If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: None Staff Knowledge Section: What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? none Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I am very dedicated to Roleplay in game, I rose through the ranks in the Feldjagers very quickly because of my dedication to it. I am a very good speaker and people person. I am very active on the server and feel like I could offer a lot of support with the admins. I have taken on plenty of responsibility within the Feldjagers and have handled it with haste and accuracy, and feel that I am ready for more responsibility with joining the staff team. Also, I am very willing to learn new things. I am a quick learner and retain information fast. Also, I am very open to constructive criticism. If I create an issue or problem, I am very willing to hear about what I did wrong, and how to fix it. I can use this to help out with staff tickets. I feel confident in my ability to handle any ticket, and if there is any confusion I am not afraid to reach out and ask for help from another staff member. I am confident in my ability to reach the ticket quotas and assure the staff team looks professional. Every decision the staff makes affects the overall experience for the roleplayers, and I feel I am ready to take on that responsibility for the better. Finally, being an admin isn’t just about understanding the technological aspect, it is also about understanding the server and the community behind it. I've experienced many scenarios of how a bad experience with an admin and/or player can ruin someone's experience, as well as put a bad taste in their mouth towards the staff membership. I plan on being a staff member players can trust to make their experience positive. The staff members are held to a standard and I intend to respect and uphold that standard. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: First, a big duty of becoming a staff member is helping players during certain situations. When a player makes a ticket, they need the help as soon as possible. A huge responsibility is responding to a ticket as soon as possible. If a player needs someone PK’d or just quickly needs a promotion done, if I take too long on responding to the ticket the situation may be missed. Another duty of a staff member is observing overall out-of-character situations. We have to make sure everyone is roleplaying correctly as well as abiding by global rules.This situation also includes the chat. From experience, I have seen many rules broken in the chat whether that be metagame in the OOC or banned language in the general chat. I understand that this needs to be closely watched over and fixed immediately once the problem happens. Aside from just handing out bans or PK’s, there are certain situations that require more hands-on work. If you pull someone into a sit and they are making claims on someone during a complicated roleplay scenario, it takes more digging. You will have to check logs and clips to come up with a clear and concise answer to the accusation.
