I regret these and refrain from doing so again, mistakes happen and I have learnt from them. I have never been banned. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I have previously held staff positions on several smaller, albeit terrible servers, including Condor Networks (Staff Manager), Phoenix Roleplay (Administrator), and Nexus Networks (Super Administrator). All of these roles were within the NutScript gamemode, more specifically based around the 1942 scene. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe that I should be put in the Staff team because I have experience in multiple different servers, I have a basic knowledge of NutScript and its systems as a general whole, and I have the ability to deal with situations appropriately and professionally. Throughout my experience within similar communities, I have been privileged enough to take up various positions of responsibility. These were not handed to me through chance or simply because I was an average member of the community, but through serious dedication, reliability, and the capability to contribute to the community positively. Through these experiences, I believe that I have built up an understanding of what makes up a successful staff team and the importance of fairness and consistency when dealing with the community. One of the most valuable things that I can bring to the team is my knowledge & willingness to the WW2RP gamemode. Having a good understanding of how WW2RP and NutScript works will allow me to assist in moderation duties as well as understand any run-of-the-mile problems that players might experience. If any random problems come up, whether they are related to breaking rules, issues with the mechanics, or regular problems, I will be able to look at the situation and come up with a solution that maybe some others couldn’t, not to discredit anybody of course. Another reason I think I would be a valuable asset to the prometheus staff team is that I will always try to maintain a professional attitude in any situation. Being a member of staff sometimes means that we will have to deal with situations where people disagree or break a certain rule, or even situations where players might get upset with each other. In such situations, it is very important for staff members to stay calm and try to look at the situation objectively, without letting emotions get in the way. This will allow me to make decisions that are fair and in accordance with the rules, for the best interest of the PRN community. I am also active at times when many other staff members are not. Every online community has times of high activity when staff are not around. At this time, it is important that someone be around to answer questions, help players, and deal with rule breaking before it gets out of hand. My activity at this time would ensure that the server is well staffed and that players can always rely on someone to be around. Overall, my experience, knowledge of this genre / gamemode, professionalism, and availability make me a strong and great candidate for the prometheus staff team. [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of the staff team on Prometheus would be mostly and mainly to provide help and assistance to those who need it. Another thing that the Prometheus staff team would be responsible for is to prevent anyone from breaking rules. The whole point of a staff team is to keep the community safe as well. If a community did not have a staff team then the community could be at risk of multiple rule violations. Finally I believe that the staff team is a very crucial part to ensure clean realistic and proper role-play without proper staff, not only would there be failrp there would be a collapse in realism as there would be no staff to enforce such things. All in all I feel that the staff is the most crucial part of any community as they serve as the “protectors” per se for all of the community members.

[100 words or more]: We believe our organization(Ritters von Berlin) should be accepted because we are unique unlike most other groups and/or organizations. The group also selects only the most competent and non-idiotic members as to avoid any sort of rule being broken. We would also like to state that our group would bring an interesting aspect to Berlin in order to allow the factions to have something to do as we are a militia after all. The militia would allow a way for the factions to train and become better at their everyday duties as well. The last reason would be that we are highly active. While timezones can conflict for some people, the Ritters von Berlin is a diverse melting pot of people from around the west. Provide an example of the unique roleplay your organization will bring to the server: The unique aspect of our militia is that we do anything to ensure that we are the top of organizations. We would crush the Mafia with superior tactics and cease all of their means of production. In short, we would stop at nothing to ensure dominance over the City of Berlin. What is the backstory of your organization? [200 words or more]: Disgruntled members of the Government, Military, KG, and LaPo would find themselves at a crossroad. Become apart of the problem or crush it. The men would decide to fight it, this time a little more "hands on." The LaPo had been doing nothing about the endless amounts of guns on the civilians. The military wouldn't keep their men in check as they left their base. The KG had been allowing their men to run rampant. No one was stopping them and something had to be done. Thus, Gottfried Johannes Ritter von Munich and his compatriots had decided to band together, despite their differences, and make Berlin safe again. They work day and night ensuring that the endless horde of insubordinate members of the factions Berlin entrusts its safety in are kept in check and not roaming around destroying the morale of the common Berliner. The Ritters von Berlin have seen what a low morale in Berlin can do and they ensure that no Berliner will ever have to experience the awful sights of strife in the city. They fight for the common man. The Ritters von Berlin fight in order to keep the city clean, safe, and tidy for the next man.

None and thus I am hoping to gain experience with the Prometheus staff team. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I personally think that I should be selected/accepted onto the Prometheus Staff Team for many reason. The first reason being because of my current rank of "Trusted" as it already shows I have the competency and can be apart of a small team which consists of members of the community who may be granted the role with confidence to help staff members and the people around them. I feel I can back this as well as my time within the server is imperative and very important to why I should be picked and shows I am not just any player, but one who wishes to strike for greatness. As stated above, I have been roleplaying for nearly 2 years now and I think it adds to my trustworthiness and understanding of what goes on within the server. In all honesty, I think that every bit of time I have spent roleplaying has given me the much needed knowledge and understanding which has helped me to distinguish right from wrong and good from bad. This knowledge allows me to be reasonable and work with anyone during scenarios where something may go wrong in an RP where staff may need to assist or reprimand a given player. It is important that all members of the staff team have knowledge, respect and be able to be a team player, all values I believe I hold and will be able to display if I am given the opportunity to do so. To summarize, I think I should be picked due to my activity and dedication to the server. I have enjoyed my time as a 'Trusted' member, however I feel now that I want to progress further. [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities that the position I am applying for and working towards consist of many things. One of which would be the assistance that we would be providing to the players as we are taking tickets. This responsibility, in my opinion, outweighs all others as it is assuring the player base that the staff is always ready to assist in anything that they may need. Another duty that the staff team has is to make sure the player base is safe from any sort of unacceptable activity such as but not limited to: NITRP, RDM, FRP, ERP, etc. This is a crucial duty that is expected to be upheld by the staff membership/team. Finally, recruitment tickets. When someone makes a ticket asking for a player to be added to a faction, they would call staff.
