The Charlie Kirk joke was made like as soon as the news came out. I was on hell let loose and saw someone say Charlie Kirk got shot so I made a joke thinking it wasn't real. As for the things happening in minnesota, do I care? Deep down no. I live in the UK and my stance on the US is literally in the middle. Some good, some bad. I don't support ICE nor do I downplay them. And the Somali stuff, I got no idea what yall are on about.

I mean thats quite obvious that 1 faction could easily destory or ruin stuff for a criminal org but yet again at one point we went against the military and nsb by ourselves. Not to mention the server wouldn't add the ability to create criminal orgs if its to be wiped. Before I was banned the criminal org was blooming and the chance of me getting PKed were little to none since I was competant enough and knowledgable enough on how to run it and make it fun. With MITHC coming it would reaaally enhance the effect of crim orgs with the setting asw.

I said "bro got slimed out" referring to Charlie Kirk, which at the time he only just got shot 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes prior (I was playing hell let loose at the time so I didn't check and during the match swap I sent the message into the discord). I didn't think it was real at the time so in my mind it crossed for me to say it. I am saddened by what I said about it since he has died and the fact I was a bit ignorant and decided to say it makes it all worse.

What I said was wrong and I accept that and I'm sorry for it. Making the comment of "homie got slimed" was out of proportion, especially on a sensitive topic regarding someones life. The comment I made was said to sorta lighten the mood, the thought didn't cross my mind at that very moment of the comment I was making and how bad it was. It came out wrong and didn't come across in the way I meant it. I see how it looks and the view of it is very disgusting, and I would like to apologise formally for this comment. While I made the comment I was playing Hell Let Loose, not entirely making me aware of how bad the situation was and how sensitive the topic was. My opinion on the situation is not in any ways against the victim or anything of the sort. I respect the man who was shot, and I hope he has a safe recovery. I don't know how else to rephrase how bad I feel already for what I said. Looking at what actually happened makes my stomach sink and gives me the grasp on what you guys have a valid reason to not respect or like me. I wish I could change what I said, not for me to be unbanned but for what I should said, which is I hope he is okay and makes the recovery without any issues. Additional Information: In the server, I was hoping to bring a new faction which was not entirely meant for me but for everyone to roleplay with and to give a new purpose for civilians. Out of all of this, I want to ensure that people can have that roleplay still, so in the event that I don't get unbanned, I wish for someone to continue the idea and push for it so that everyone in prometheus can experience another style of roleplay. Those 2 shots being 2 warning shots to deter the tresspassing NSB, not to start a gunfight. In my persective I didn't shoot at the other players, rather I shot beside them as a warning shot. In the clip I was point blank at them. If I had to intention to kill them I could've, but I didn't. I can understand the misinterpretation of my intent in the clip, the other side assumed the hostile fire, but it was a roleplay misunderstanding. I was trying to escalate the roleplay realistically firing warning shots which did not damage the players or kill them. Also in the clip, they were trying to tie me, 2 of them minimum were trying to, in which I pointed my gun first, which stopped them briefly, then they followed it up by trying again in which I fired a warning shot without the intention to start a gunfight. I was not PKed immediatley after the situation, but a full day later without staff involvement at the time. I understand the time it takes for the PK's to go through, however this undermines the legitmacy of the PK as I continued roleplay throughout that day without an issue. Same with today, where I actively contributed to ongoing RP rather than avoiding or abusing the situation. Additional Information: That day had multiple conflicts, and the day before. My actions were seen out of context, uniquely escalating the tension, but in a measured way by not doing outright gunfire which I could've done and killed them if I decided to.
