I don't know where to start. It'll be simple to begin by saying that Jeb has grown these past couple of years, and with that change, he shows a deep self-awareness of his actions, where he's at in life, and where he's going. His apology is deeply heartfelt; he pointed out his own flaws, and again, it takes a lot of retrospection to do that. For his evident sincerity, he deserves to be unbanned. +1
