+ They were technically deserting; they were told to leave not just by me, but also by Heer Officers. I spoke to NSB officers about controlling their men. So when they tried to detain me because I was trying to escort them out, they had no power or right to do so, as NSB we're only permitted to do dossiers at the time. +I don't see how its a PK, when they started to come back, there was a large distance between us as they had guns out, yet on safety. So they were nearly at the main gate of the ICC (inside the compound), and I was halfway to the Benderblock, and they only started chasing me then. +No Provocation, I did not stur anything up, rage bait, I was just following them, in the ICC, as per orders, as per its my JOB. And just want to say one thing, I didn't have a gun out, I didn't have anyone forcing them or screaming at them. I was just following them around the ICC, as they we're meant to be with NSB OFFICERS yet they were just walking around, and these three enlisted members were escorted out by myself and a team before this, yet they came back in, by garage or sewers to just rage bait which is clearly not attempting to do IC or roleplay.

I continuously asked them to leave yet they refused and asked if I had done a dossier, and I did do one. And they said ''If you keep following us, you'll be detained'' and this was still within the ICC, they had no jurisdiction. I did follow them as per my orders, and then they pulled out guns and tried to detain me. They were quite far away as I stopped following them. So then I started to walk back to the BB, they then tried shouting at myself and when I just ignored them, they shot me in the head. Before this General Officers and NSB Officers asked them to leave, as said they we're Interior-Gendarme, and I was escorting them out, they refused and were acting like retards. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Personally, these Enlisted NSB weren't even acting IC, they were just throwing slurs at myself while I was walking with them to the gate, and the only thing they said was ''You'll see what happens when we detain you and get you PK'ed'' or on the lines of that. I had permission from both superiors and NSB officers to remove them, yet these three enlisted NSB we're just walking around the ICC, and there was a witness of this happening. Yet his fate I don't know. Furthermore, my character has a large importance to me, I've played on that character since the start and made progress on it. And I lost it all because of uneducated idiots. Additional Information:

The whole scene, was dodgy and unrealistic. You say 'I failed to act with fear' when I was trying to type and get a admin at the same time, which is hard, and I never knew it was even classed as Fail-Fear RP until you told me today.

They said when I was being chased by LAPO and NSB I failed to stop, yet I was running. I do not see how this is Fail-RP and I believe a more minor punishment could be given instead of a character PK. **Why should you be un-PK'd?: ** My character, Thomas Cumic. Was my first character on the server, and has everything I worked hard for, money, tiers, cars, etc.. They we're kinda corrupt, I was arguing with them and then drove off, then they chased me. So the reason why I kept moving around it because I was trying to ask for charges, and I did request for a admin when it did happen, but they teleported me a bit after the incident and I didn't have any clips, so the thing we're I was saying 'WHATS THE CHARGES?' was me saying it in the OOC chat, as that is the correct channel for it. Once they told me, I'd allow them to arrest me, but at that time as I am new, I thought it'd be okay to do that. Furthermore, I don't want to use this as a 'escape ticket' yet I am quite new, never really been regulated in terms of character punishments and I did not understand that my character could get a PK for asking a OOC question during a arrest, I was attempting to ask the officers 'WHATS MY CHARGES?' in the OOC category of chat because as said, they just started chasing me because I drove off, yet in the clip it makes me look like was doing crime. In addition, I do believe a second chance can be given. I am new, and I do not know much about Perm-Kill, Character Punishments, I thought that it was allowed to ask OOC questions during this, yet after I only found out. I believe my punishment has taken all my work away and is not being used correctly, for a perm-kill given because of IC running away is not justified, nor should it happen, and I should have been notified straight away, not hopping on and seeing that my long lasting character is perm-killed due to a IC matter. If LAPO and NSB had a problem with me running away, I did remain in game for two hours after running away, so I can't see why they wait until I hop offline to then report and get my character banned. Yet, this is a lesson to remember, sometimes I should not run, it may be IC but it may have been best for me to stop. **Additional Information: ** N/A
