**Explain why you were PK'd:** I was offline when I was PK'd yet when I asked, I was told that I done FRP + Fear RP (Which is just not correct), which has nothing to do with a perm-death situation. They said when I was being chased by LAPO and NSB I failed to stop, yet I was running. I do not see how this is Fail-RP and I believe a more minor punishment could be given instead of a character PK.
**Why should you be un-PK'd?: **
My character, Thomas Cumic. Was my first character on the server, and has everything I worked hard for, money, tiers, cars, etc.. They we're kinda corrupt, I was arguing with them and then drove off, then they chased me. So the reason why I kept moving around it because I was trying to ask for charges, and I did request for a admin when it did happen, but they teleported me a bit after the incident and I didn't have any clips, so the thing we're I was saying 'WHATS THE CHARGES?' was me saying it in the OOC chat, as that is the correct channel for it. Once they told me, I'd allow them to arrest me, but at that time as I am new, I thought it'd be okay to do that. Furthermore, I don't want to use this as a 'escape ticket' yet I am quite new, never really been regulated in terms of character punishments and I did not understand that my character could get a PK for asking a OOC question during a arrest, I was attempting to ask the officers 'WHATS MY CHARGES?' in the OOC category of chat because as said, they just started chasing me because I drove off, yet in the clip it makes me look like was doing crime.
In addition, I do believe a second chance can be given. I am new, and I do not know much about Perm-Kill, Character Punishments, I thought that it was allowed to ask OOC questions during this, yet after I only found out. And also another reason why I was trying to move around, was because I was trying to both get a admin here before they took me in, as last time this happened, the admins just let NSB take me to the cells, so I wanted a admins opinion on the situation and if its realistic, also, the large crash which tipped my car over, I know I jumped out, but wouldn't that kill me in terms of IC / Lore, I know I jumped out after a bit because I realised that I ain't gonna RP the 'crash' scene, I think this incident is both dodgy on the history of how it started and both what happened in the clip which will be listed below.
