I ended the interaction cause there were a few other members of the NSB at the ICC gate within eye shot of the situation and I had just shot and killed a member of the NSB even if it was in self defense I would have been arrested and that's not something i was interested in doing.

I was told by multiple people in the past that you where a moderator who was removed at one point and you say you take your characters seriously but this whole scenario is evidence enough that you were not being serious in this moment and turned a tiny interaction that honestly was a nothing burger and would of been forgotten by everyone involved into a whole ordeal that is understandably frustrating for me and like I said before its e because I know you and Augustus are friends and you where just messing with her as a joke because I've seen "you" and other people do it before if you really where serious about arresting her you would have continued the RP arrest on her but you didn't you just walked away as if the interaction never happened, which is why I'm saying given you are trying to have me PKd over a non roleplay interaction it should be lessened to something more fitting like a temp pk or a demotion pk if any punishment at all

I didn't even realize what you said towards the end but now I wanna address it! 1. At no point was I ever mad during the situation why would I be? I killed you and PK'd you so I see no reason to even be mad but you on the other hand were quite mad and threw a fit in the sit room over a game. 2. "well known minge" I have taken all my characters seriously and have had several relevant characters which is why I'm well known but cant say I've ever heard of you unfortunately.

You gave yourself five random noble titles (failRP) and when I tried to explain that to you you essentially just told me no and that I can speak with the Party. And then, when questioned further, you said you were a paranoid schizophrenic...I'm really not sure what you were expecting tbh.

I'm not the person who issued the PK, but I think I see what happened here, so I'll clarify: -You were PK'd by Major Whoreson, the server Owner -You were PK'd on the guideline of "UA Approval" Typically, when somebody acts outside of realistic roleplay and causes a bit of a nuisance, or doesn't seem very interested and engaged, things like this happen. Things like calling yourself a Noble and then refusing to correct yourself when speaking to a General Ranking Officer? That is not conductive towards good roleplay. That's just a guess, though, and I'm sure he'll comment on this appeal himself. Just thought I'd clue you in a little so you're not left in the dark.

You violated the PK guidelines and paid the price.. You were screaming and swearing in the staff sit. Maybe it'd be good for you to take a little break, I think the RP is getting you you a little. Start again anew and work your way back up - it's part of the fun of the game.

and besides I'm not saying the PK isn't valid because it "technically" is even I will agree with that I'm just asking for a lighter sentence since no UA where available for the sit to give out the options for a temp PK or name and demotion PK which I feel would be more appropriate given the context of the situation

I know you and Augustus have a history and its common practice for a lot of people she's friends with to mess with her for fun even in the video its clear that you only turned your attention to her when she spoke because until then you didn't even register who it was. Then you thought it would be funny to hand cuff her as a joke. I've seen you and other people do it plenty of times before and even seen some people get gunned down for trying to stop it themselves but they dont get PKd over it so I acted out similarly since because it was clearly a joke interaction that occurs regularly and granted I myself didn't take it to seriously plus after you killed me you just walked away from her and didn't continue interaction or try and continue arresting her which is a dead give away you where just trying to be funny with her

You keep on saying it was “mingy” and NITRP but how would you even know? She coulda broke every crime imaginable and you just wouldn’t know all you heard was me tell her to stop moving and you assumed I was being a minge(even then you should arrest them) and most gunfights like that pretty much always end in PKs for the one starting unnecessary gunfights. Killing someone isn’t a first option unless absolutely necessary

Ban is reduced to 2 weeks. That's a bit silly... what's the point in punishment if we allow you to evade it? Completely undermines the effort that our staff team puts into enforcing our rules.

like I said im willing to go with a name change PK or even a demotion PK if any given the circumstances and the situation that led to the gunfight where very minge like and not very roleplay friendly but I feel a full on PK is a bit much given the gun fight started they way most gunfights between NITRP Enlisted's start

As the man who requested the PK i mean you initiated a gunfight shooting me in the back and i turned and killed you in self defense. You risked your life to save somebody and you failed so hopefully in your next life you either make sure i die or not try something like that!

Well like I said in the sit, I don't think I can give you a rank demotion I told you that UA was needed for that if we were going down that route. Also, for your handgun that's also an IC issue I mean yeah those do lots of damage, but I guess you got unlucky today. I mean really if you knew you were getting promoted and a medal then why risk starting a gunfight. Let this be a lesson for the future.

hell id be ok if I just get a rank demotion instead of a full blown PK plus how does two shots to the head with a magnum revolver do less than half health I should of won that gunfight also from my perspective the guy seemed like a minge who had no intent to roleplay and for him to PK me on the day I'm receiving a medal and promotion for all the work ive been putting into the BSD is beyond infuriating

Hello, I Pked you because you started a gunfight and died, you claim that the military guy was trying to mug the party CO but that is not true as in the sit the grenadier who requested the PK said he was not, and I took his word. Judging by the clip I don't think he was trying to. You claim that you thought it was a minge and just wanted to get rid of him, but you can't just assume everyone that is arresting people are minges that doesn't work like that. You took the risk for your character to help this party CO and simply died. IC actions have IC consequences. Perhaps don't start a gunfight that you can't win and maybe then your character would be alive, another thing is if you think people are minges then you make a ticket instead of taking IC actions on the alleged minge. IC I have some super important responsibilities to the NSB and im one of their most active and effective agents who have been instrumental in many ongoing High profile cases and to have that IC potential wasted on a PK that started because some mingy grenadier who is ex-staff got mad at me for trying to stop them from continuing their NITRP behavior would be a terrible loss for my faction. Denied. After reviewing the situation and your ban history, your appeal is denied. You had just recently returned from a permanent ban and you were given a second chance, but instead of showing any sign of improvement or respect for the rules, you immediately reverted to breaking the rules and trolling.
