Denied. It is my understanding and belief that Jezza made a veiled threat and, in an attempt to sabotage him, you repeated this quote when higher ranking officials entered the room. The kicker, however, is you stating that you're going to "remember" the statement made after trying to use that very statement against him.

Denied. Lacking the chance to not get restrained isn't a factor in PK appeals, unless the inability to avoid detainment was a result of prop blocking or some other rule violation. Here, no rule was violated in regards to your limitation in movement. This is a valid concern with PK appeals. In this situation in particular, there seems to be sufficient RP for a PK to be conducted. The roleplay may have not been the best, though not every seen is perfect, including back-and-forth dialogue for a specific amount of time, a viable chance for escape, etc., but is, nonetheless, sufficient for a PK to occur. An example of a PK scene lacking RP would be one with little-to-no interaction, such as sniping (which require UA approval and only occur under extraordinary circumstances).

Denied. Starting a gunfight and dying is a valid PK criteria. There can be staff discretion when and how this should be apply, but we've consistently held that this PK guideline applies during serious RP situations, especially when NHC members become victim of the gunfight. The dispute of whether you were being restrained or not is irrelevant. You'd be PK'd regardless for starting a gunfight and being killed during a serious RP situation.

Just to be clear, your only two arguments are: 1. PK is invalid because you had no chance of not getting restrained, and 2. Lack of roleplay I'll address both, but would like to make this clear before I do so. Thank you

So, just to clarify, you wanted to get your PET flags removed because you didn't want to play on the server any longer, and you decided the best way to get the flags removed was to abuse the flags?

I'm unsure what this means. Did you say the statement Jezza claims you said, regarding the same subject matter, or did you not? If you did, can you elaborate as to what exactly you said, why you said it, and who heard you say it? I welcome both of you to answer, ideally without insulting one another on the thread.

Denied. As some comments have noted: ignorance of the rules is no exception. Though, to your first point, staff have discretion under some circumstances. Here, however, is not one of those circumstances. It is of utmost importance that those who carry out PKs are subject to the PK guidelines with higher scrutiny than an ordinary situation or RP scene. As for your second point. In a roleplay server it is expected that you act as your character would in any given scenario. If you are partaking in any scene, important or not, that may bring about consequences, whether that be IC reprimands or a PK on anyone involved, precautions should be taken.

Luftwaffe medals are among the best designed and some non-Luftwaffe uniforms already have them available as body groups. I think this would be a great addition, though I believe the physical diamond pilot's badge on existing uniforms needs adjusting for obvious reasons. I think the transition into MITHC wouldn't make this addition redundant, so I think it's a suggestion worth a +1.

Hello PieLard, I ordered you to be shot under the KM order PK guideline. There are several reasons for this, as you have been informed. I will go through each of them. 1. On June 9, Major Hartmann von Konig was PCO'd, by yourself, and died while under your watch. You were on scene, and it was your PCO that ultimately led him to be shot in front of the Femina. I received four written reports on this event detailing several witnesses who attested to you serving the warrant and being in the vicinity of von Konig's death, in the sewers. I had good reason to suspect that you resulted in the Major's death, even if you didn't pull the trigger. 2. On June 9, I received six written, detailed reports of you (mentioned by name) kicking down the ICC door in search of an enlisted. You kicking down the door let plenty of MOI personnel inside the ICC, leading to a large conflict within our base. You did this in front of several members of the Mountaineers, Feldjagers, and Reserve Army. 3. On June 16, I received seven written, detailed reports of you (also mentioned by name) in civilian clothing at the Reichstag, kidnapping a member of the Armed Forces at gunpoint, after he was knocked down by a vehicle, and bringing him to the Industrial District. It was reported that this individual had his uniform stolen, by you, and was released. There were also several concurrent situations, that same day, of similar instances occurring with NSB officials in civilian attire. Pictures of you were attached to these reports. To respond to your raised points: 1. Going through the courts is not a required step for major grievances as detailed above. I had strong doubts of the court's ability to remedy my frustration. 2. I have sympathy for your argument that your department needs your help, though I'd argue a struggling department, which I'd say is doing a lot better than several weeks ago, does not warrant such careless ambition to kidnap individuals in the Reichstag square to steal their uniforms, kicking open doors in front of several witnesses, leading to a standoff within the ICC, and being at the murder scene of an individual whose PCO you signed personally moments earlier.

While I cannot speak on exactly how the individuals knew, I can probably assume it was through the witnesses in the court room. Also, my unwillingness to take you to court over shooting my men is a rather weak argument. Further, this is not what the “last resort” defense is to be used for. Virus has clarified this better than I can in prior PK appeals.

You were the last to leave the back office of a packed courtroom. I was told by 5+ people, several military officers and NCOs of both your name, ranks, and department.

Hello, I ordered your death. I was told by plenty that it was you who released the LAPO, despite having no RP reason to do so (kinda suspicious, prob metagame!). You were walking the halls of the very building you released them from and got discovered, arrested, and brought to me. Probably should’ve hid! But, you didn’t, and died as a result of you pushing your luck. I’m curious as to why you feel the need to defect on every military character you make, oddly having loyalty to specific people across the aisle, hiding behind the veil of “building character and fun roleplay,” while ruining others’ for such nonsensical reasons. I’ll leave that to another type of thread! Silly!
