Hello. I understand how stupid of an excuse it is, I'm not braindead. But again, I would like to reiterate, i do not know what happened. Regarding the alt accounts, it was not me, but my brother. Clearly, however, as you've so pointed out, you do not believe me. Again i am willing to cooperate however necessary. Also regarding the previous ban appeal, it lowkey sounds retarded to read; and from reading it i do understand why he got banned for 2 weeks and then permanently, as you've mentioned with the alt accounts. Again i would like to apologize for any damage done. But If there is no chance for an appeal, would there be any other steps to do to lift the ban?
