What I said was wrong and I accept that and I'm sorry for it. Making the comment of "homie got slimed" was out of proportion, especially on a sensitive topic regarding someones life. The comment I made was said to sorta lighten the mood, the thought didn't cross my mind at that very moment of the comment I was making and how bad it was. It came out wrong and didn't come across in the way I meant it. I see how it looks and the view of it is very disgusting, and I would like to apologise formally for this comment. While I made the comment I was playing Hell Let Loose, not entirely making me aware of how bad the situation was and how sensitive the topic was. My opinion on the situation is not in any ways against the victim or anything of the sort. I respect the man who was shot, and I hope he has a safe recovery. I don't know how else to rephrase how bad I feel already for what I said. Looking at what actually happened makes my stomach sink and gives me the grasp on what you guys have a valid reason to not respect or like me. I wish I could change what I said, not for me to be unbanned but for what I should said, which is I hope he is okay and makes the recovery without any issues. Sorry for those that may not be able to experience the RP I wished to bring. And sorry most of all for the comment I made. I hope you guys can see that I wasn't aware of what I said and what it meant. Additional Information: In the server, I was hoping to bring a new faction which was not entirely meant for me but for everyone to roleplay with and to give a new purpose for civilians. Out of all of this, I want to ensure that people can have that roleplay still, so in the event that I don't get unbanned, I wish for someone to continue the idea and push for it so that everyone in prometheus can experience another style of roleplay. Those 2 shots being 2 warning shots to deter the tresspassing NSB, not to start a gunfight. In my persective I didn't shoot at the other players, rather I shot beside them as a warning shot. In the clip I was point blank at them. If I had to intention to kill them I could've, but I didn't. I can understand the misinterpretation of my intent in the clip, the other side assumed the hostile fire, but it was a roleplay misunderstanding. I was trying to escalate the roleplay realistically firing warning shots which did not damage the players or kill them. Also in the clip, they were trying to tie me, 2 of them minimum were trying to, in which I pointed my gun first, which stopped them briefly, then they followed it up by trying again in which I fired a warning shot without the intention to start a gunfight. I was not PKed immediatley after the situation, but a full day later without staff involvement at the time. I understand the time it takes for the PK's to go through, however this undermines the legitmacy of the PK as I continued roleplay throughout that day without an issue. Same with today, where I actively contributed to ongoing RP rather than avoiding or abusing the situation. Additional Information: That day had multiple conflicts, and the day before. My actions were seen out of context, uniquely escalating the tension, but in a measured way by not doing outright gunfire which I could've done and killed them if I decided to. Currently we're trying to recruit mainly and spread our name. (But it's been on standby for a couple days since many members have been busy.) Other than recruit, we're labelling the status of other groups in the server. As for RP plan just an underground society sorta. (Sons of the Harpy type of stuff from GOT)

Update: Gained a few members ( 5 to 7 new members), changed the structure around a bit, implemented a specific style of clothing and have lawyers and a few deals with other groups (ALSO MORE INFO) We are heavily inspired off the infamous black hands who started ww1, taking inspiration from them. Always up for name changes etc so suggest some ideas

So its roleplay for some random guy to be tying up people. Also I was afk for like 10 mins, to which I hear someone speaking from the other room, assuming its my friend I check and see I'm being tied up. Fair enough about the roleplay part but still as a first offence a 2 week ban is overextreme in terms of bans. I see your point in the argument but I'm asking that you see mine in terms of how extreme the ban time is.

I got told that was against the rules itself by an admin because my friend done the same thing before. I got detained while I was afk left, then get a message for 2 week ban? First of all the person I was detained by, was some random guy, no uniform no nothing. Secondly, theres only 8-10 people in the server all afk or minding their own busniess. The 2 week ban for Ltarp while being in a server with 10 people and leaving because I was falsely detained is illogical and groundless. I ask you guys, as a very good staff team to look this over and see if it is just, seeing as this is my first offence at breaking a rule. Additional Information: I'm willing to accept a shorter ban of 3 days as show of warning as it was my offence of any rule breaking.

Firstly, for unique crime, I would like to develope the actual group into something more than just money making. Potentially getting a voice in politics. Changing the tides between the military and Interior. Gun smuggling and a weapon empire alongside a quiet rebellion. And as for recruiting, people won't have to make a new character fully, but they won't exactly be up in the top set. More like an associate if they're not Balkan. If someone German decides to join, we will offer them a different branch and path to take to be apart of us. People from the Balkans will be prioritzed, however we won't refrain from targetting them if they're completely brainwashed. Expanding on the rebellion part, I want it to be something that isn't completely serious but a caution. Having people that have ties to us in important job positions, putting them at risk of a rebellion, therefore contributing to our demands. We also won't back out of doing something radical if it needs to be. If someone or something decides it should challange us, we will be the parasite that'll control the brain. (also stuff like the discord and logo have been made.)
