Why should you be un-PK'd?: Again, I worked day and night to earn ranks and just to earn a reputation, mistakes happen but to punish them with this much force is sad. Which staff member banned you?: Lentz How long is your ban for?: Permanent Why were you banned?: Instigating a gunfight and fatally being shot Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: First off, I want to apologize, what I did was wrong and in the moment I panicked. But I think I should be unbanned is simple but true. People make mistakes, and in my case, I have made a lot of them, though I want the reader reading this to know that it was never in my intent to RDM or harm anyone in this way, what happened was my delegate was being detained, and I panicked almost instantly, so my rational solution was to open fire and disperse the threat. I killed only 3-4 people, in the moment I realized what I did was wrong and am sorry for it. I can't express enough how disappointed and just in disbelief on how awful this was of me. Please, take this is consideration to a player who hasn't played in a while that finally starts playing again and works hard, to be PK'd on the character that I worked on so dearly. I am deeply ashamed, I cant say it enough. In addition, all my warns/bans from the past were when I was mingy and didn't appreciate true roleplay. I also want to add that some of it was a miscommunication based on some people pointing weapons at my boss, and me. So I took action quickly. Additional Information: I don't belief the PK was valid as I don't think I started the gun fight. But that's up to you.
