Mobsters Paradise - Staff Manager / Head Admin / Super Admin Nymera - Senior Admin Prometheus (When it first launched) - Admin Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe you should give every single applicant a fair chance, however, I believe I am extremely qualified to be picked to come staff here at Prometheus. I have a ton of experience dealing with Nutscript, have managed and dealt with a wide variety of players throughout my past year of staffing on both iterations of Mobsters Paradise, and can be extremely active even until late at night. I have past experience on Prometheus from when it first launched and have recently gotten back into playing on the server for the last 2 months. I unfortunately had to resign from staff when I started college but have had a ton more free time recently. I first was introduced to the Nutscript community in late 2019 with Burst Networks. I had no idea what I was getting myself into and grew to enjoy the more serious RP side of Gmod, even if it was Burst. From there I went on to Mobsters Paradise where over the course of 3 months I climbed the ranks to Super Admin and eventually earned the Head Admin / Staff Manager position. With my experience from both iterations of MP, I have garnered new perspectives on RP, managing people, and becoming a better Staff member and person. Throughout my ordeals as staff throughout the years, one thing has always been consistent about me: my ability to handle situations professionally, respectfully, on time, and unbiasedly. Of course, we have all had our slip-ups, me included, but for the most part, time and time again I strive to do the right thing at all times when both staffing and in my life in general. From my credentials to my history of staffing on other servers, these are some of the many reasons I believe I am a good candidate to become staff again here on Prometheus Networks. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The role of staff on the server is to moderate roleplay, enforce rules, provide assistance to players, and make sure the server runs as smoothly as possible for everyone. A staff member’s first priority within the server is to enforce the rules and ensure roleplay is happening. Without anyone to enforce the rules, the server would quickly become a sandbox deathmatch server with no respect to the time period or history the server attempts to capture. Staff members must set the precedent with their RP to ensure the quality of roleplay on the server does not suck and is as accurate as it realistically can be. Furthermore, staff members set the tone and feel of the community; depending on how they conduct themselves both ICly and OOCly, they will set the standard as to how members behave and act. Asides from the community roles staff members play, they are also obligated to give out fair bans based on rule breaks, provide assistance to players when requested even if the matter is trivial, and ensure Roleplay runs as smoothly as it possibly can. In conclusion, staff play many pivotal roles within the community and the server and are essential to the continued existence of the server as we know and love it today. Notes: n/a

Hate to say it, but I doubt you would make a very good staff member. You recently had your flags blacklisted for dropping a couple heavy props on top of a group, and I am not sure you are ready for the additional responsibility and power that comes with being a staff member. Speaking in terms of RP as the DRK-Präsident, you aren't incredibly skilled with RP, doing several irrelevant /its in the middle of autopsys, such as "/it he dead." With all of that being said, I do believe you can improve your skills in RP, as well as your accountability and responsibility. For now, I will have to give you a -1, but I think you could certainly be a good staff member if you improve on the things above.
