[100 words or more]: Why the Bald BBL's should be accepted is because the current crime organizations really never do anything in rp and are small in number. We aim to change that by providing various events to keep the server entertained and not only join civil wars between the moi and the military. We also aim to maintain an active amount of members who are willing to do crime rp and keep the other people of the server on their toes and entertained with good crime rp. To sum this up you should make this an official organization due to our activity and plans to make the crime in the city more active so it gives the moi and military something to do. Provide an example of the unique roleplay your organization will bring to the server: The Bald BBL's will bring more rp other than civil wars to the server like kidnapping high-value people, Bank Heists, wars with everyone with hair, drug wars, and raiding the various major installations in the server. What is the backstory of your organization? [200 words or more]: Bald people were mocked at, excluded, and considered jokes for years. Society laughed at their flat scalps, hair loss, and mere existence until they rebelled. Retep Meyer, a previous businessman who lost all when a younger, full-haired CEO took over, started it. Angry and embarrassed of his loss he gathered other bald people who had been thrown aside, laughed at, ignored, and rejected by society. Bringing together their hatred into power, they created the Bald Brotherhood League, or Bald BBL. Originally little acts of rebellion against the beauty business—raiding luxury barbershops, undermining hair growth labs, and flooding the market with fake wigs—soon turned into a drive for absolute control. Retep changed the Bald BBL's emphasis toward Berlin's rich drug trade knowing that actual power rested in wealth and influence. They fiercely suppressed rivals and seized drug channels, saturating the streets with synthetic stimulants, therefore waging war on other cartels. Under control of distribution, they adjusted addiction rates to grow their empire, therefore guaranteeing reliance on their goods. Their network entered politics, paying officials, blackmailing corporate tycoons, and assigning their own members to important government roles. Once dominated by crime families, the city's nightlife came under their control as they converted clubs into centers for their activities, laundering millions through upscale bald-only venues. I have brought back old divisions that boomed in popularity and revived some of the divisions that have been around for many years like the Infantry and the Panzers. I also ensure that I keep the people in the military entertained so they don't leave or just get really bored (which means I follow the 20-minute rule). How long have you been roleplaying?: I have been roleplaying since 2019 but on Prometheus, I've been roleplaying since 2021. Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: No bans. Note for RDM, but I feel as if it was not warranted cause it was for me killing an rdmer and that guy made a ticket about it and somehow I got in trouble but I mean it's whatever it's in the past now. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? No, I have never been staff before. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a great addition to the Prometheus Staff team due to my time in the Garry's Mod roleplaying community. I think I would be a fantastic addition to the Prometheus Networks Staff Team. Years of working in this kind of server have given me a great awareness of what makes it entertaining for everyone. During my time in Prometheus Networks, I served in numerous high-command roles among several servers. These positions have given me experience in leadership, the ability to manage groups of players, and the knowledge to fairly and reasonably manage problems. While ensuring players have an equally balanced and enjoyable experience, I understand the need to maintain the RP component. Perfect fit for staff since I can enforce rules fairly, assist with conflict resolution, and guide new players with server lore and mechanics. I'm not afraid to learn new things, rather, it will equip me to know all I need to be able to make objective and wise decisions. To keep things running free from any bias, I will spend some time fully learning server rules, mechanics, and player concerns. I never would have abused my position as I think the most crucial qualities for a staff member are justice and honesty. I treat everyone with the same degree of respect and responsibility regardless of their name. I aim to establish a fair and balanced server where individuals may enjoy roleplaying free from concern form biased decisions. I also have a good sense of humor, which maintains the community welcoming and entertaining. RP must be realistic yet entertaining; I know how to strike a mix between professionalism and personality. [150 Words or more]: Ensuring players follow the rules and upholding their honesty is one of the primary responsibilities of a Prometheus staff member. Dealing with rule violators, and managing reports help ensure a good balance in the server. Staff members must intervene and treat everyone fairly whether it is RDM, metagaming, or anything else that compromises the experience. When enforcing the rules, one should be consistent and avoid allowing personal bias to guide behavior. Staff also heavily relies on aiding players. The duty of taking tickets and helping players with any issues falls to staff members. Staff members must be patient and ready to assist with anything from a technical problem to a rule clarification conflict among players. Some people are brand-new to the server or just not able to entirely grasp the rules. Staff members are supposed to respond to questions, assist with problems, and ensure everyone learns how to RP. Maintaining the integrity of the community depends much on staff's availability and readiness to help. Most of all staff members should be professional. They should maintain an assertive image to properly deal with issues. The main objective is to make the server enjoyable for RP while maintaining everyone's fair and enjoyable experience. Description of the idea: Add deployments for the military and MOI again Why should this be added?: Deployments should be added back to the server because they played a crucial role in making the game more enjoyable and engaging for players. They provided a sense of purpose and progression, keeping the community active and invested in the gameplay. Without deployments, the game feels less dynamic, and players may lose interest due to the lack of structured objectives and excitement. Additionally, bringing back deployments would be a better solution to the ongoing frontlines problem, as they offer a more structured and immersive experience that keeps players engaged for longer periods. Instead of relying solely on frontlines, which can become repetitive, having deployments two to three times a month would create anticipation and excitement, giving players something to look forward to while maintaining a balanced and enjoyable game environment.
