-1 Your application shows me that you do not hold the seriousness and maturity necessary to provide a good role play with a crime faction. The server provides significant powers to crime organizations and their leaders, which I can tell from your comments like “gfd kill all nsb!! aaaahhhh!!!! rei rei rei!!” And your use of childish memes in an application tells me all I need to know about how you would use these authorities. I don’t think we should allow obviously pre-pubescent droolers to lead a crime faction.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I believe recruiting people into the VW was the issue, but I understand that staff had already intervened to stop it. However, I was unaware that the VW wasn’t allowed in the city before being pulled into a sit by staff. From my perspective, the situation had already been addressed, so I’m confused as to why I received a ban. Additional Information:

Character's name & rank: Albricht Von Kinterson - NSB-Polizeihauptmeister SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:563183914 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Forgot to be honest (even though it was 10 minutes ago) Explain why you were PK'd: I, during an RP situation, believing i had more people around me, I.E, Other NSB, members of the Ministry, had 3 people get outta a car, and so i watched as another NSB got gunned down whilst i had my gun out, at which point, they attempted to detain me, where i pointed at them, and told them to fuck off, again believing i had ministry and allies around near me. TL;DR, FEAR RP and Why should you be un-PK'd?: I didn't mean to cause any harm to anyone, and genuinely thought other people were around me to help, additionally, Fear RP Was in the least of my thoughts, and i was attempting to defend myself, but also not be PK'D by actively starting a gunfight, During this situation, i really just wanted to be left alone, as i was shortly after going to depart from the city. I Walked into the RP attempting to detain people with NSB And MOI, and left the situation in confusion, thinking we'd been killed by the same minge group of mingery minges, as these guys appeared to be the group that continued to harrass us, which is another reason i truly believe that i should be Un-PK'd. I didn't think anything of it, and was just about to depart when i was pulled into a sit. Also, Members of the NSB can additionally prove that 2 Marines, and 2 Civilians at the time were actively hunting down NSB, and MOI and not Roleplaying with anyone, apart from the use of fear RP to get their way. Whilst I know what happened was against me, and is wrong, I don't think a PK was the best way to go about it, or was the last option they could jump to. Additionally, they did not give me ample time to comply with their order to put the gun down (Which, I am gonna be completely honest, i did not hear over the commotion) and was only given 1 or 2 orders in quick succession, which isn't a breach of FearRP in this situation, if i had realised i was surrounded, and had no chance of winning, and could go back, i'd comply, because at worst, they can have me executed, at best, i'd compromise a frequency and be forced to pay a fine. TL;DR, I thought i had people around me, and didn't think i was disobeying FearRP, also they forgot to give ample time to comply for the putting down of a weapon, which theoretically invalidates the FearRP as it does not follow FearRP Rules.
