Why were you banned?: The formal reason was "Lol!". The actual reason was hat I questioned what the Kaiser was saying during the trial. I said "what the Kaiser is saying is stupid" and was immediately banned.
Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:
First - I feel I have some RP significance as I am the head NCO of the entire Marines. With Landa being temporarily away, and the marines already being somewhat inactive, I feel I am somewhat important to the structure and integrity of the Marines.
Second - I understand completely how Whoreson could have taken that as a direct attack on his intelligence, but I did not intend for it to come across this way. When I said this, there was an objection battle happening on whether character evidence by the Kaiser should be allowed into the record. When the objection battle was happening, the Kaiser argued that all character evidence is valid, opposing council said that the evidence was irrelevant. Regardless, I agreed with the opposing council that the evidence was irrelevant to the case at hand. I never intended to attack the Kaisers intelligence, rather I was trying to say that his argument didn't make sense to me.
I feel a week is a little much considering people are banned for a day for mass RDM in some cases, and my RP in this server has been far from such.
You may even speak to Kolt (Deputy leader of the military district) who knows who I am, and knows that I RP and am on daily.
I am sorry that what I said offended him, and hope someone considers my unban.
