Hello there im the staff member that unfortunately banned you, the reason of your pk was 'Initiating a gunfight' which at the time comabt had ceased and the moi was moving forward, you decide to come out of the bush by yourself surrounded by the entire Ministry of Inteior and open fire rather then running away, or simpliy surrendering I understand on your staunch defence of your position but the clip was a secondary clip that was even made longer from the original, along side that I had consulted members of Administration and Head Administators regarding this issue after deliberation it was found that you intentionally open fired I dont think you had fully grasped the situation nor the rules regarding pk. Still, after I requested in game for a higher admin, Head Administrator Browniemeister showed up and supported the validity of the PK on the basis that you willingly opened fired well after combat had died down. =

I get it but you still can't leave while detained, since it would be frustrating if someone left after your detained them. I say just thug it out, since its been a couple of days since your ban. I would suggest reading up on the wiki in the forums so you fully understand that no matter what, you must try to preserve the RP I could understand if you had OOC stuff that you had to go to but you need to at least notify someone that its that and not what you stated on how you just wanted to go RP. Im sorry, but when I ban people, I generally dont ban them for no reason, and given your PO'S and history of bans its simply a matter of when you will prevent your future mistakes. A Ban isnt a simple punishment it is time for you to reflect on your mistakes. Simply removing your ban because you didnt want to RP in a RP server would be unfair. I think you should go through the ban, and when you get back, you will truly understand the gravity of the situations you put yourself in.

Hey I was the Staff Member that banned you, I do not remember the situation specifically but I can definitely say when I give out a ban its not light heartendly, I thoroughly try to investigate the root cause of the issues so rather than me trying to not give you a chance. explain to me specifically - Why you should be unbanned, or a shortened punishment period. -The reasoning behind your actions, with as much info as you can. -Why do you wish to come back? I dislike banning people, so let me understand your perspective truly as I don't mind people playing on the server. I just wish for you and the other players in the server to maintain a level of RP realism that everyone can enjoy.

Hey im the staff member you reported for "Muted me for no reason" I had muted you because you spoke regarding a snynogouge, and at the time there was quite so harmfull and non acceptable language being thrown around. Might you have been put in the crossfire possibly, Nonetheless less when you made a ticket I still assited you in what you needed, and actually was the one who directed you to here to the forums to report myself. While you gents have things to fix on the overall layout and Ic organizational aspect of this I beleive you boys might genuinly be worth the time, just like how you put time into the server. I've seen them RP in game, took tickets for and against them and from what I've seen, I can vouch for these guys that they should be given a chance at a Mafia rp bringing some kind of Criminal organization into the city that genuinely is just that, and not some political revolutionary Group or things alike. Is it a PK bait, no, you're police officers, you could have very easily chased them and fined them, if not detained them and prosecuted them. INSTEAD OF SHOOTING THEM. Bassicaly make a template the same as a ban appeal, but rather for a ban appeal, it's for a Note/ticket on a player's account to fight the decision of the staff member. I think it would make sense since even if a ban is appealed, it still shows up, but tickets generally are the immediate thing a staff member see, and it should be fair for a player to have the ability to remove a unjust ticket/note on their account. Does anyone else agree with this?
