Prometheus: I was a Senior Moderator on the server. Unfortunately my time was cut short due to personal reasons, but I would love the opportunity to return. Multiple other RP servers at the rank of both Senior Moderator and Administrator, however, those servers closed. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I want to come back into being a staff member. I was a Senior Moderator about 3-4 years ago, however, I had to leave for personal reasons and therefore had to end my tenure. I would love the opportunity to come back now. I strive to make everyone's day lighter and their experience better. I enjoy the satisfaction knowing wherever possible that I have been able to do that for someone and is definitely what drives me to go on and help more. I am comfortable with difficult situations. I understand sometimes sits and disputes can be heated from different users on the server, however, this is something i am comfortable with so i don't mind taking charge and telling the individuals involved what rules have been broken, what can be done to avoid it in the future and take relevant steps to ensure that the user is well versed in the rules and doesn’t re-offend. I know with the skills and maturity I have things will get handled quickly and efficiently I can get the point across. Roleplay is important but as a Staff member the most important thing is taking care of everyone else. I look forward to rejoining the staff team and I hope that you approve of me coming back. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: All duties as staff is to understand the rules and enforce them no matter what. Many other servers have problems with picking sides as if it's " one of their friends ". It is important that as a staff member that you have to leave your mind and completely follow the rules, and educate users if they are unaware of this or make a silly mistake. Duties also comply with Day to Day server overlooking with Completing staff quota and also just handling any OOC Tickets, it is very important also to hold yourself well in any rp situations and OOC situations as you are an image of the community. As following the rules when roleplaying and not having snarky remarks saying “ im staff so i can do this” having a trustful mind set equals people trusting your decisions when it comes to staff sits or common knowledge RP. Being a good staff member first starts with the mindset you come with when entering the team. Starting off just being rude and staff abusing leaves a bad taste in anyone's mouth. Third time a charm.

My duties were to make sure tickets were taken, handled correctly, and calm. i kept my professionalism, and calmness in serious heated moments. Element Rp: I was a Senior Admin. I made sure the roleplay was serious and fun. Since the staff had to do everything to make sure the server was running i was in charge of it. Vintage Paradise: i was a Admin. To play the server an admin+ had to whitelist you in. Since i mostly was the only person active i had to sit hours on hours to insure people could have fun, and have a serious roleplay by whitelisting them in. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I think I am a good candidate for the staff team as I have previous staff experience in the staff team and other communities. I plan to dedicate my time to helping new and current community members with their issues on the server within the scope of my duties which will be explained later. I have been with the community for months. I left the staff team due to medical reasons that I prefer to keep private. At that time, I was unable to commit the necessary time to fulfill my responsibilities. Now that my situation has resolved, I wish to return to the staff team. I am prepared to handle tickets as needed and will remain calm and professional during both ticket and in-character situations. I can be available during both EU and NA hours to provide support where required. There are times when players submit tickets and have to wait too long, sometimes up to 15 minutes for simple issues to be resolved, and I want to address that. I strive to be fair in my judgement during tickets, I understand that not every ticket warrants a ban. Often, players may not be fully aware of the rules and just need some guidance on their actions. I take the time to explain what they did wrong and how they can improve their behavior in-character while also noting the situation. My goal is to enhance the community and help new players develop positive behaviors, creating a welcoming environment for all members. Having been a part of the staff team and the roleplay on this server for quite some time, even before the restart, I have a solid understanding of both. Our duty as moderator is to take tickets as fast as possible to help the player. Not only to help people is my only job. Other things i have to do is make sure of the seriousness of roleplay. That is a big thing for me and probably others, if I can't walk down the road without getting killed by some minge, that's not serious roleplay. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I have staffed this server before so my understanding of how commands work is great. I am consistent with how I do work keeping up with people who need help. I am forgiving to people because I do believe in 2nd chances, however if I am consistently being disrespected I will adapt, change, and predict what they may do next. Whenever I also may be available no matter the player count on the server, I can be active as much as possible to help people. My first week as staff I got the highest quota than everyone. I worked very hard for my position as senior mod until I got sick then I started falling behind. Now that I am well and a lot better I will be on every week to help those in need. I know how alot of things work on this server. Like “down time” is a great time to be on because of all the havoc happening. Civil wars are also a great time to be on. I love this server with all my heart. I would hate to see it be brung down by people who break rules, who ruin the fun, and for people who don't roleplay right. People should not have interrupted RP by annoying people that are there just to ruin it all. I love to make things fun. I like to roleplay with people but when it's staff time, it's time to be serious and on and ready to get tickets done with. I heard people ask how to get tickets off of their screen and I would ask the same thing until I became a senior mod. They were on your screen because you weren't doing your job right and that's what clicked in my head to become a better mod and a better roleplayer was to do my job as staff and answer tickets. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The duties of a staff member are more than just being staff. It's being there for people when they need their tickets taken. You are supposed to be taking tickets and not ever getting on. That's not how it works, it's time to be staff when you see all those tickets filling your screen up. The responsibilities of being staff is to not be biased. If you are picking sides you shouldn't even be staff. You still have to give minges a chance to hear them out. Not everyone is going to tell the truth. Being on this server as a staff member taught me a lot of things. Always know both sides. Being a staff member just being one and flexing it is stupid. Being staff is an honor, it's a lot to ask for. It's silly just to throw all your responsibilities away just to goof off for one hour on your staff char. Your staff char is only used for ooc things.
