I have never been a staff member on a Garry's mod server but I have 2 years of experience on nutscript and Prometheus and am willing to learn. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: The first reason you should choose me for Prometheus staff is because I am open to any advice or criticism as I hope to be the best that I can be. I want to help the community where I can and ensure roleplay is fun and continuous without it being chaotic. I am a good choice for staff because I am an active member of the server who will be available during peak hours which will greatly benefit the community and server. I have been on the server for about 2 years and I consider myself well acquainted with the community. I like to spend my free time on the server as I enjoy interacting with the community and helping new players. This has helped me to better understand the community and to learn how the server operates from a roleplay standpoint. As well, the server has taught me many things and I would like to better teach other players what I have learned i am also someone who is calm and composed and will always try to stay professional whatever the circumstances may be and if i feel that things are going out of hand i am not afraid to ask for the help of others. I also want to help newer players understand that the server and community is a fun and safe way to express themselves through roleplay and making connections with others. I am a firm believer that everyone deserves a chance and I will not rush to conclusions or give out harsh punishments if they are not necessary. All of this has been proven through my clean record of no notes or bans and I believe that my addition to staff would benefit the server as well as the community and I will give it my all to be reliable and trustworthy. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a staff member my duties and responsibilities will be to make sure everyone on the server and a part of the community are following the rules and enforcing said rules when need be. Specifically, I will be taking tickets made by members of the community and resolving and clarifying anything that is needed such as the breaking of rules, questions, or general glitches. As a staff member you are to also ensure that you keep professional at all times and maintain a respectful atmosphere with the players you deal with on a day to day basis. And you are to always try to set the best example you can to the playerbase since you are someone with some influence, this is necessary as you also represent the server in a sense. Along with this being a staff member isn't just about punishing players, it's more so about educating them and helping them when they need it, and trying to help grow and better community and server for everyone, And that can be just by roleplaying and answering peoples questions or if you notice someone is new to the server maybe guide them and educate them so that they can have a better experience, overall i think these are the duties that any staff member should have. Honestly don't have any but I'm willing to learn Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Firstly, I don't have any bans, notes, or other problems with staff. I would strive to promote a fun but also fair rp environment and help people where I can. I have a lot of time on Gmod mostly from just messing around in singleplayer so I have a good understanding of the game and its mechanics, and I would use that knowledge to help others with any problems they have, roleplay or otherwise. I'm also very dedicated to this server and will do everything in my power to see the community thrive in a just and fun environment. I understand the importance of balancing the freedom of expression in roleplay while also keeping it fair for all parties involved. I would handle any situations without bias and respectfully to both and/or all parties. I also just want the game to be fun, no one likes minges or anything like that. I'd want to make PN a fun server that other people will recommend to their friends and will keep coming back to. I really like PN and a lot of the people on here are super chill and nice and I want that to be how the server is viewed, I want the server to thrive. I also understand that this position is heavily reliant on communication and I'm comfortable working with other staff to coordinate different things while also discussing feedback from the community and what we could change to be better. I also want to support player driven narratives through rp and just have fun while taking feedback from the community and discussing how we can make the server better. I'm very happy with PN staff and I'd love to be apart of the team helping PN thrive and creating a friendly environment for all while also encouraging others to come back to the server. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As staff I would be entrusted to help others with roleplay or out of character issues, ensuring that it remains fair between whoever is involved. I would also assist higher administration with any problems they might have and doing anything they might be too busy to do. I'd be taking tickets in game from people who are killed by minges, get stuck, need help with something, need a promotion for someone, don't know what to do in a situation, etc. I'd review footage of altercations to see if someone should be removed from the server or not or if their character should be killed off. I'd also help with any in-game events or activities by setting up props, actors, ragdolls, whatever may be needed for that. Overall my job will be to help others in game, deal with minges, help other admins and staff, help organize events, and just in general keep the game fun and fair. Notes: I do have school obviously since I'm 17 but I do most of the time have time after school to get on
