Hi. So he was pkd on the basis of denying two PCOs that you deemed valid? I may say on the IC situation and document basis neither of these PCOs were valid to begin with as they were missing information. Yet ICCly there wasnt even a Policy defining a "valid" PCO as with the recent amendmend of the Imperial directives? That may seem strange… This PK was not done as last option either you could have done far more with it, yet handle it via a court.
