I have one note for initiating a gun fight during active RP, i have since learned from my mistakes and understand that there is a certain order of escalation in RP and you can't just immediately go to the most extreme and I apologize for this behavior.

No, I have not been staff but i do have experience with UXL staff tools and have a good amount of experience in the Nutscript genre and i am willing to learn to the best of my ability.
Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
The main reason that I think you should accept my application and let me join the staff team is that I am someone who is very open to taking any kind of criticism and critical feedback and I always try to improve myself in any aspect that I can and am never afraid to ask questions when i dont know something which i think a lot of people are scared to do. I would also like to join because I have grown attached to this community and want to join the staff team in order to help it in the best way that I can. I would also be a good pick because I am someone who is usually active during the peak hours of RP and overall I would like to help roleplay flow with minimal interruptions.
In addition to that I have been playing for a good amount of time now and believe that I am knowledgeable in the community and the way that it functions. And usually find myself spending a good amount of my time on the server as interacting with other players . This time, playing has allowed me to understand the details of the server regarding both the community and the game mode. And i am always finding myself helping out new players in the best way that I can for example explaining the server dynamics and rules if i notice someone looks lost or confused.
I also just want to help people in general to understand this great gamemode that we play and make sure they don't miss out on the experience and understand the structure of the server and how it works, i am someone who is very understanding so i dont just want to be someone who just punishes newer players but would like to educate them and not just ban everyone i see who is breaking the rules.I am also someone who puts myself in other peoples shoes and always contextualizes what is going on around me so i will always be mindful of my situation before punishing anyone, i think that i have proved a lot of these things about myself in the time the way that i Roleplay and my character in general overall, i want to help this community grow in the best way i can.
What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
The duties of a staff member are to first of all make sure that everyone is abiding by the rules and enforcing them on the players when it calls for it. Also taking tickets is a large part of being staff and resolving general issues. This requires discipline and keeping composed, as you will deal with things like rule breaking but also general questions and inquiries. And I will do my best to help out with tickets in the best way I can.
As a member of the staff team i would have to be respectful and fair at all times and I'm am confident that i can do so do to my experience and time with the community when not on staff i will rp as normal when im on staff i will not hold any grudges and or hatred even if ICly my character has a issue with them i will remain neutral at all times. And also while in character as a member of staff i am to be held at a higher example since in a way i represent the community so i should act in the best way that i can since people will look to me as an example in a lot of cases.
And additionally members of staff need to be more than confident when enforcing the rules when it is called for. And as i was stating before they shouldn't just want to punish players but educate them in the best way that they can and explain the rules and server dynamics in the best way they can. And in situations make sure the player understands what they did wrong and explain the rules to them so they do not repeat the offense these are the qualities and the way that a staff member should conduct themselves.
