said I would use the information to get back at him I never made any threats I never made me remarks involving possible court trial trials, or investigations I simply said Ill remember that jezza is blatantly lying and that’s OK that’s all he’s capable of but this PK was false unguided and simply hear say it is not justified and I will keep arguing my point I’ve had this character for a long time and I’ve survived many incompetent individuals like this but he has shown his lowest point and has blatantly lied based on one singular quote “I’ll remember that”

I don't know how oblivious you are to the fact I clearly said "I want to get back into Prometheus after being banned" not quoted dot to dot but you get it. Furthermore, if I remember right, I did try joining on an alt not really to dodge the ban, but to talk to someone I didn’t have on Discord since I was banned everywhere and had no idea why. If you cannot recall then why dispute it? Additionally, per ban appeal guidelines, you can only dispute a ban within 72 hours of its issuance. Furthermore, you attempted to evade the ban using an alternate account on 8/12/25 which violates Global Rule #11

Here, however, is not one of those circumstances. It is of utmost importance that those who carry out PKs are subject to the PK guidelines with higher scrutiny than an ordinary situation or RP scene. As for your second point. In a roleplay server it is expected that you act as your character would in any given scenario. If you are partaking in any scene, important or not, that may bring about consequences, whether that be IC reprimands or a PK on anyone involved, precautions should be taken.

I was told to execute Oberstleutnant Hans Braun Chief of the MGD inside the Reichstag by Shorty (Chief of NSB) without knowing this would be an event let alone was I informed about the rule of a 15 minute time period of being able to be PKed after carrying out a PK. We were informed of this rule until after I had followed through and completed my issued orders. Shorty was then informed that himself and whoever else knew about what was happening would be PK active after I had executed Braun, Shorty then immediately DM'ed me informing me not to die because I was PK active. Beforehand I had no regard for my character dying in a gunfight or not because I didn't think I had much to worry about other than the standard LARP gunfight. Donzoko who took my ticket to set Hans Braun PK active did not inform me of this rule either and let me continue on after I had shot Braun. He then was the one to TP to me after I respawned to then inform me that I was PKed to which I was confused because I had died a normal way. He then informed me that I had been PK active sicne the moment Braun was killed and I had no clue. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PK'ed because I don't think its very just or fair that I got PKed and wasn't informed that it was a possibility until after I was killed. I enjoy playing the server and worked my ass off (when I could) to get to where I was before I got PK'ed. I think I should have been informed that it was possible for my PK to happen while Braun was being set PK active by Donzoko because I wouldn't have boldly just ran around like I usually do.
